• Indira (6/5): Decent place, very convenient location. - Very close to the train/bus station. Room was clean. Lobby area was comfortable. Good wifi. There was a very large noisy school group who were constantly running around yelling and slamming doors. The USB outlets in my bunk did not work.

• Yojany (7/5): Muy caro para lo que ofrecen - Otorgo la puntuación unicamente por la amabilidad del personal, especialmente Marti. Si quieres estsr cerca de la estacion de trenes, la ubicación también te gustará como a mi Nos entregaron las camas para hacerlas cada uno y estando con 2 niños que llegan cansados fue tedioso Las estufas no funcionaban (calefacción) . Tiene de todo (espacio de niños, billar, fulbito de mal, etc) pero hasta lo más mínimo es cobrado. Por último, como venden alcohol, hay demasiados borrachos dentro del Hostel.

Si on doit faire des réservations avec la carte pour organiser le voyage c'est beaucoup trop facile d'accéder à faire de l'abus sur la carte. Il faudra avoir un WIFI sécurisé avec code comme partout d'autre dans les Hostels dans le monde entier. Merci

• Inge Kieboom (6/5): Schoonmaak kan beter - Lokatie, vlakbij station en centrum Ontbijt heel eenvoudig en bed matig, maar passend bij prijs. Geen voorzieningen op kamer. Een kamer zonder daglicht. Vloer erg vies beide keren, twee keer verbleven in dit hotel binnen een week.

• Edon (5/5): - Sadrzaj koji objekt nudi. Jako nas je ugodno iznenadilo da se mogu rentat kolica za malo dijete :) Soba nije bila dovoljno čista, velika cijena doručka za par komada salame, sira i kruha. Slomljen tuš u kupatilu. Četka u wc-u se nije mogla koristiti jer je drška bila slomljena.
• Summerscales (7/5): - Stayed here last year, its very convenient for the main station and bus station in front for local or long distance transport. It's reasonably priced compared to the other hotels close by and has twin or single rooms as well as much cheaper shared dormatory accomodation. Though I'd booked a twin I was given a 4 bed room with two single beds and bunk beds to myself. No issues with the room. I'm sure last year I filled out the usual paper registration. This year I was waved to a square bar code and told to scan it and fill out the registration on line. This didn't work so the receptionist set it up on an I-pad on the counter and I managed to fill that in with some difficulty and received my code which the receptionist needed to access the booking on his computer. Whilst this was going on another guest had an issue with their room and another guest checking in had obtained his code but the hotel computer didn't recognise it, the receptionist needed the man's passport. The Hostel/Hotel is quite a maze with different lifts serving different floors and stairs which don't go where you expect, figured it out eventually. I decided to have breakfast the first morning but for the price it was a bit basic with not much choice only slices of cheese and ham some fruit boiled eggs, the juice machine only had apple squash or a mixed squash. Ate elsewhere the second morning as there are plenty of coffee shops near or at the station.

• Anita (6/5): Würde trotz Mangels wieder kommen - Die Lage direkt beim Hbf in Salzburg ist optimal. Ich reise gerne in A&O Hostels, weil das meinen Ansprüchen gut entgegen kommt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider hatte ich mit meinem Zimmer kein Glück: Die Beleuchtung hat nicht funktioniert. Der Abfluss im Bad beim Händewaschen ist nicht abgeronnen.

• Jessica (6/5): Great location, pity there is no female dorms - Depending on your plans in Salzburg, the location may be great or not so much (most sights and local food are across the river, but you do get the free transport pass). I mostly did day trips from Hbf station, so it was perfect. It's a pretty big place, but it was clean overall and the staff pretty friendly. The mattress and pillow were fairly comfy, decent dorm lockers and the little 'tray' that ran along the bunk bed was great for storage. It's more hotel vibes that hostel (it's very big), so it didn't seem to be a social place if that's what you're after. - No female only dorms. I generally don't stay in mixed dorms anymore because from my experience, the prevalence of guys snoring badly is way higher. And yes, I had guys snoring loudly every night. For half my stay, I was also the only female in the room, so it was hardly 'mixed' - The dorm bathroom was carnage when I arrived (overflowing rubbish bin, filthy toilet, rubbish all over the floor). When it hadn't been cleaned later the next day (and there was no toilet paper) I checked with reception and they dealt with it well (room was cleaned the next day) - You have to pay for a towel - No where to hang anything in the bathroom, such a simple thing! - No privacy curtains around the beds

• Marcos (3/5): Bien, habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. - Me gustó la amplitud de la habitación, y que había dos aseos , uno co retrete y lavado y el otro con ducha y lavabo. Y taquillas .. la zona común , hall , muy amplio también y limpio . El resto .. bueno .. Pues no me gustó para empezar la cocina, demasiado pequeña, todo muy sucio y grasiento. El check out lo tenía el domingo, que es a las 11h pues cuando llegue a las 10h ya no podía abrir la puerta con la tarjeta, la habían bloqueado para ya no poder entrar, pero bueno se resolvió bajando a recepción y diciéndoselo a personal , aunq parece que le costó o molesto tenerme que abrir .. precio algo elevado comprado con anterior hostel en Múnich que estaba mucho mejor !

• Wilhelm (4/5): Trotz guter Lage nicht zu empfehlen - Die Zimmer waren entsprechend der Erwartungen für ein Hostel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber deutlich unterbesetzt. Das Frühstück war nicht gut, würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen. Auch hier deutlich zu wenig Personal. Es war nur eine Servicekraft zu sehen. Die war für Nachschub an Lebensmittel und Geschirr zuständig und scheinbar auch für den Geschirrspüler. Sie konnte es gar nicht schaffen, Tische abzuwischen.

• Jane (9/5): Excellent location and VFM - Really good value for money, the room was basic but had everything you need, the beds were comfortable and although the bedding has a couple of holes in it, it was clean. The location was excellent few minutes walk from the railway station and bus stops. The hotel provide a free bus pass, but it was as only about a twenty minute walk to the town centre and attractions. The reception offers a baggage store and free phone charging points. There is also a bar and coffee machine. Check in was very easy. Nothing negative to say

• Khushbu Nicky (9/5): Budget friendly place closer to station. Helpful staff. Safe location - It is very close to station and a budget friendly place. I spotted some dust on the bed but honestly the price that they offer in that I can ignore bit of dust. They provided clean sheet for the bed and for quilt as well. There were separate lockers. The room had all basic facilities that is required for a comfortable stay. The common areas were well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was safe and also the area around is safe too. I definitely recommend this if budget is a constraint. -
