Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta heitä oli vaikea tavoittaa. Hotellin käytävillä tuoksui voimakas hajuste. Huone oli kolkko ja remontoitu vanhaa kunnioittamatta. Ravintoa ei houkutellut aamiaiselle, joten päätimme syödä sen muualla.

• Raimund (10/5): Persönlich geführtes Haus, sehr empfehlenswert. - Herausragend war der Service. Die Chefin persönlich versuchte allen Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Eine zusätzliche Decke war beispielsweise kein Problem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
• Sabine (5/5): - große Räume und zwei Fernsehapparate sind das, was für Luxusappartement spricht, der Rest nicht Das Bad war nicht beheizbar, in dieser Jahreszeit also eiskalt. Die Heizung war laut und deutlich im Zimmer zu hören, im Flur war sie ohrenbetäubend laut. Es gibt im Schlafzimmer keinen Stuhl, um etwas abzulegen.

• Amin (6/5): - The lady was super kind and nice, and the hotel in general was good. The room was big enough and clean, and there is a backyard where you can park your car. There were two small things we didn’t like, however: 1. Since it is a pet-friendly hotel, you may sometimes hear dogs barking during the night. 2. There was no trash bin in the toilet, and the toilet and bathroom were separate, which was a bit inconvenient.

• KARINE (5/5): Rapport qualité prix pas au rendez-vous - Emplacement L’odeur de remontée d’égouts dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner avec des moitiés de petits pains au chocolat et moitié de croissant dont la fraîcheur était douteuse.

• Joel (9/5): Aconselho este alojamento - Muita simpatia, bos relação qualidade preço Uma remodelação nos quartos ficava tudo 5 estrelas... e o preço do pequeno almoço é um pouco exagerado, mas não deixa de ser bastante agradável.

L’hôtel est malheureusement non entretenu à plusieurs niveaux. Douche non sécurisé, Pomo de douche calcaire, moquette usée. Brosse et cuvette des toilettes en mauvaise état. Pour terminer pour avoir de l’eau chaude il fallait la faire couler pendant plus 1/4h .

• Bernd (9/5): - Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Uns wurde eine Reservierung angeboten in einem Restaurant, wir haben dankend angenommen und der Tip war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und sein Geld wert. Keine Beanstandungen.
• D. Burkard (7/5): Sehr ruhig und sehr nettes Personal - Super Frühstück und sehr nette Bewirtung. Eine tolle Empfehlung fürs Abendessen da das eigene Restaurant im Hotel abends geschlossen ist. Die Lage ist klasse gegenüber der Kathedrale und wir durften im Hof parken. Es ist nachts extrem ruhig. Die Fotos entsprechen weitestgehend der Realität. Die Kopfkissen haben nicht frisch gerochen, die Matratze war durchgelegen und es ist sehr schwierig, in der Dusche das heiße Wasser so zu regulieren, dass man sich nicht verbrüht oder erkältet, weil sich die Temperatur ständig ändert.
• Justine (3/5): - Das Bett war sehr unbequem, das mein Partner und ich Rückenschmerzen hatten, es war sehr kalt im Zimmer, das Licht im Flurgang blendete bis ins Schlafzimmer die ganze Nacht und hielte uns wach da es an und aus ging. Es gab nicht mal Wasser auf den Zimmer zu trinken! Im Großen und Ganzen war es zu teuer für so einen Service! Und keine eigene Parkplätze
• Peter (8/5): Bezaubernde und sehr hilfsbereite Chefin. - Bezaubernde und sehr hilfsbereite Besitzerin. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Große Zimmer mit guten Betten. Leider war das Restaurant dauerhaft geschlossen. Die nahegelegene Kirche ließ ab 07:00 Uhr mit viertelstündigen, ausdauerndem Geläut keinen Schlaf mehr zu. Grauenhaft.

My key was left at reception. No evening dining option at the hotel. Not even a drink at the bar. Otherwise very clean, great breakfast and a comfortable bed. I very much recommend this hotel just do some research on places to eat.

• Fabien (10/5): Hôtel à retenir - Chambre propre. Literie confortable. Seuls problèmes, pas assez de pression pour la douchette et rideau de douche devrait être remplacé par une paroie amovible. Prévoir des pinces pour les rideaux occultants, absence de volets roulants. Un petit réfrigérateur avec boissons et une bouilloire avec thé, café soluble auraient bien été appréciés.

• Brendan (4/5): Tired and overpriced - Located within easy reach of Haguenau (if you have a car as we did) and lovely surrounding villages-great food in the area. However the hotel is charmless and tired (for the price). We had expected much better-have had much nicer accommodation with great facilities, charm and service for less cost than this. Definitely loved the area and would really like to return but also would definitely look for other accommodation when doing so.
