- Alicia (4/5): will never again rent from Tahoe Keys Resorts! - Horrible stay! I followed instructions for late check in calling 3 days prior to arrival & still got called on day of arrival asking when I was checking in and that they were closing the office in a half an hour...that was a 5:50pm (their web site states they close at 8pm) 4 lights in the condo were not working. no air or fans....had to ask and plead for them to get us fans due to the heat. Found dirty dishes and standing old water in the dishwasher. Called Tahoe Keys Resorts they said they were sending someone over to handle...no one came. Left our dirty dishes in the sink due to unclean and nasty water in dishwasher. The shower ceiling in the downstairs bathroom looks as if it is about to cave in....so we did not use the upstairs bathroom, just in case that could happen. 2 of the 4 burners on the stove were out...we were told at the time of check in on Saturday that they were. Spoke to several Tahoe Keys Resorts employees in regards to all issues at the time of issue and no sense of care or urgency. Please see attached pictures of issues we experienced. All these issues really made me think of the cleanliness of the rest of the unit. Will never rent or recommend anyone to rent from the Tahoe Keys Resorts.
