• Karina (5/5): - Staff disponibile, buona posizione gli asciugamani purtroppo puzzavano tantissimo, abbiamo trovato peli e capelli nel letto, sotto le coperte, di per sé non era molto pulita neanche la camera

• Elmasry (1/5): I never felt comfortable even though I used to come back at night and go early in the morning, but t - No breakfast, The place has people living there all year round and cooking in the kitchen which is not well ventilated which makes the smell bad. The worst place you could ever live in. Everything is broken, the water is not hot for showering, there is no ventilation, and there is a lot of noise.

• Bianca (6/5): Hotel with potential - The location near by (paid) beach, renovated room with smart locking, AC, towels included The only person from "reception" was older lady who couldn't speak English (but very kind), you must to pay 20€ like caution , missing hangers, comunitation though WhatsApp and rearly replies from hotel side
• Bianka (5/5): Okay - They were very kind the restaurant was closed, there wasnt any possibility to drink a caffee and the room was Cold. Downstairs at the reception it was smelly.

• Marco (2/5): economico ma non vale nemmeno la cifra pagata - Prenotato hotel Rosa ma spostata in hotel Criss. Camera fatiscente, letti pessimi (mi sono appena seduta e le doghe sono letteralmente venute via), bagno piccolissimo e sporco con una doccia che in pratica non ha un box ma bagna tutto mentre la si usa perché bisogna mettersi al centro del bagno con attorno bidet WC e lavabo; avevo messo un asciugamano a terra dopo la doccia per evitare appunto di camminare nell acqua e quando sono tornata da una passeggiata, ho trovato quello stesso asciugamano piegato e appoggiato sul letto.. igiene zero!

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Mi hanno trasferita all'hotel criss. Orribile. Stanza quadrupla, non si poteva nemmeno passare. Senza tenda, il bagno, i water era posizionato sotto la doccia che era inesistente: c'era solo il "buco". Non ci andrei nemmeno gratis.

• Marco (6/5): Hotel Criss degno sostituto - Nonostante le recensioni l'hotel Criss al quale siamo stati trasferiti dai proprietari dell'hotel Rosa per anticipata chiusura stagionale, si è presentato all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Un buon compromesso tra alloggio con colazione low cost e comodità di raggiungimento della struttura con i mezzi pubblici. L'hotel è a due passi dal mare.

• paolo (4/5): hotel vicino al mare. l' unico pregio. - non bene. appena arrivato hanno voluto subito il pagamento totale. letto piccolo e rumoroso. colazione di basso livello. tv malfunzionante . bagno piccolo e nonostante la mia richiesta di una lampadina per il mobiletto per vedere quando ti fai la barba, mai montata. nella recensione dell'hotel c'era scritto a 800 mt da porticciolo turistico, FALSO, è vicino alla sponda di un canale con molo e scogli ma non è il porto turistico di rimini. cmq non vale 40 euro al giorno, max 25 euro.

• Ali (4/5): Per me è NO! - La posizione è buona. E con questo ho detto l'unica cosa positiva di questo hotel. Il personale è impreparato, la struttura è fatiscente e le camere sono tutt'altro che confortevoli (strette, organizzate male. L'acqua che esce dal soffione della doccia finisce direttamente sul water di fronte, perchè non c'è spazio per alcuna tenda. O meglio, non c'è proprio spazio per fare la doccia). Ci ho passato una notte e onestamente non ci ritornerei, nonostante il prezzo buono.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Generalmente una buona esperienza, personale molto cordiale e socievole,il servizio di pulizie funziona abbastanza bene, le camere sono un po da rivedere problemi con doccia e wc e ottimo prezzo.
• Verified traveler (2/5): DA EVITARE!!!!! - Ogni valutazione su questa struttura è pessima: -camera non conforme all'offerta; -aria condizionata guasta (proposto in alternativa un ventilatore a luglio con 40 gradi) -bagni anni '60 indecenti; -senza piatto doccia; -corda della tapparella rotta legata al soffione della doccia. Alla richiesta di rimborso, negandoccelo, dopo averci proposto un'altra camera di pari qualità abbiamo preferito lasciare la struttura perdendo l'importo versato. A loro volta ci hanno consigliato di optare su un QUATTRO STELLE per avere l'aria condizionata ed i bagni decenti!!!! Vergognoso!!!!
