Although only a short drive from Margaret River town we felt very much in the bush surrounded by the owners lovely menagerie of animals which visitors can feed and interact with each morning.

Mama (10/5): Memorable family trip. One of our top in list now. - The animals are really happy there. This is something we love to see. We get to interact with the animals all day. Some of the cottage were a little run down and too small but overall we were extremely happy coming back again.

We were so impressed by - My family and I had the most incredible stay at MR holiday cottages over the summer holidays. From the moment we booked the accomodation to the moment we checked out, Andrew and Jules were beyond exceptional with their hospitality and ensuring everything was perfect for us! My family and I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful place and for providing such a fun, peaceful and rewarding get away! Lots of friendly animals to play with, extremely clean facilities, cosy cottages to stay in and just such a stunning place to relax in nature! Andrew also went above and beyond to accomodate a last minute family member by supplying an extra bed with no extra charge out of the goodness of his heart! Thankyou so much Andrew and Jules, you’ve really turned your property into something magical! I will definitely be coming back in the new year :)

There were cooking facilities which wasn't available in other places I stayed in Margaret River The shower stall was a little tight for my husband but otherwise it was comfortable. There are two sinks in our bathroom which was helpful!

If you're looking for a true farm stay where animals roam freely and can be fed by hand, and where you're surrounded by the beautiful Australian countryside with wild kangaroos being easily spotted, yet 5" from Margaret River town center, this is it! We really enjoyed spending the evening there after a day of activities - plenty to do for kids: cuddling the animals, games room (vintage Pacman machine that works, playground... And the bonus movie under the stars night on Saturdays! Lovely stay, exactly what we were looking for as a family. The kids were almost crying when we left... And, the beds are really comfy so we all slept really well.

We were able to cook, and do our laundry. Farm has fun filled activities packed out, such as heated pool, playground and animal feeding. No Wi-Fi in the farm; Disconnect to connect.

Andrew and Jules provided a travel cot (without additional charge) a great range of toys, puzzles and dvds already in our Cottage that proved invaluable when we all needed a quiet afternoon inside. Really enjoyed the bushland walks behind the cottages and the quiet despite having a few families staying at the same time. The two separate bedrooms were very large and the kitchen had great facilities.

They made my family's stay fabulous. Before my trip, Andrew texted me to offer tips for my trips. He specially brought my daughter to feed his lambs that he had recently adopted (my daughter specially mentioned that it was the most memorable event in throughout the stay). There is a play ground with a cubby house which my daughter love playing at. The cottage is newly renovated and its very comfortable. Step out of it at 6am and we found Kangaroos having their breakfast with sun rise as the backdrop. Its awesome! At night, Andrew started a small campfire for guests gather for chit chats and Andrew offered my daughter some marshmallow for BBQ too! Margaret River Holiday Cottage is only minutes away from many places of interest. Highly recommended!

Rebecca (10/5): Family getaway to Margaret River - The holiday to the cottage started with a very friendly welcome and easy checkin. We found the cottage to be a little dated, but still very comfortable. It was a very hot day, but with the air con the cottage was a pleasant temperature. The kids enjoyed the pool, and there are plenty of fun things to see and do in the area. The cottages are out of town to make it feel like a country stay, but still less than a 10 minute drive, so not far away.
