William (1/5): Go elsewhere this Hilton is a dump - Nothing since it’s run down dirty overflowing trash No trash cans in the parking area Beer cans and fast food bags are littering the parking area The breakfast buffet will make you sick to the point of puking all day The rooms are very dated and carpet in the hallways are 1-2 years past due for a cleaning Bathroom had no toilet paper
Max (9/5): - The one downside to the stay was the price of breakfast. For example, a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn provides a breakfast at no additional charge. In the future we will book reservations at one of these facilities.

Hilton is the first chain hotel I've encountered with both a high room cost PLUS an extra cost for breakfast. Far better had the breakfast been a cold, continental meal rather than gouge the customer for additional money. And by the way, I opted to have breakfast elsewhere for a cheaper price than Hilton offered. The business center was locked and Wi-fi was useless unless had their own computer.

Cynthia (9/5): - The staff was amazing. The front desk attendant would text to make sure if we needed anything. I thought that was very welcoming and nice. The beds are soft and very clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazingly good.it was set up nice and pretty. It had everything. Eggs meats potatoes was seasoned very good. Fresh fruit yogurt all kings of pastry cold cereal and hot. Coffee juice tea. Just lovely and nicely decorated. The only thing and I mean the only thing is the carpet in the room really needed replaced badly but the room was sooo clean I looked over that. I really will be visiting again in January for another stay.thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

The receptionist was really nice to the man checking in before us, but wasn't the same to me when I checked in. She wasn't rude, but wasn't as welcoming when I made it up to the counter. She went above and beyond for the customer before. She looked up different numbers for rewards and didn't even ask me once we finally made it up there. It felt like we didn't matter.

Every inch of this hotel was white glove clean, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was a full buffet, the bed and pillows were more comfortable than my own at home, and it was far superior to the Marriotts and Westins I’ve stayed at!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Not directly off the highway, had to do a little maneuver to get to. Pool and Jacuzzi very crowded.

The house keeper was always so quick on the game when I needed something. Becca in the kitchen so sweet and always has the best attitude and happy to help. Casey at the front desk so sweet and helpful, Lauren one other housekeeper I didn’t catch her name was always ready to ghetto me anything I needed. My only complaint is Jessi at the front desk she is not friendly at all I’m sorry in this industry you need a better attitude and a better way of communicating with people. I guess I was a problem to her this is the second thing I have stayed an had to deal with her a she has had the same nasty behavior. I also had an issue with the over night girl she was super thin I had to come down a got a drink she was so mad I disturbed her night. I think her name was Chelsea.

Climber60979686655 (8/5): Needs some better staff - My family and I stay here often. We travel from Florida to Ardmore be near family and this is like home away from home. We typically have fantastic stays and I’m not one to write much reviews but feel this is necessary. After a long day at a funeral my husband and I needed to wind down. We went to the bar for some of the best, cold , tap beers. The bartender Penny was absolutely top notch! She was incredibly personable, polite and went out of her way to give us a fantastic experience! My only complaint would be some of The staff, particularly in the kitchen. He was incredibly rude and made us feel unwelcome. The male cook in the kitchen had a less than desirable attitude. As a guest I would expect to be treated better than what we encountered. I over heard him yelling disgustedly to the bar tender “are they going to order or not, I’m closing in 30 minutes!” We were not ordering, however had the menu because we didn’t know they offered food and just wanted to take a peek. I later asked when the kitchen closed and how long he was supposed to be there for patrons. The kitchen did close at 9 and he was supposed to take orders until then and leave by 10. Regardless, as he exited the hotel, promptly at 9pm he gave us a dirty look and said something under his breath. I also notice the front desk staff to be on their phones and one smoking what appeared to be a weed pen, trying to hide behind a wall near the front desk. We were also put in a room that obviously had dogs staying in it because the room was full of visible dog hair. Perhaps the staff needs to be addressed to make the place like it was on our other visits!
