• Alexandre (2/5): - Dés notre arrivée, attente de 25 minutes avant d’être prise en charge. Une fois notre présence enfin prise en compte, une première chambre nous a été attribuée (552), laquelle s’est révélée non climatisée, pourtant indiqué lors de notre réservation. Nous avons donc été contraints de retourner à la réception, où l’on nous a attribué une nouvelle chambre (n°401), dans laquelle un léger souffle d’air laissait espérer un peu plus de confort. Malheureusement, à notre retour en chambre après une visite de la ville, nous avons constaté que la climatisation ne fonctionnait plus du tout. La température dans la chambre était étouffante, et il nous était impossible de nous rafraîchir. J’ai donc décidé de prendre une douche froide — ou du moins, c’est ce que je pensais pouvoir faire. Or, le mitigeur ne délivrait que de l’eau chaude, voire brûlante, quel que soit le réglage choisi. De plus n’ayant ni serviette ni drap de bain à ma disposition (car prévu pour 1 personne…) j’ai été contraint de descendre à la réception pour en réclamer, ainsi qu’un ventilateur pour tenter de rendre la chambre plus respirable. On m’a répondu qu’aucun ventilateur n’était disponible et que l’hôtel était complet. Le pire restera cette nuit cauchemardesque. La chaleur insupportable nous a contraints à ouvrir les fenêtres, ce qui a entraîné une exposition directe aux nuisances sonores type RER, circu et festivités (fête de la musique). Résultats à peine 1h15 de sommeil !Première et dernière fois dans cette chaîne

Table pas débarrassée j’ai dejeûner à côté de la vaisselle sale. les produits du petits déjeuner sont très bien ainsi que les plats proposés au dîner. Chambre supérieure donnant sur la rue réveillée des 5h du matin camions frigorifiques de Botanic sous la fenêtre. Très beau linge de lit mais matelas dur. J’évite souvent de venir alors que c’est l’hôtel le mieux placé pour moi.

• Aline (8/5): Très bon service mais bruyant si côté balcon - La salle de bain n'est pas adapté pour un voyage à deux ( pas d'intimité visuel ou sonore) et les chambres avec balcon ( plus cher) sont très bruyante ( un bar juste en dessous jusqu'à 2h du matin et le pôle bus à partir de 6h). Heureusement, on a pu changer pour la deuxième nuits avec une chambre sans balcon et au 5eme étage donc plus calme. Les services sont très bien: super petit déjeuner, boisson chaude illimité, fruit illimité, sauna et salle de sport
• Gerald (10/5): - We really enjoyed his hotel for many reasons and would definitely stay here again and recommend it. It's conveniently located within walking distance to both the Metro station and local supermarket/ shops. And, it's about a $23E Uber ride from downtown Paris as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good on-site amenities, such as a lounge, coffee bar, cafe, water dispensers on each floor etc. Clean, modern-style, comfortable rooms. As far as negatives, there were only a few minor things that we noticed. The in-room coffee maker didn't seem to work, but guests can always get coffee and hot water from the 2nd floor coffee bar anytime. Guests have to go to the 5th floor to use the iron & ironing board, which was a minor inconvenience. And, the in-room thermostat (a/c, heat) controls were a bit difficult to use, because it just had dials and buttons without LEDs or indicators to easily tell if it was powered on or off and what the temperature was set to.

The room/bed/shower were all a good size (although the overall bathroom space is a bit small) and was perfectly comfortable for me. The restaurant is open all day and the food was delicious, including their breakfast. And it's right near a Metro station so going into the city was really easy. I would definitely stay there again.

• Denisha (10/5): - For my first solo trip to Paris, this was a great hotel stay. It’s right by the train station so it’s super easy to travel to the center. Ubers are also easy and cheap to catch on this area, in comparison to when I had to catch one by the Louvre. The staff was so kind and I felt safe, being mindful that I don’t speak any French :) The rooms are very dainty and small but it worked for me since I was alone. I loved the water pressure and the bed was comfortable! The only thing I wish I had was a mini refrigerator but other than that, I had a great stay!

Nonostante sia situatato dietro la stazione la zona è molto tranquilla, e sicura. Il bar offre snack gratuti a chi alloggia per 24h ( frutta fresca, snack, distributore di acqua e bevande calde). La colazione offre un ricco buffet tipico francese, dolce e salata ( pan chocolat, pancake, salmone, formaggi e salumi). La camera è in stile moderno, molto confortevole e accogliente, letto matrimoniale e inoltre per chi vuole una macchinetta per un espresso pronto in trenta secondi. Bagno piccolo ma doccia molto spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile, personale molto gentile e attivo 24h, all'arrivo siamo stati accolti calorosamente e ci sono state fornite informazioni utili su come girare Parigi. Okko Hotel è stato aggiunto ai preferiti per un futuro ritorno in questa città

Un petit déjeuner à 18€ pas mieux garni qu un à 12€. De plus tv verrouiller aucun moyen d’y connecté un chromecast et même pas une smart Tv

