Francesco, partendo dal Santuario della Verna e fermandomi in questo luogo come prima tappa, raggiugendo il bel borgo di Citerna. Essa si trova nel territorio comunale di Città di Castello, alla frazione di Vingone e un grazie particolare va alla Sig. ra Nadia e allo staff per l'ottima accoglienza che ha reso molto piacevole e meritevole di essere ricordata, la seppur breve permanenza. Appartamento bello e funzionale con disponibilità della piscina, in ottima posizione per la continuazione del cammino della via di Francesco e con la possibilità di percorrere percorsi ciclabili (es: la ciclopedonale del Tevere). Possibilità di cenare presso l'ottimo ristorante e di usufruire con un leggero sovrapprezzo di un ottima e abbondante colazione. Giudizio del soggiorno e della struttura più che ottimo. Giovanni F. Thomas (6/5): - La pozione era giusta per i ns bisogni,non abbiamo fatto colazione e Neanche usufruito del ristorante. Camera pulita e accogliente,bagno un po' scomodo ma pulito Staff assente, camera pulita ma fin troppo calda, isolamento acustico praticamente inesistente, porte impossibili da chiudere senza sbatterle e letto comodo ma rumoroso. Servizio pulizie camere decisamente rumoroso,poca attenzione verso l'ospite. I cani andrebbero tenuti diversamente se tendono ad essere aggressivi...sarebbe un gran bel posto con qualche accortezza in più.

Parcheggio interno alla struttura. Buoni i riscaldamenti. Siamo stati solo una notte, ma forse se fossimo stati di più sarebbe stato buono trovare la cucina leggermente più attrezzata.

Demis (9/5): Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva: consigliato a pieni voti! - La posizione strategica per visitare atri centri urbani come Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, ecc. Il giardino con piscina: molto ordinati, curati e accoglienti. La cura da parte della gestrice che ha cercato di farci sentire il piú possibile a nostro agio. Il bagno spazioso, con una bella finestra e un box doccia ben fatto. L'angolo cottura è veramente piccolo (lavello mono-vasca e nessun piano di appoggio). Anche il frigo è di dimensioni piuttosto ridotte, un modello piú grande non guasterebbe. Il quarto letto è in cucina, in cui è presente solo una porta finestra senza scuri, per cui dopo l'alba non è possibile tenere la stanza al buio.

Raffaella (8/5): Struttura in collina con piscina - Struttura situata in collina con piscina. Appartamento pulito. Signora Nadia e tutto lo staff gentilissimi ed accoglienti. Vari spazi all'aperto per giocare e godersi un po' di tranquillità. L'appartamento è dotato dell'essenziale : potrebbe essere aggiunto poco (es. sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, spugnette, sale e olio, etc... ) per renderlo perfetto. Permettere la piscina accessibile dalle 9.00 alle 21:00, in modo da poterne usufruire prima o dopo scampagnata giornaliera.

Giuseppe1468 (8/5): Molto bene ma si può - La posizione e la bellezza della struttura. Il verde, gli spazi della camera e la qualità della cena, soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo. Esperienza positiva ma ci sono dei Punti sui quali si potrebbe migliorare: Cattiva insonorizzazione dell' appartamento, i vicini, tornati all' una della notte, ci hanno tenuto svegli fino alle tre. I teli doccia non proprio adeguati come grandezza e consistenza. La mancanza di tappetini e scendi doccia in bagno.

Bellissimo posto! - Situato a 10 min di auto da Città di Castello, immerso nel verde dei colli.. location molto suggestiva, nel periodo estivo è presente una piscina! Giardini curatissimi, alloggio rustico ma con ambienti ampi e ben suddivisi!

Davide (8/5): - Ampio appartamento, abbiamo alloggiato comodamente in 7 persone per una notte. Anche senza aver prenotato, abbiamo potuto usufruire di un'ottima cena presso il ristorante, molto comodo essendo la struttura non vicinissima al centro abitato.
Rosa (9/5): Una bella parentesi per distaccarsi dal caos cittadino - Casa Poeta accoglie una famiglia al completo; comodi i due bagni. Nadia, molto gentile, ha ascoltato ogni nostra richiesta. Situato in un territorio bellissimo. Vale la pena assaggiare anche le pietanze calde del ristorante.

GAIA (8/5): - La struttura è veramente molto bella, camere spaziose e tanto verde, vicinissima a Città di Castello e a vari servizi come un grande centro commerciale. Possibilità di pensione completa, i proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili. La cucina che secondo me poteva essere più completa aggiungendo un microonde e altri piccoli elettrodomestici.

Zdravko (7/5): - Lokacija super Gospođa nije dobro rezervirala nas apartman,pa smo morali cekati 3 sata dok ispravi svoju gresku. Budimo realni apartman koji je u prizemlju i nije bas prilagođen osobama s invaliditetom.Potrebno ulaganje.
