• Christof (7/5): Guter Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison und Näher zur Marina - Gute Lage mit Nähe zur Marina Balestrate Nähe zum STadtzentrum und Restaurants, Cafe´s Das Zimmer wurde zwischendurch nicht gereinigt, kein Wechsel von Handtüchern. Ich habe das wohl in der Beschreibung übersehen, also vermutlich mein Fehler.

• Xaver (10/5): - Gelegen in einem sehr schönen, nicht allzu touristischen Ort liegt diese Unterkunft. Der Besitzer ist extrem herzlich und zuvorkommend. Gibt auch super Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und steht für alle Fragen zu Verfügung. Auch das kleine Frühstück auf der Terrasse war jeden Morgen wirklich sehr schön und gut. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand.

• GERARDO (10/5): EL ALOJAMIENTO MÁS RECOMENDADO - El lugar es increíble, la ubicación, el edificio, el personal, todo fue demasiado bueno en nuestra estancia. No hay elevador, es cansado subir las maletas por las escaleras.

• Johannes (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt im Stanze del Mare bei Nicolo! - Nicolo war sehr freundlich und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Es gab ein kleines, absolut ausreichendes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber für unseren Zweck ebenfalls absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist super. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und der Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt drei Privatparkplätze. Wenn diese besetzt sind, findet man auch Parkplätze in den Seitenstraßen. -

Everyday he made the effort to go the bar for fresh cornetto, cannoli for the rooftop breakfast (the breakfast also included eggs, nuts, fruits, ham, cheese, juices, fresh coffee and other). Morover at the beginning of our stay he gave us info about what to see in the city. Also, there are private parking spots, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice balcony. We highly recommend! Nothing 😃

• Max (8/5): - Das B&B liegt 5 Minuten von dem Strand lido Balestrate entfernt. Das Zimmer war neuwertig und sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Der Besitzer Nicolò hat seine uneingeschränkte Erreichbarkeit bei jeglichen Rückfragen mehrmals betont und morgens beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse sich nach der Zufriedenheit informiert. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sollten wir uns entscheiden wieder nach Balestrate zu fahren, würden wir auf jeden Fall dort ein Zimmer buchen. /

• Emanuele (10/5): Eccezionale - Mi sono trovato benissimo, ottima struttura con vista mare e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, paesino bellissimo, mi è piaciuto tutto di questo B&B nuovissimo, la camera era bella grande spaziosa, il bagno nuovo è pulitissimo, la colazione era buonissima abbondante. Nicolò il proprietario è di una dolcezza, oltre a preparare delle buonissime colazioni, all'arrivo mi ha aiutato a portare su la valigia e a darmi dei consigli riguardo agli eventi della serata che si svolgeva in paese, una persona davvero squisita, una bellissima persona, un ragazzo molto buono, gentilissimo con un sorriso dolcissimo, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di aver scelto questo bellissimo B&B ci ritornerò molto volentieri la prossima volta che tornerò a Balestrate.

• Petra (10/5): - Wir sind für einen Kurzurlaub nach Sizilien gereist. Die Buchung haben wir sehr kurzfristig gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist top, die Betreiber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwei Strände im Ort. Beide sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben kurzfristig ein Auto, gleich am Flughafen, gemietet, ein Transfer haben wir nicht gefunden. Palermo ist gut erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Stadt. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war fantastisch.

Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man sich bei einem vielfältigen Frühstück mit Obst und selbst gemachten Spezialitäten der Region wohl fühlte. Diese gemütlich und freundlich gestaltete Dachterrasse stand ganztägig ebenfalls als Aufenthaltsort zur Verfügung. Durch die geschickte Beschattung und die luftige Lage in der Nähe des Meeres ein großer Genuss.
• Anton (10/5): Definitely my ever future accommodation in Balestrate - Quiet, cosy and freshly renovated small hotel. Everything is clean, smells good and thought of. AC is important and works fine. Location is just 2-3 blocks away from the main night promenade, all restos, cafes, tabaccherias, grocery stores and the Lido beach. Parking on the nearby streets (incl. 2 dedicated hotel lots) is hassle-free. The host Nicolo was beyond kind, he even treated us with exceptional mamma-made casattelli. Pillows may be reconsidered.

You really should be very pleased with your stay. We were.

He met me when I arrived and was very helpful with telling me about where to eat and what to see. I would stay there again. The next morning I had breakfast on the terrace at the top of the building and had plenty of time to walk around town again for some scenic pictures.
• Connie (10/5): Exceptional - Stanze del Mare is an absolute gem. It's very well located in Balestrate, which is a vibrant town with nice restaurants. Nicolo, the host, goes out of his way to make the guests feel happy and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom well equipped and we even had a parking spot right in front of the B&B. We had to leave early to catch our flight and Nicolo provided us with vouchers so we could have our breakfast in one of the bars in the vicinity. Can't think of anything
