Checking in was a breeze, the front office staff was friendly and arranged connecting rooms for us. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with many options we all enjoyed it. Housekeeping staffs as well as bell hops were friendly and greeted when we walk passed. Loved that is walking distance to KSL mall and many good food around. Getting to southkey mall was also fast. Definitely my go to hotel in Jb. Thank you all for making our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Will return for good bfast and nice staffs - Front office staff, indonesian girl, f&b staff, steward, kitchen staff during sahur and morning breakfast, and the bellman, all were very professional. Food all extremely tasted really good. Good job exec chef and team! Front Office staff, i believe duty mgr, an indian lady, unprofessional and didnt apologize even when she found out the mistake is from her side. Very bad attitude, not fit for hospitality industry, especially as front liner. Got to take care this kind of staff or else will have bully issue in the department.
