• Shaun (9/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the centre of the town. - Centrally located, only 10-12 minute walk from the main railway station. Building only one minute from one of main eating and drinking areas of the old towns. Plethora of restaurants serving a wide range of food and drinks. Seven minutes walk to an excellent supermarket/deli. Basic, but comfortable and good sized room. Shower in the bathroom was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep with very little external noise. Additional sitting space on the external terrace, accessed through the shuttered doors. A good size fridge was located there, as well a small area to hang and dry washing. Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Location of room 8 on the second floor. Awkward if carrying luggage and with children, as there is no lift. Slight problem with toilet flushing mechanism, but resolved after speaking to the cleaner.

• Sergio Bur (10/5): Ottimo - Camera bella, pulita e funzionale così come il bagno. Ottimo il terrazzo arredato. Molto tranquilla nonostante sia a pochi passi dalla "movida". Posizione strategica per visitare la città e molto vicina alla stazione dei treni e ai capolinea dei bus.

Accessibilité et instructions très claires Du fait d être très centrale il n est pas du tout calme la nuit mais c est normal vu que tous les bar et restons sont à côté. • Robert (9/5): Great stay in historic Cagliari! - The apartment was very nice. Clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom, nice outdoor space. The location is great! It's in a perfect spot for exploring the city of Cagliari. It's not far from the train station, so I was able to take the train from the Airport to the apartment for under 2 Euros. Much better than a 35 Euro taxi ride. I liked there were lots of local people in the area, it isn't just tourists. The Wi-Fi worked well. The communication with the host were very good and helpful. It was also quiet for sleeping. I never found a safe in the room, which I would've liked to store my passport and extra cash.

• Philippa (9/5): Easy independent check in and out, you can store your bag there, lovely finish to the room. - The location is super, Sergio was super communicative, kind and helpful, and the lady who keeps the property was so friendly. The room is lovely and the veranda is an amazing bonus: I enjoyed being out there in the evening. I wish I’d known there was a fridge out there before I let my food perish! The whole building is very charming in aesthetic and all the fixtures in the flat are brand new (even to the point of there still being labels on the art and bedside decorations!). The bathroom is spacious with a big shower with good water pressure. The toilet flushes like it’s about to explode, but it does the job! There seem to be beach umbrellas to borrow in the foyer, but I wasn’t aware of this until it was too late for me. I recommend you see if you can take one before going to Poetto as the chairs there are outrageously priced and all crammed together. These are minor things, but worth noting for preference: the building is very echoey so in the morning when the cleaner comes in an out (the cupboard is next to room 8) it’s like someone is coming into the room; and anyone going in and out of the building clatters all the way up. Sound from the upstairs apartment also comes down, so the first night I was still awake at 3am when they went to bed, and was up at dawn with the cleaner! If you’re not sensitive to sound, this won’t bother you. A trash bin (other than in the bathroom) would have been the only addition I would recommend.

La camera non corrispondeva esattamente alla foto della prenotazione che mostrava infatti infissi moderni (sarebbe utile aggiornare le immagini). Infine manca l'ascensore che potrebbe essere scomodo per chi ha bagagli pesanti.

• Anja (6/5): Super Lage - Die Lage ist wirklich top! Besser geht’s kaum Wir waren zu 2. als Freunde da und im Badezimmer hat man wenig Privatsphäre. Es ist schlicht weg kein geschlossener Raum und man hört und riecht alles Das Bett ist auf der Empore mit Plexiglas davor, entsprechend nutzt die Klimaanlage hier kaum etwas Das Schlafsofa ist leider sehr unbequem Der Müll war nicht geleert und im Kühlschrank war noch eine angebrochene Flasche, ansonsten sehr sauber

In una posizione centrale, raggiunta facilmente a piedi grazie alla treno di collegamento con l’aeroporto, vicina a molti ristoranti e locali, nonché a Casteddu. Non trovare l’acqua al risveglio (disservizio temporaneo non imputabile alla struttura ), la rumorosità della strada su cui si affacciava la notte.

• Matthew (8/5): Very centrally located, comfortable rooms - Nice rooms located in the centre of town. Sergio communicated everything clearly and check-in was straight forward. I had everything I needed in the room. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge to store food and drinks.

• Lana (9/5): - This place was super charming! It's a rustical building with high ceilings. Loved the look of the room. It was clean and comfy. The location is right at the city center. The only bad thing is it can be quite noisy from the street if you leave the windows open at night, which we did because it was too hot. If you are able to sleep with the AC on, than this wouln't be an issue.

Comfortable bed. Fridge and balcony. I wasn’t able to fully close the balcony door and it was a bit lively at night as my room was facing the street site but nonetheless I slept heavily
