- Carina (4/5): While the staff were polite, there was a clear lack of attention to detail and several service gaps that affected our ov - I liked the bedroom, and the hot and cold shower worked well. My family and I were disappointed with our stay due to several issues. We were informed via email that free terminal pick-up was included, which I confirmed three days in advance with our travel details. Because of this, we cancelled our family’s plan to pick us up in Tagbilaran. However, no one arrived, and we had to hire a van ourselves. At check-in, the front desk provided us with breakfast vouchers for three, indicating that breakfast was included. We used these on our first day. On the second day, we were unexpectedly told that breakfast was not included and that we needed to pay—even for the first day. Although the first day’s breakfast was eventually waived upon checkout, we were still charged for the second day. Additionally, after these issues, I reviewed the listed amenities and noticed that items such as slippers and a hair dryer were not provided in the room. When I requested them, I was told they were only available upon request, along with a shower curtain, which was also not initially set up.

The hotel manager Ariel, had a very strong personality. He was not easy to communicate with and did not have the willingness to see through the problem and help resolve it. Giving feedback to the management team to help improve customer service.

They change me the room for one with window next day. The staff is very nice and helpful. Very noisy. At the upper floor they had an religious meetings, they move furniture and sing through the afternoon. Be aware that every transfer to the city, pier and airport is not cheap.'
- Luke (6/5): Get what you paid for - Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and the hotel is not far from malls or airport (30mins from airport). Room is smaller than shown in picture. Only one small blanket that barely feels like it fits in the bed. No hot water. The shower has no curtain so if someone is using the toilet, they will also be having a shower at the same time haha. Good value considering the price for the room. The restaurant has good tasting food, but small portions.

They need to provide some more things for the guest such as hair dryer. And please put shelf or rack in the bathroom for the shampoo/ soap. And also to hang towels or robe. There’s none in our room. Provide coffee and tea please.

- Denise (8/5): Good location, great staff. - Great staff especially the vivacious and engaging front desk officer who greeted us. Room 214’s toilet had poor ventilation. One of the beds also faced smack into the sink and mirror located outside the toilet and bath.

- Cornelle (10/5): Great place to stay. - the resto was great - coffee and food, the staff is great and very accommodating, and the price of the room I got was fair for the 2-3 nights I stayed there. I if you don't have a Motorcycle or service vehicle commuting may be a challenge though is besides the road its just that public transport can be a bit daunting . I had to rent a motorbike for my whole stay so that I can be very efficient .

Towels seem old (rough and gray). They kept forgetting to give us a bath mat too. One of the beds were too soft. No generator (there was a 2-hour blackout before dawn in one of the days we stayed there).

The location is unbeatable and really affordable. When you need something done in the city, this is really a good place to stay. I dont like it when the bathroom sink is slowly draining and the taxi was not available early morning. I could not say about the food bcoz i did not even try to eat there. Bummer!!
