• Andreas (9/5): Eigentlich top, aber... - Das Zimmer war riesig, top ausgestattet und pieksauber. Alles liebevoll mit Glaskunst und schönen Bildern gestaltet. Frühstück mega. Super ist Nähe zum Elbsee und die vielen Wanderwege. Die vor dem Hotel liegende Werkstatt... Es war teilweise laut, an einem Abend bis 21 Uhr. Unter Erholung verstehe ich etwas anderes und es passt nicht zur idyllischen Lage. Schade! Die Freundlichkeit des Frühstückspersonals ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Angebot der Speisen dazu im Widerspruch: Große Auswahl, Abwechslung und tolle selbst gemachte Britaufstriche.

• Kerstin (9/5): Perfekter Start in den Urlaub - Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel. Diesmal im Sommer, und auch hier passte alles. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine tolle Größe. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, man hat obwohl der Raum klein ist eine gute Auswahl. Toll fanden wir das Standbad mit dem eigenen kleinen Imbiss. Es hat uns alles gefallen

• Jörg (10/5): Hotel auf einem Campingplatz - Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten in einem Hotel auf einem Campingplatz. Alles war blitzsauber und es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend für uns. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die zum Abschied geschenkte Gewürzmischung und den Schlaftee! Mit der Gewürzmischung für Ofengemüse habe ich inzwischen ein köstliches Essen zubereitet und die Schlafteeprobe wird früher oder später auch gebraucht werden. Leider konnten wir den See nicht nutzen, da es zu kalt war.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und toll ausgestattet und dekoriert mit Glaskunst. Dias Zimmer bzw. Apartment sehr solide, geschmackvoll modern und gemütlich ausgestattet, sehr außergewöhnlich. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, für jeden etwas. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Einfach alles, die Einrichtung, freundlicher Empfang, das Frühstück

Great breakfast with fresh pastries, breads, meats, eggs and cheeses Too hot in the rooms in February, had to leave window open and thermostat to minimum. Would also have been nice if we had had utensils and pans to cook: the room had two burners but nothing to use them.

• MDP_Love_Traveling (10/5): What a hotel - a must stay place - The location of this hotel is outstanding. From the 1st look it might look like a farm house associated with a campground, but the moment you enter into your room, you will be amazed. The room was very spacious with a double bed and two additional single beds on the loft. It had a nice little kitchen with a small refrigerator, a dining table with 4 seatings, and an additional dining table with 4 seats on the terrace. Easy to walk to the Elbsee. The staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Will definitely select this place to stay whenever I visit that area in the future.

It's a relaxing countryside stay for a business trip. I highly recommend it for adding the holiday element to your local business trips.
• Karl8853 (10/5): Very romantic and beautiful setting - We spend several times at the Hotel and used the amenities. It is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a look at the rooms - they are great and light. The several restaurants inside and outside are very good and the food is fairly priced and very tasty. People can bring their dogs. The Hotel is part of the Elbsee experience, so you can expect more, than in other hotels.
• janwH3854JF (8/5): Tranquil Oasis on a Lake - We spent one fantastic summer evening at Allgau Hotel Elbsee. The property is set on a lake and there is a nearby beach area to swim, enjoy the sun or rent a rowboat. Our room had a nice balcony where we were able to sit and admire the evening sun. We loved the garden areas which were decorated with art and sculpture. Our favorite part was this small, circular man-made wading pond that had fresh flowing spring water. It was cold and perfect on a hot summer afternoon. As soon as you walk into the main building, the air smells like air from a spa. Everything is immaculately clean.
• FamGansmans (8/5): Super Hotel - We are on our way to IT and stayed over. Superb, location, environment, room perfect, a good recommendation! Staff helpful and friendly. A location to revisit. Restaurant close by, at the lake. Well signed out not far from the Autobahn, free parking and wifi!
• TravelerMinnesota (4/5): Lost reservation - Two couples scheduled two rooms for two nights at this hotel. We were very delighted with the room after arriving late. So enjoying our morning when we were interrupted to ask us when we were leaving. We have verification email saying we had two days reservations. The reception persons simply said. No another guest is coming in you have reservations of only one night you will have to leave. We showed the printed email we had carried no weight. She said reservation for 24'25 meant arrive 24' leave 25'. But had not an answer for two nights listed As added evidence, a local relative had called to check and was informed we would be staying two nights. We had no choice but to leave. We had paid for breakfast so then went to Breakfast room where no hot foods remained. We asked for refill, and we're met with rolling eyes and hands up in exasperation. Our treatment then can only be called contemptuous. If you are from US I would not recommend staying here. Your reservation may not be honored and you will be insulted. We talked to two different managers to no avail. We had a German speaking member of our group so misunderstanding not an issue.
• AniSan (8/5): Very comfortable and excellent value for money - The hotel part of the establishment must have been built recently as it is of quite high standards (for the price). Most rooms are spacious (almost on the verge of being too large) with simple cooking facilities in room. Wifi was available as part of the package. There is a very small lake with rowing boats not 5 minutes away and various facilities from the camping ground. The restaurant on the lake's side is fine for the area and is satisfying for a few meals (don't expect gourmet food). Location can be very interesting when wanting to put many people together, some of which want to camp. At the price of the rooms, the overall value for money is extremely good! We are considering going back next year...
• Sdondello (10/5): Absolutely YES - Great place, greate people. Peaceful in the middle of the nature. It is absolutely worth it if you travel in the area. Restaurant is facing the lake with good tipical food. Owners are always available to help in all sorts of way.
