• Hervé (6/5): A améliorer... - La chambre se situe dans un quartier très calme et très proche du centre ville et de la gare. C'est un point très important. Car il y a un bus qui fait la navette entre l'aéroport et la gare. La chambre est très petite. La salle de bain est minuscule et la douche beaucoup trop petite avec un rideau qui vous colle à la peau quand vous vous lavez. Une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain et une fuite d'eau.

Para estar varios días conociendo la ciudad, está habitación es suficiente para dormir y ducharse. - Olía fatal. A desagüe. Un olor continuo muy desagradable. - De 3 noches, la segunda noche, la gente de otras habitaciones fue muy muy ruidosa de madrugada. Hablando muy alto y haciendo mucho ruido varias veces de madrugada. - En las fotos parece más grande y de más calidad que lo que luego es. Las instalaciones parecen nuevas y no lo son.

No era lo que parecía en las fotos y menos se espera esto por el precio que cobran. Además, ambos salimos con picaduras de bichos…

The bunk beds weren't very comfortable, to be honest, but they were acceptable. I can recommend it in terms of price-performance ratio. The bunk beds could be more comfortable.

• Yasmina (10/5): It’s a great option if you are looking for a budget place which is both clean and close to historical attractions. - The room was small but comfortable and most importantly clean. There was coffee which was a great addition. Another pros is the location- close to termini and on walk distance to tge historical center 30 min to Borghese Park; 30 min to Fontana di Trevi and the Pantheon. Only thing I consider as disadvantage is the noise coming from the street.

• RUTE (10/5): Melhor escolha em Roma - Localização excelente. Tivemos que ligar ao proprietário de madrugada quando chegámos e o mesmo prontificou-se de imediato para nos ajudar. Tudo muito limpo e silencioso, o que é ótimo para conseguirmos descansar. Nada a apontar.

• Vicky (4/5): Disappointing to say the least - Location is central as expected 20 mins walk from Termini Where do I start… non of the pictures used in this advert are of the room I was given! I picked this property due to the rooms pictured looking spacious, plenty of room to walk about but be warned this isn’t the case! The bed in the room (316) we were provided pretty much takes up the entire space with little storage or room to put anything! The bathroom is very dated and did not have adequate plumbing just a plastic pipe under the sink! No surprises there for it smelling! We were given 1 coffee capsule for the entire 3 night stay! But to be honest with the 2 mugs both having cracks down them probably for the best! I was aware this wasn’t a hotel and didn’t have a reception however what I wasn’t expecting was to have to chase the property owner on the day to be able to gain access. I received an email saying it was online check in -fine no problem and that after sending my passport details on the morning of arrival we would receive the door codes - this did not happen! I tried contacting the property twice on the day and nothing! No contact! We make our way to the property to see what’s what we by chance asked a lady if she knew if we were in the correct place and then established she was the owner! She let us in to a room and said she would send over the door codes! Which she did however later that evening after returning from our evening meal I opened my what’s app to discover she had deleted the messages with the door codes! I then had to try get hold of this lady at 11pm again chasing her for the 3rd time today! Please don’t be fooled by these photos as not one of them resembles the room we were given!!!! For what we paid we could have stayed at the very palatial looking hotel at the end of the road! I have stayed in nicer Hostels! I assume these rooms pictured must exist as the reviews are not all as I am writing however this is not what we received .
• Charles (6/5): logement bien mais peut mieux faire - Le côté chambre est très bien. Le couchage est très confortable. La chambre est faite tous les jours et la propreté est très bonne. Le quartier est calme et le logement aussi. Le quartier est à environ 30 minutes de marche de tout les sites touristiques, mais il est bien desservi par les bus La salle de bain est vétuste. Le ballon d'eau chaude est dans la baignoire. La pression d'eau dans la douche est très mauvaise. La cuvette des WC mérite d'être refixée et surtout une mauvaise odeur de canalisation est persistente.
• Deborah (8/5): - La verdad es que la habitación estaba bastante bien, limpia , ordenada, pasan cada día a limpiar (solo limpian el suelo, no cambian toallas ni sábanas), te dejan café e infusiones y unos bizcochos de cortesía en la habitación, además hay más en la entrada. Lo mejor las almohadas, pura fantasía. Tuvimos alguna incidencia y pudimos contactar con el propietario sin problema Lo único malo de esta habitación es la presión del agua, fue imposible lavarme el pelo con ese hilito de agua, se lo dijimos al propietario y supuestamente lo arregló, pero no cambió nada, ya no sé si es la presión típica de allí o es que pasó de nosotros
• Xiaodong (1/5): 依靠隐瞒关键信息，诱骗客人上当下单的店子，嗤之以鼻。 - 没有 住宿方没有前台，入住时无人接待，完全依靠whatsapp 进行交流管理，但是却又不在住宿条件展示的页面上做任何说明。直到顾客已经下单准备入住时才冒出一句：本住宿不是酒店，没有前台，无法接待，需要通过whatsapp办理入住，其它所有交流事项都必须通过whatsapp进行。而对于因为各种原因无法安装WhatsApp 的客人反馈的无法办理入住手续的意见则完全不予理会。对于客人提出的免费取消的要求更是不予理睬，直到最后一天才又通知了一句：开门密码可以通过网上链接传送。而对于开门过程和住宿过程中会遇到的问题仍然坚持必须通过whatesapp进行交流。不管客人是否能否使用whatsapp应用。这种蛮横无理的霸道做法还能放在订房平台上，欺骗顾客吗？ 我不能住进这样的店子，只得另外又订了一家酒店，而这家店子则拒绝所有的退款要求，至今分文不退。奉劝那些被隐瞒关键信息迷惑的客人，在你们下单前切记要三思而行。