• Verified traveler (10/5): - My husband and I stayed here from September 14-2919 to 09-17-2019. My only complaint was the AC in the hotel room we stayed in did not blow very well so we had the window open at nights so easy fix for us. We had a great stayed room clean every time we step out and come back in we came back to a clean room. The staffs are very friendly and try they best to help us with anything we needed. Coming from the US and can’t speak a word in French it was very difficult for us but we got enough help to get us around. With the train station and bus less than a minute walk away from this hotel make it so much easier we got a three day Paris pass.We took the train to everywhere. I believe the pass is for bus and train but we didn’t take the bus we use the train. Breakfast for us was great croissants and all different types of jam coffee and cold drinks in fridge raider all day and night. They also offer evening light brunch enough to fill you up salad bread cheese different Sandwich meat and of coarse all the coffee and drinks you can handle they also have A fresh basket of fruits daily, If I ever visit Paris again this will be my choice of hotel to stay that!. Just a little tip for travelers from USA that can’t speak French please learn the map and you will be fine. Change at least 100 US at the airport because Buying anything on the street you will need euro! Restaurants and stores in mall except your credit card but not on the street. • Verified traveler (10/5): - Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Abendsonne. Einfaches jedoch qualitatives Frühstück! Abends gab es ein Salatbuffet und Getränke aufs Haus. Personal nicht aufdringlich, so das man Abends gut und lange in der Lounge verweilen konnte. Insgesamt ein ruhiges Hotel. Unmittelbar in der Nähe gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants/Bistros. Wir hatten für 10€ am Tag geparkt, anstelle der 13,50€. Einfach Okko Personal ansprechen, die haben wohl Sonderkonditionen. Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel. Fahrt mit der Bahn ins Zentrum ca. 25-30 min.

• Pavlo (10/5): Must stay, absolutely brilliant. - Absolutely brilliant, new type of hotel you will not find anywhere else (unless you pay for club floors at 5stars). What stands out is the 'club' on the second floor with a nice terrace and snacks/drinks available round the clock for free, with a special selection between 18:30 and 21 including a free glass of wine, cheese, cold cuts, salad etc all included in your rate. Wonderful breakfast with the right selection of French gourmet products. Minimum staff but very helpful, special thanks to Mohammed who arranged early check in for us and was really caring. Must stay! Hats off to the concept founder and owner.

Big minus: when I asked for an extra capsule for in-room coffee machine, I was told that the guests are eligible for only one capsule a day. In comparable class hotels around the world, there's a tray with capsules in any room and it's replenished at request.
• ChrisB (10/5): - I am on the road about 100 days a year, about 10 of which involve visits to Paris. I stay at this hotel every time. This is a truly unique hotel for business travelers with fantastic amenities given the size and price. You get architecturally interesting and very quiet rooms; a lovely continental-plus breakfast; access to a big "club room" with complimentary soft drinks, tea, and coffee; a surprisingly filling hors d'oeuvres session starting at 6:30p (complete with a glass of wine or beer); free France calling with a generous allotment for overseas calls (try finding that at any hotel stateside!); a spacious sauna; a small but well appointed exercise room; and quite possibly the nicest ironing equipment I've seen at any hotel, anywhere. The location in Rueil is only a short RER ride from downtown Paris if you are in town for tourism and would do very nicely indeed. But definitely, if you have business in western Paris, stay here. You won't be disappointed.

My only complaint is the lack of staff - We were only given 1 bath towel and when I rang down to ask for more, we were told we had to collect ourselves - Same for the Iron!

RER B line train takes you to the Paris Center in 15-20 min. Free breakfast, snacks and light dinner are included in the hotel rate. Overall very positive experience.

• Colin (10/5): A gem, just what I needed! - I don't normally make a habit of reviewing hotels unless they are awesome (or terrible). Anyway, OKKO hotel was fantastic. Right from check-in, the staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel right at home. Hotel and room itself was spotless, with a modern, minimalist style, but still very comfortable. Best thing about the stay for a weary traveler? That'll be the free aperitivo (various cheeses, charcuterie, crudite, salad) and glass of wine/beer. Right next to RER station too, so easy to get into central Paris if needed. For those who enjoy running/walking there was a nice path down the Seine within easy reach of the hotel.

• georgiana (10/5): Short falls of Okko hotel in Rueil Malmaison - It was a beautiful hotel, but for a 4star hotel, you will expect a fridge in ur room of at least an ice cube maker on the hallways. They do not serve proper food for dinner as established nor do they have room service, therefore one will expect a microwave in your room. aircondition was not avail, that was a down side.
• Martin (8/5): Brilliant staff, Rooms could do with some TLC - I've been here before but didn't want to judge on a single stay, however this second visit confirms my thoughts. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. Temperature control is poor - in both stays on different levels, it was too warm and no matter how low I set the air con (which has no indication it's even doing anything) it stays warm. The rooms could do with a visit from maintenance. They were nice but some parts were falling apart. First stay, the shower sliding door kept jamming as the mechanism holding it up had moved. Looking at the marks on the floor, this had been happening for a while. The second room I stayed in, the door handle for the bathroom door just fell off when I touched it.
• Ruth (10/5): Great concept - The staff were really welcoming and always on hand if needed. The evening snacks and glass of wine was a lovely touch. The room is as shown on the pictures, minimalist but comfortable and contained everything required.
