- Libertà (6/5): Boutique hotel in a great location - Spacious room overlooking the lovely courtyard. The breakfast offering could definitely be improved. Staff could be a little more engaging but not an issue overall!

- Raluca Bogdan (6/5): Great location but otherwise needs improvements - Great location and the room overall was good. Some of the staff members were terrible - I organised a taxi to pick us up at the train station in the evening and they got the timing wrong even if I specified exactly when we were arriving so we had to get to the hotel by ourselves at night time. The air-conditioning in the room was not working when we arrived and it was really hot (it had been around 35 - 38 C that week) so we slept really badly that first night as they couldn't move us to a different room and just told us to open the windows but this did nothing. Thankfully it was repaired the 2nd day but it ruined our first night there as we couldn't sleep properly in such a heat. Also the pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable to sleep on! Lastly the communication with the staff was very poor throughout our stay. They seemed to speak English ok but still somehow didn't understand what we were asking and didn't keep us updated on the air conditioning situation either. One of them seemed to only care if we hired an acquaintance of his as a tour guide and not the actual issue we had with the air con!

Great location Breakfast was not very nice and did not look like the pictures, was inside rather than courtyard, looked like it had been served the day before. Lack of flexibility with staff - would not let us amend booking which we tried to do due to flight cancellation from Bukhara, could have been more accommodating here so we paid for second night despite leaving a day early. Did source a driver to get us to airport however tried to charge us cancellation fee when we found alternative route, we had not agreed to pay a deposit for the car.

- Rebecca (6/5): - A two minute walk to the main pond/square in Bukhara and on the main road so felt safe. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi good and the room a good size. The buffet breakfast was good. Staff weren't helpful nor particularly friendly. They wanted paying in cash and were quite pushy about it. The courtyard looks a lot better on the pictures and in reality wasn't a place you would really sit. The breakfast room was a bit sad, but the food was good. Our room was next to the main road so a bit noisy.

- Amy (9/5): Lovely stay in the centre of Bukhara - Very pretty hotel in a fantastic location to explore Bukhara old town. Comfortable and spacious rooms, nice breakfast spread and friendly staff. Unfortunately there was a mix up with our transfer from the train station, but the staff were very apologetic and helped us with an alternate taxi from the station. I would definitely stay again but probably wouldn’t use their transfer service.

- Chitra (10/5): Beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. Close to all the sights!! - I genuinely think this is one of the best hotels I've EVER stayed at. Because of the beautiful rooms, yes but also because it has really woven BUKHARA into every element of the stay. The room had a lovely big bathtub in the room (they upgraded our stay for a day because we were on our honeymoon) and our original room - the deluxe room was also brilliant. Special props to the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - the wonderfully helpful and kind Aydar and the lovely lady at the front desk whose name I'm forgetting (her name starts with N - Ms. Nazneen?). Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Oh and while the breakfast options are limited, I think it was the best samsa I've eaten in all of Uzbekistan (Tashkent and Samarkand too). Ooh and another bonus - the hotel is right in the middle of the old city - so you're literally walking distance from all the sights! Absolutely nothing. 10/10 stay!!

- ColoradoCyclist (10/5): Terrific 3 night stay! - My husband and I spent 3 lovely, deeply restful nights here celebrating our 24th anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and completely charming in design and layout. We had a spacious room and a huge corner tub in our bathroom. The location couldn't be better for exploring the ancient beauty of Bukhara. The welcoming young man who works the night shift was extremely helpful and kind (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with excellent cappuccinos! We highly recommend the Kukaldosh.

The hotel location was excellent for access to Bukhara. The rooms were tired and the bathrooms definitely needed an upgrade. Cracked tiles on the bathroom floors is not acceptable.

- Angus (10/5): - The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms were perfect and breakfast varied and ample. The staff always had a smile and were very helpful. But the best thing is the location as it was an easy walk to all the places likely to be visited and close to a good selection of restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Один из них Попросили поменять на другой, потому что она забронированный номер оказался возле ресепшен. Каково же было наша удивление когда администрация нам не просто его поменяла поменяла на номер классом выше. Отель очень чистый уютный. Невероятно красивый ремонт. Везде пахнет деревом. Очень понравился завтрак и внутренний двор. Локация отличная очень близко к площади Ляби Хауз. Из услуг особенно хотела бы подчеркнуть наличие утюга и парогенератора, что очень удобно. Мне понравился разнообразный и вкусный завтрак.

Cuando llegamos el recepcionista estaba durmiendo tirado en un sofá, nos dieron una habitación bastante cutre y no muy limpia. - CHARU (8/5): Great Stay, Courteous Staff - Location was the best part, it was amidst the old Bukhara town. Staff were very courteous and helpful, I even forgot my watch there and they managed to deliver it to requested location in another city.

Cependant la chambre donne sur le petit déjeuner donc nous fermons constamment les volets et la chambre devient sombre. Bruit lorsque le petit déjeuner est servi.. De plus il n’y a pas de mouchoirs et le linge de douche n’est pas nickel. Il faut demander le 2e jour pour être resservi en bouteilles d’eau et papier toilette : petits détails à améliorer

- MATTEO (8/5): Ottima posizione per visitare la città e staff gentile - Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Staff gentile. Carino il patio in cui fare colazione e letto molto comodo. La stanza non era esattamente quella della fotografia della prenotazione, quindi prima di confermare meglio chiedere se la foto corrisponde. Bagno piccolo e doccia con vasca da scavalcare, non comodissimo.

- GEORGIOS (6/5): Good for one night sleep to see the city centre - Very central location at the beginning of the old city, everything is walking distance to the historical center. The staff have been amazing and very friendly. I’m afraid the title ‘boutique’ of the hotel is quite optimistic! The room was decent size, however the beds were old and squeaky , not to mention that the duvet was not for tall people , same goes for the shower which was really short and it makes it challenging for someone above 1.80cm height to get a decent shower.

- Roger (8/5): Great accommodation with local Ambiente in the best Location. - The Great Location, the small size of the Boutique Hotel and a calm courtyard for the breakfast or to relax in the afternoon was perfect for my family to explore as a group or individually the town. The chats with Hotel personal in English gave always new viewpoints about this young country rich of culture. The Standard Double room is nice wirh Uzbek Ornaments, but We recommend to chose the larger Room. As in other Hotel, the Bathrooms is often in the inner parts of the Building without a Windows and needs to use the available electric air circulation.

- Оксана (10/5): - Это мой любимый отель в Бухаре. Возможно, есть лучше. Но, тут очень душевно и тепло. Останаливаемся тут уже не первый год. Завтраки вкусные. Отель расположен в самом начале старого города и очень удобно гулять по улочкам, рядом полно ресторанов. А какой милый внутренний дворик в отеле! все понравилось

- Mireia (9/5): Boutique hotel quiet nearby a beautiful square in Bukhara - Very kind service from all the hotel personel. Hotel is well located closed to a beautiful square with a nice lake and many resturants (just 5 min walking) also close by the main square with the beautiful madrassas & minarets (20 mins walking). Room was ok, clean and very quiet, with views to an interior patio. Breakfast has not many options but has fresh fruit, toasts with marmalade, and the coffee was very good. We arrived from Khgiva to Bukhara by train, and then ask the hotel for a transfers, 25 euros by cash if you do 2 trips Breakfast was served 2 days downstairs in a basement with no windows, but one day it was served in the interior patio which was nicer. Not the hotel's fault, but mention that we stayed in July 2025 and Bukhara was everywhere full of works with so much dust, some places are not able to be visited properly
