We have stayed multiple times before and the rooms and facilities and staff are all FANTASTIC! Our particular room this time (room 213) had very strong smells coming from shower drain/toilet. Glenis (8/5): Lovely place, central, clean and - The beds, bow clean it was and how the team found a solution to get us hot water in the morning very quickly. The Hot Water Boiler breaking down ans no hot water,. Car parking was a premium. We had to park our car on the street at night.

Natalya (10/5): I liked it and would stay again - I travelled for mahi, and was concerned about parking during a seminar which was just down the road. I was able to leave my car at the property after check-out, attend, and pick my car up to head up the Island. No hunting for free parking or even parking which was all very close to the Uni. Dunedin was very busy with Grad so was super stoked that stress was lifted. Cheers!

Karen (10/5): Excellent motel in great location, 20 minute walk to the Octagon. - Easy location to get to, very near the university if you have children studying there and are visiting. On site cafe and restaurant. I thought that it might be noisy but was in fact very quiet overnight. The gentlemen in reception were very helpful and friendly. It was a compact room but had everything required, it was new, great shower and very clean There was nothing we didn’t like