• María Eva (9/5): Muy bueno! - La ubicación es muy buena. Está bien conectada con todo y además la estación Termini está a 5 minutos caminando. El personal es muy amable y servicial, muy pendientes de ti. Me dejaron café, algunos dulces y snacks de cortesía. Hay café, té, hervidor, refrigerador. En el baño hay jabón, shampoo, hasta cotones para los oídos, muy bien! Todos los días asean tu habitación. Es privado y tranquilo. El barrio se siente seguro y hay buenas pizzas y pastas alrededor (y no tan caras como en el centro). También hay un supermercado a 5 minutos a pie. La cama es cómoda y las almohadas espectaculares. Hay un pequeño espacio para trabajar si es que lo necesitas como yo.En general es un muy buen lugar y no dudaría en hospedarme aquí otra vez! Excelente relación calidad precio. Es una habitación pequeña, tal vez para dos personas queda pequeño. Pero para mi que viajé sola fue simplemente perfecto.

Struttura pulita siamo rientrati casualmente il primo giorno e stavano facendo un giro di pulizie nonostante il nostro soggiorno era solo di due notti. Cucina attrezzata con macchinetta del caffè cialde thè ecc. Televisione in Camera un po' Piccola e si vedevano male i canali cominque Smart con Netflix e prime video se in possesso delle credenziali del proprio account. l'acqua calda nella doccia aveva un po' poca pressione. Piccoli difetti che non pregiudicano il piacevolo soggiorno

• Mimouna (4/5): - J'ai très mal dormi a cose du bruit des voisin lit superposé ou je me suis donnée des coups plusieurs fois je demande un verre de vin j'ai un verre de champagne l'hygiène zéro gras sur les porte les toilettes derrière sale sur ma réservation du 7 au 11 j'ai demandé a la propriétaire une autre chambre que j'ai payé 126€ ou j'ai mal dormi la cafetière qui coule bref très mauvaise expérience j'ai demandé un dédommagement de 50€ pour ce désagrément le 13 Mars vu que je devais trouver une autre chambre la propriétaire a refusé le jour de mon arrivée j'ai fait apeller la propriétaire pour avoir les code vu que j'arrive pas a envoyer mon passeport par watsap elle a refusé j'ai du demander a plusieurs personnes de l'appeler et lui expliquer en a réussi enfin a lui envoyer mais elle était prête à me laisser dehors alors que mon avion et arrivé a 22 h j'ai récupéré ma chambre a 00 h15 aucune humanité. Ne prenez jamais la chambre avec les lits superposés mauvaise expérience avec cette propriétaire qui a l'air d'avoir presque lhimeuble je suis très déçu Tout et dît sur mon message

• Fanny (9/5): Emplacement et réactivité - Emplacement idéal, juste à côté de la gare, proche du métro et des points d’intérêts. Nous avons tout fait à pieds ce qui était très agréable. Logement très propre. Merci à l’hôte qui a été très réactif et à l’écoute de nos demandes, par exemple pour changer nos oreillers, ou garder notre valise. Les rideaux et les volets ne sont pas opaques, ce qui laisse entrer la lumière dans le logement, d’autant plus que la signalisation de la sortie de secours est elle aussi lumineuse. Par ailleurs, la rue est assez bruyante.

• jacqueline (10/5): Me encantó volvería al mismo lugar por su comodidad y ubicación - Excelente ubicación , amabilidad del personal, me encantó la terraza y tazas , con su galletitas fue lo mejor !!! Nada todo bueno , excepto la bulla de la última noche de una pareja que hizo de todo , fue un poco incómodo .
