Onsen is a nice touch. - Proximity to the train station (one subway stop) and to akihabara (15 minutes walk), nice staff, onsen Room was very small, practically no space between the beds. Couldn’t figure out how to turn down heat and had a hard time sleeping. Japanese style breakfast did not seem appealing to daughters.

The staff provided great direction in regards to best routes to take, maps with highlighted directions on how to get to train stations. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Rooms were clean and the hallways were quiet.Great place to stay. If I'm lucky enough to come back to Japan, I would stay here. NA
- 西尾 (6/5): とてもリラックスして宿泊できた。 - 駐車場が利用でき、かつ、エントランス直ぐの位置にあり、さらに、入出庫自由で自走式であったので、滞在中のとても便利でした。 2部屋を利用させてくもらったが、同一フロアーを準備下さり、我々のコミュニケーションをとる上でとても便利できよかった。 Wi-Fi利用の案内がわからなかった。

- Jon (5/5): An okay place but pricey for what you get - Nice but not great. Breakfast okay but just barely. I don’t know who to blame, the hotel or Expat Explorer, but as suggested by Expat Explorer I purchased a room for my wife and I to stay a day before and after our trip. The hotel wanted us to change rooms - leave our room at 10:00 am and change rooms to another room at 3:00 or 4:00 to start the tour. They told me the room I booked and paid for by Booking.com was 9000 yen more expensive and we would not get a refund if we stayed in the same room. Then they told me the room I booked didn’t have breakfast included and even though we stayed in a 9000yen cheaper room if we want real fast it would cost an additional 1500 yen!!! The hotel and Expat Explorer should get this straight with Booking.com since friends who did not use Booking.com paid less and got the breakfast without any issue - stayed in the same room throughout their visit before and after our tour. Next time I won’t use Booking.com even if recommended due to it costing me so much more and more of a hassle when we got to the hotel

- David (2/5): Great location and clean hotel, but unclear child policies made the stay more complicated than expected. - Great location and very convenient. The hotel met the cleanliness standards you expect in Japan, everything was well maintained and organized. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were polite and attentive, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. The main issue was with the child policy, which was unclear and inconsistent with what was shown on Booking at the time of reservation. The site did not clearly state that children 7 years and older require their own bed and cannot share. They even loaded their hotel website on my phone and showed this policy to me, and then we compared it to the one in Booking and yes they were the opposite. We originally booked a room that was large enough for our family, but due to this policy, our 10-year-old was considered an adult. This left us without a sleeping option for him unless we booked an additional room. The only solution offered was to reserve another room, which cost us about $250 USD for two nights. This also meant splitting the family across different floors, which was not ideal. I asked if we could simply pay an extra person fee for our child, but this was not accepted. I understand policies may be strict, but some flexibility would have made a big difference, especially for a short stay. I rarely post a negative review but this time I believe it was warranted.

Limpio estaba por supuesto, como todo Japón y el personal agradable. Pero aquí vienen los peros. Fue el Hotel más caro en todo nuestro viaje a Japón y sin embargo para nosotros fue el peor. Calidad-Precio muy mal. El desayuno horrible, no nos gustó nada. Hubiera preferido un buffet. El baño público en pleno 2026 y en un Hotel, mira, me da igual vuestra cultura, no soy un Yakuza y discriminarme por llevar tatuajes me parece fatal. La ducha se movía todo el tiempo, era pequeña con poco espacio y el bidé estaba al lado mojándose y siendo el peor de lejos de los que probamos. No te dejan agua porque supuestamente el agua de grifo esta filtrada. La televisión de adorno, no la podemos usar porque carece de YouTube o cualquier app que podamos usar nosotros. No tenemos espacio para dejar la ropa fuera de la maleta. No sé, son muchas cosas. Lo siento pero no nos gustó. Estuvimos cenando en el restaurante de allí y nos sentimos intimidados con los comensales que había, esos si eran Yakuzas manejando algo turbio no me jodas.

- Kumiko (10/5): また、宿泊したいです - チェックイン前に荷物も預けられて良かったし、大浴場があって、旅の疲れもとれました。 朝食もバイキングではなかったけど、和食か、洋食が選べて丁度良い量の、朝食でした。お部屋も、シングルベッド3台ゆったりできました。 お部屋に、ヘアードライヤーがなかったのが残念でした。フロントに連絡すれば良かったけど、何だか面倒くさくて、チェックインの時に、貸し出ししてくれたらと思いました。

