- Jackie (8/5): Very good - The hotel is in an excellent location in the temple and weekend night market part of town. It has good parking, rooms are a good size with excellent housekeeping service. It was described as having a balcony and Mountain View, the balcony is not really a balcony, more of a corridor to access your room and not private and not sure about the Mountain View! There appeared to be a Thai breakfast you could pay for in the mornings but it wasn't clear to us what that included or even how much it was. We walked around the corner to the Hot Bread cafe for a lovely western breakfast and great tea/coffee etc Some comfortable seating area in a garden or outside area would have made all the difference at the hotel. There is nowhere nearby where you can sit and get a cold beer in a pleasant, relaxing environment, the hotel should definitely consider offering this.

- John (1/5): A Place not too far from the bus terminal - I am giving low score because of issues with booking. I had used Booking.com to book a balcony room at this place for two nights. We had a road trip of about 6 hours before we reached the hotel. We had not had lunch so we ate lunch in the room and then I realized that the room did not have a balcony.Spoke to the receptionist and his answer was that I should pay 100 Baht for being in the room that was given to me for one hour and changing to balcony room. I had to tell him that I am sorry, but I booked and paid for a balcony room and you did not tell me that a balcony room was not available and you are giving me a normal room. He then says that there is no balcony room available for that night. My booking was for two nights. So they said that they can give me a balcony room the next day. I decided to leave the hotel the next day due to this issue. I am awaiting booking.com to refund my charges for the second night, which I cancelled as I was not given a balcony room, which I paid for. I cannot complain about the service, otherwise as well as the behavior of the staff in general. The rooms are not sound proof as we could hear the person in the next room snoring as well as other noises. The A/C in the room does not have heating. The temperature outside, at night was about 11 Centigrade. However, the bedsheet was thick enough and it was comfortable to sleep. Booking.com had stated that there is a kitchenette, however, there was only a kettle to heat water, coffee satchels. Nothing to cook or heat food. Please see the photos of the room. Please see above detailed review.
- Kristina (8/5): Clean & tidy. Plenty of parking. Large rooms. Overall we were happy with this accomodation. - Nice property. Rooms were large and clean. Bed and pillows were really firm. And the wifi was hopeless. Loud speaker noises from the school were a bit “loud”
- Andrew (9/5): It's a great hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm next in Nan. - The location is great. But I also really liked the whole Thai vibe about this hotel. It felt genuine. It was super clean. The floors were a bit slippy, so watch out. However, the hotel provides non-slip bedroom slippers which helps.
- Chatchadaporn (8/5): Very good -
- Somchai (10/5): - close to famous place such as Wat Pumin and street walk on week end.
- Sirapat (7/5): Good - Good Location. Big room. Floor is slippery. Room is old.
- Bảo (10/5): Exceptional - Very Good Hotel
- Peeranat (9/5): Superb -
- Sara (9/5): Good value budget hotel. - Small family run hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and have a balcony with chairs and a table so you can admire the view. The shower was hot and a decent pressure. Breakfast was catering for Thai guests, however, the staff kindly made us hot fried eggs and an omelette when we asked. The free hotel bikes are well maintained and a great way to see Nan. Wifi was a bit intermittent.
- Julie (6/5): Convenient location - Breakfast not very good. Serve yourself, toast, instant coffee and tea. No fruit. Thai porridge. Cold fried eggs. Breakfast. No lift and has to carry luggage to 3rd floor. Very dated and needs re- furb.
- Kristaps (8/5): Very good -
- Rene (7/5): Good -
- Richard (9/5): For a home away from home, this is the hotel of choice for relaxation, great location, excellent friendly service. - Being a family-owned business, the hotel was run by very friendly, accommodating staff. The room we chose was roomy, pleasantly furnished and bright. It could not have been better. The location was also excellent, close walking distance to several beautiful wats, a national museum, and restaurants. A warm breakfast was served, buffet style - eat as much as you want with a nice selection of seating outdoors. There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.
- Frances (8/5): Perfect spot in Nan - Loved our short stay at this friendly hotel. The staff were friendly, the room had everything we needed, the breakfast was tasty and the location was perfect to explore Wat Phumin and the local markets.
- Nerida (10/5): Excellent hotel - Location was great. Staff were lovely. The room was good. They have some bicycles to use for free and it was so nice to ride around Nan. We liked everything
- Oszie (10/5): Exceptional - Location. Walking distance to incredible temples. Friendly staff.
- Apichai (7/5): Good - Staff Towel is rather old
- Rose (8/5): Very good -
- Olga (7/5): The hotel is a decent three star hotel. - The breakfast was adequate, and the staff was very accommodating to give us more food when asked. Nothing.
- Henrik (7/5): Good - Location very close to Nan Museum and the temples. ( Wat Phumin) Facility very clean and the room was spacious. The Thai breakfast was good. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Air conditioner was not very effective, so the room was warm at all times. Bed was on the hard side.. No chair in the room.
