- Pavlina (9/5): Great value for money. - Clean, simple, good value for money. Balcony available with a nice view. Free and available parking on the street. No ZTL zones. Friendly staff. The balcony is in a little odd position, with gas outlets (actually smells of gas) and a shower "drain" above - we actually had some droplets coming from neighbor above :D A little far to the centre (600m), but compensated by the price. The apartment could use a shared kitchen or kitchenette.

- Nadine (9/5): - Sehr netter Empfang. Bequemes Bett. Heiße Dusche...großes Zimmer und Bad mit Balkon. Kühlschrank und Kaffemaschine. Parkplatz vor der Tür. In die Stadt ca 10-15 min zu Fuß. Davide gibt via WhatsApp jede Menge Tips für die City. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Super hellhörig, aber das hatte ich bisher in jeder Unterkunft.

- Teresa Pia (7/5): Noto ha un po' l'aria di casa - Staff molto cordiale (come d'altronde tutte le persone con cui ho avuto il piacere di parlare a Noto), ho apprezzato molto la chiacchierata fatta con la governante e il fatto che l'host mi abbia allegato, tramite messaggio whatsapp, i posti dove si mangia meglio a Noto (io viaggio praticamente solo per mangiare) e come raggiungere il centro storico. Molto gradita la presenza del frigo con acqua in stanza, di un vasto kit di cortesia e del phon: che spesso e volentieri non trovo mai negli alberghi. Letto comodo, televisione funzionante. la zona era molto rumorosa, ho sentito urla, passi pesanti e oggetti volanti per una buona parte della nottata. I cuscini erano un po' duri per quella che è la mia preferenza, ma io sono complicata di mio 😅.

- Igor (9/5): - Nice room with a big balcony. No kitchen facilities available in the room, except a fridge, but there was a capsule coffee machine in the shared hall. The coffee capsules were provided and were enough for us for three days. Smooth check in: the host met us at the property and were very helpful. The iron was provided at our request. There is a plenty of parking space available on the street. I missed having a kettle to boil water for a tea. Also, would be nice to have some proper cups instead of plastic ones. The location is fine but not right in the center, you need to walk about 15 minutes to reach it.

Petit déjeuner à prendre au bar à 10min à pied dans le centre de Noto. Pas désagréable du tout mais j'aurais souhaité que ce soit mentionné dans l'annonce. Au final, très bon petit déjeuner,serveurs au top et balade super agréable dès le matin.

- Igor (4/5): The overall stay was disappointing due to inconvenient breakfast arrangements. - We have booked 2 apartments for 4 nights with breakfast. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, big balcony, clean towels. There weren't enough power outlets in the room for phone chargers, and the bathroom had a very small shower cabin. Water would leak onto the bathroom floor, and there was no drain or mop to clean it up. The apartment is located near the city center, but the surrounding area is not pleasant for walking—there are many steep inclines, and in that part of town, we didn’t feel very safe walking around at night. Our biggest disappointment came when we found out that breakfast is not served at the apartment location, but rather 1 kilometer away from the property. We never met the owner in person—communication was only through WhatsApp. They agreed to deliver breakfast to our rooms, but it was clearly improvised. They told us that the breakfast will be the same every day: a French croissant and American coffee. Since we didn’t want a sweet breakfast, they brought us dry bread with a few slices of salami in one and bread with cheese in another, in a plastic bag hung on the door handle. Miserable. We refused that kind of breakfast and asked for a breakfast refund, but they wouldn’t agree. For two days, we received no breakfast or even coffee for our two rooms. We do not recommend this place for accommodation—keep in mind that these are just rooms, and they do not have the capacity to provide proper breakfast. Due to the fact that the owner contacted us from unknown numbers, posing as a Booking.com representative, the overall experience was even more frustrating.

Free parking in front of the building without any issues. Breakfast was perfect with a gluten free option. Communication with a host David was excellent and we got many tips what to do in Noto. Although the appartment was one room only with four beds, we appreciate balcony and cleanliness.

Location to to town was excellent. Staff always asked if I needed anything else. I was completely satisfied.

- Simon (9/5): A great base to explore the surrounding area and only an hour's drive to Catania Airport - The location is good as you can park right outside on the street and avoid driving in the historic centre, yet it is a short walk to the sights and shops - easy for us, perhaps tricky with young children as some roads don't have pavements. Davide (the manager) lives off site but is very helpful and responds quickly to messages, Google Translate gets around the language barrier. Nothing is too much trouble and he even printed off a boarding pass for one of us. Rooms are large with balconies. Bathrooms are large too. We would have liked a kettle to make tea (there are espresso coffee machines in each room) but we bought one in the local hardware store. I wrongly assumed breakfast might be an option, but again it was easy to find local shops/bakeries. And you may prefer to eat out. Davide invited us to his Cafe too.

The place is centrally located and Noto centre can be easily reached by foot. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and breakfast is optimum. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Il wi-fi è quasi assente: il segnale è debole e si scollega facilmente.