- Wei-Ting (10/5): - 在擁擠的東京能找到一間有浴場的高cp值飯店是一件超棒的事！距離東京車站走路也只需要十五分鐘～距離新日本橋站和三越前站也都走路3-5分鐘就能到，附近算是商業區，所以晚上很安靜！這次剛好是三月初入住，所以一出去整條路上都開滿了櫻花，非常漂亮！7-11、全家、Lawson 都是走路很快就能到，附近也有一些關東煮、串燒小店可以吃宵夜，算是蠻不錯的選擇！
- 銘龍 (10/5): 乾淨、安靜、房間也還蠻新的，26吋行李箱放著還可以順順走來走去，附近有神田、新日本橋、三越前、小傳馬町車站可搭車也很方便 - 早餐分西式跟日式二種在入住第一天就會詢問，西式有3個小麵包、生菜、優格、洋芋沙拉、蛋和德式香腸，日式的有味增湯、魚、飯、和一些小菜，都還不錯，只是份量是固定的，房間裡有冷氣可以開，最低20度，不會都是暖氣讓人不舒服，住了四天冷氣都開在20-24左右，外出也不會溫差過大不適應 用餐時間、澡堂可以再往後延半小時-1小時左右,感覺有點早就收，澡堂部分AM5-9點，PM4點-AM1點，除非是都在飯店裡不然在外面逛街或運動回來會有點趕或是只能放棄泡澡，餐廳時間平假日開放跟關閉時間不太一樣，住四天其中有一天記錯時間沒吃到🥲，平日6：45-8：30，假日7-9...
- Valeria (10/5): Great place, great staff, great location - Tokyo was the last stop of our trip before returning home, and we stayed at this hotel in January 2025. The room was tiny but comfortable and spotlessly clean. When I travel, the most important things for me are cleanliness and location, and this hotel completely met my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. During our stay, my husband lost his hat in the hotel and the staff kept it safely for us until we came back. On our last evening, our return flight was suddenly canceled, and the staff immediately helped us by finding another room where we could stay for the night. The service was truly amazing and the team was extremely thoughtful. The location is also perfect, close to many services and very convenient. I would really like to thank the hotel staff again for helping us so quickly when our flight was canceled. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

- Ching-Yi (9/5): - 房間非常乾淨，2樓大眾浴池的環境也很乾淨，這次住了四天，整體很舒適，如果要求不要打掃房間的話，房務還會在門口掛上乾淨的毛巾，非常貼心！ 飯店位置跟新日本橋只隔一條街，周圍很安靜，附近有一間全家，離神田站也不遠，走路大概7分鐘左右而已

- Piyawan (8/5): - We ate dinner at the resturant 2 times and boht times I feel like being watched or scrutinized by the manager/supervisor (male), actually at beafast time as well (breakfast was a female supevisor). Other than that it was a great expeience. I stayed here befoe three years ago the hotel keep conditions pretty nice.
- A11640 (9/5): Tokyo 2026 - Near quite a few JR and Subway stations. Just 1 stop from Tokyo Station. Having an onsen in the hotel is a bonus. Having a proper closet in the room. Quite a few dinning options near hotel The pillow quite small. No shopping options around hotel.

- Christina (10/5): Gerne wieder - Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer. War schon sehr eng, aber das wussten wir vorher. Wenn man das einplant, kann man sich gut organisieren. Es war trotzdem komfortabel (Betten waren sehr gut) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war super und der Onsen sehr erholsam. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. - Daniela (10/5): Ótima localização e comodidade - Ótima localização, perto de estações de metrô e trem, tem um restaurante anexo que serve café da manhã. Quarto espaçoso para os padrões japoneses, e a máquina de lavar no hotel facilitou muito nossa rotina. Único ponto negativo é que meu marido precisou fazer algumas reuniões de trabalho de madrugada por causa do fuso horário do Brasil e não o deixaram usar sala de reunião ou outro lugar. Desligavam a energia das áreas comuns à meia-noite.

- Leong (4/5): The place is clean but very small, - Affordable price Early check in n late check out the charge extra with 1000 yen per hour, we stay there on 2/12 n 8 to 11/12 They charge extra if we deposit our luggage on 2/12 n pick up on 8/12 with 5000 yen per luggage per day, the reception service staff are inflexible they give us a smaller room to a couple n a bigger single room for my son, we swapped room service staff service staff don’t allow us to exchange room key that cause much inconvenience to us

- Carlum (8/5): A good hotel option for families, close to Tokyo station and Ginza - Wonderful location, very convenient to access Combinis, the JR and the Metro. Breakfast locations were a short walk away. Pick up transports were easy access. Check-in very strict at 3pm.
- Renan (8/5): Boa estadia - O hotel é perto de muitas estações do metrô e o bairro conta com muitas opções de restaurantes, bares e cafés. Possui onsen. Quarto muito pequeno como é comum no Japão. A cama de casal também era muito pequena, causando um leve desconforto. Café da manhã caro. Não é um bairro muito turístico, apesar de perto de estações de metrô que levam a qualquer parte da cidade.
