Hemos viajado 3 amigos, ninguno habla inglés y se han preocupado en todo momento por entendernos, poniendo ellos su traductor, nos ofrecieron adaptador gratuitamente. El desayuno y la cena buena cantidad y variedad. Si tuviera que poner algo negativo sería que la limpieza del baño y de los cojines de la cama no estaba tan profunda y la señal de wifi.

The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The overall environment of the hotel was calm and surrounded by nature, and the swimming pool, set within this natural setting, was clean and very inviting. Breakfast was well-presented and delicious. The restaurant staff were very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. I also truly appreciated the herbal garden and the meditation area, both of which were beautifully maintained and added a peaceful, refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, nature, and tranquility.

• Nalin (10/5): Wonderful experience at Rangiri Dambulla Resort - My wife and I stayed one night at Rangiri Dambulla Resort in November 2024, and had a wonderful experience. The chalet was impeccably clean, esthetically decorated, and very comfortable. The manager and staff were exceptional; they were extremely attentive, friendly, and eager to assist. The buffet-style meals that they prepared for us were delicious. The hotel provided a quiet and peaceful surroundings to its guests, and the eco-friendly, organically grown vegetable and fruit garden that supplied the kitchen with produce added to this. The traditional welcome, and rituals performed during arrival and departure provided a flavor of Sri Lankan culture. We will definitely visit again.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a level of warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly at home. We were welcomed with a traditional oil lamp lighting, fresh flowers, and a delightful welcome drink that set the tone for what was to come. Our villa was beautifully decorated with flower arrangements, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Wandering through the property felt like stepping into nature's paradise, with plants and trees carefully labelled and wild creatures like peacocks and giant squirrels adding to the charm. The pool was a serene escape, and enjoying a fresh cup of tea by the water made it even better. The highlight of our stay was an enchanting candle-lit dinner by the pool, with oil lamps casting a warm glow all around us. The food was beyond delicious, and the surprise birthday cake from the entire staff made the evening unforgettable. Breakfast the next day was a feast, featuring fresh, homegrown fruits and vegetables that added a natural and flavorful touch to every dish. It was tough to say goodbye, and we left with only one regret that we couldn't stay longer. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team security, reception, housekeeping, kitchen and especially the Resident Manager Mr. Dinesh who went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. If you're looking for a place that blends luxury with nature and creates memories that last a lifetime, this is it. We can't wait to return! Nothing at all! Everything was above and beyond expectations. We couldn't have asked for more.

• Asiri (10/5): Great value for money with a peaceful, nature-filled stay, friendly staff, and delicious meals. - My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Rangiri Dambulla Resort. The location, away from the city center, allowed us to stay close to nature, which made the experience even more relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable, despite not being a 4 or 5-star property, and we were very happy with the overall comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. One of the highlights was the nature walk through the cultivated lands within the resort, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The dinner, especially the grilled fish, was delicious, and in general, all the meals we had were flavorful and satisfying. The hotel manager Mr. Dinesh provided an exceptional service throughout our stay, ensuring we were well taken care of and comfortable at all time When we left the hotel, the staff members warmly wished us safe travels by offering a cup filled with water and flowers, along with heartfelt blessings. Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Given the price and the category of the hotel, we were more than satisfied with our stay.
• Kaushalya (9/5): Superb - Welcome was superb as they offered flowers, and wanted us to lit the oil lamp... we went there at around 9pm at night and they offered us hot milk tea which was really great to have at that time.. staff is very friendly and if u need a break with a calm environment this is the correct place..
• Lalinda (4/5): - Great staff which prevented me from giving one star. No wifi input rooms, no television channels except for one, swimming pool was out of order and lost goes on. Problem is not withthe staff - it is the owners of the hotel. Avoid LSR group hotels! There are better places to spend your money

• Tatsunori (8/5): Relaxation - Closed to Sigiriya. It is a tent, but the room is large and comfortable. Many stars are shining in the sky and birds are singing. You're in the nature. No SPA, no activity service, but the quiet location is very very nice.
• akapi (8/5): An oasis in a nature setting! - After a long drive from Kandy, this resort looked like paradise! We loved the concept of having tents in such a nature setting. Overall the tents were very comfortable and had all the mod cons one gets in any hotel room including aircon, wifi etc. The problem is that if it is windy, the flaps behind the beds make a bit of noise and can disturb your sleep. The room service was prompt and the staff were very friendly and helpful but could do with a bit of training as they did not seem to understand what was said to them. The cleaning of the room was a bit of hit and miss. Although they cleaned the room well, they did not bother to clean the sit-out. The ice bucket from the previous night and an empty bottle was still there and the floor had not been swept resulting in about a hundred ants carrying a piece of crisp into the bedroom! There was a buffet and a la carte which was good and gave people choices and the chef took the trouble to talk to guests to ask what they liked. The only complaints we had was that the non-veg dishes were limited to chicken and fish and the breakfast was quite limited in variety and not good enough for a resort aspiring to 4*. Th pool was lovely and the general ambiance soothing and peaceful. An ideal place to relax.
• Natalia (10/5): Tented hotel resort - luxury stay - The resort is set back from a busy road in a fabulous nature setting. Beware that 20 out of the 26 "rooms" are tents and only 6 are solid built cottages. If you want a glamping style close to nature experience then the tents are fabulous. If you want to have more privacy go for the cottages, which are very large and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. As we were few people breakfast and dinner options were limited but very tasty. Excellent option for a luxury stay in thw dambulla triangle.
