• Saniya (10/5): - Очень уютный отель с атмосферой настоящего Стамбула. Понравилось расположение — удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей, рядом много кафе и магазинов. Персонал доброжелательный, всегда стараются помочь. Номер был чистый, аккуратный, уборка ежедневная. Остались приятные впечатления от проживания, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Отличное расположение: рядом основные достопримечательности, при этом улица достаточно спокойная. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Номера уютные, чистые, уборка ежедневная. Завтраки приятные, всего хватало. Особенно понравилась атмосфера небольшого уютного отеля с турецким колоритом. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

Le bruit du bar en face et on entend les pas des personnes dans les chambres au dessus. Penser au masque car rideau non occultant

• Douglas (9/5): Great staff! - The entire staff was the highlight of the stay: very helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. The location is also excellent. I stayed in the family room in the basement. It was quite noisy, the bathroom ceiling was very low, and overall the room could use some extra attention to details as somewhere to hang the towels… The breakfast was ok, though the coffee machine could be improved.

Предоставиха ни Istanbul card, за лесно бързо и удобно предвижване с градски транспорт - изключителто удобство. Липсата на паркинг, но бяхме информирани предварително и за това благодарим на персонала!

The hotel is in old wooden house, so each step of another guests walking up the stairs or other guests walking upstairs our room. It can be cleaner in the bathroom, but the room cleaning was done every day. Breakfast is very very simple, same options each day, but home made pancakes were very delicious! Overall very good option if you are coming for few days and prefer exploring the city by foot.

La habitación muy limpia y cama cómoda. El personal muy amable, nos recomendaron restaurante para comer y sitios para visitar. Siempre dispuestos para todo. Que no hubiese ascensor, pero no es importante.

Merci à tous le monde. C'est un hôtel que je recommande bien situé on peut tout visiter à pied mosquée bleue aya sophia château tokapi grand bazar et plein de restaurant.

• Franco (8/5): è stata una bella esperienza e, giorno dopo giorno abbiamo capito la bellezza della posizione - colazione varia e molto buona, gentilissimo lo staff e chapeau alla signora che preparava la colazione; posizione superba; purtroppo l'unica cosa un po' problematica sono le scale interne molto strette; ma basta fare un po' di attenzione!

Здорово, что есть холодильник и кондиционер, которым можно быстро обогреться. Прекрасно провела время, вид из моего номера был просто чудесный! Очень приятный персонал, отдельное спасибо Ибрахиму и Майе за добродушное, заботливое отношение. Влюбилась в Майин омлет и ленивый Наполеон. Ибрахим помогал по всем вопросам. Классное расположение, в сердце старого города, но при этом на тихой улице. Довольно высокая слышимость в номерах, но плюсы сглаживают этот недостаток. Живые цветы на балконе были бы более гармоничны, и какие-то мелочи, вроде подушек на креслах, или стаканов можно чаще обновлять. В зале для завтраков можно поработать над интерьером, придать стиля и гармонии :)

Отель расположен в 3-х минутах ходьбы от Босфора (для прогулок по набережной). Если идти в сам центр города дорога немного в горку, но совсем немного.

En principio no es un hotel es más bien un hostal humilde ,no entiendo la puntuación en Booking tan alta . Sí, la ubicación es excepcional, el trato del personal muy bueno pero el hostal es muy muy básico , el desayuno justito . En definitiva si quieres buena ubicación y algo para solo dormir está bien pero nada más.

La struttura è accogliente e confortevole, situata in una posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni di Istanbul. Lo staff è eccezionale: gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. Un applauso speciale alla signora in cucina - il suo caffè turco del mattino era davvero impareggiabile - e un sentito ringraziamento a Kemal, sempre sorridente e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. Se dovessimo tornare a Istanbul, sceglieremmo senza esitazioni questo hotel. Assolutamente consigliato!

Ambiente muito positivos e extrovertido, principalmente a equipe muito atenciosos prestativos e bem humorados, ajudaram com absolutamente tudo, desde transfer ao aeroporto até subir com todas as malas, além de tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo, quartos bem organizados. Chuveiros poderiam ter melhorias e café da manhã talvez um pouco mais diverso e/ou explicativo (para águem que não está familiarizado com a culinária turca/leste europeia pode não ser tão “fácil”), fora isso, impecável.

Calles tranquilas y sin mucho ruido, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca del alojamiento. Kemal e Ibrahim, unos chicos estupendos y muy buenos haciendo su trabajo. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia a la hora de llegar, pero Kemal e Ibrahim lo resolvieron perfectamente.

• Barbara (7/5): - Das Frühstück war der Hammer, so ausreichend und schön angerichtet ! Das Team super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, von der Oma bis zum Cousin haben alle mitangepackt! Auch der Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Die Lage war auch super, für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis also wirklich top! Trotz kleinerer Punkte kann man die Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen! Wir waren im Keller und der Geruch im Gang etwas unangenehm, doch im Zimmer war nichts. Ansonsten ist eine Moschee in der Nähe, deswegen wurden wir einmal um 6:00 geweckt.

• alessandra (10/5): - Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, colazione ottima e abbondante e varia, cambio asciugami quotidiano, posizione comoda Quasi nulla, siamo stati molto soddisfatti a 360 gradi. Volendo proprio guardare il capello, con il senno di poi la posizione non era delle migliori però giri che abbiamo scelto di fare, pur essendo vicinissima al centro è sufficientemente comoda per muoversi ovunque.

• Saltanat (6/5): - удобная локация, уборка каждый день. каждый день меняли полотенца, тапочки. парни на ресепшен всегда старались помочь, завтраки оставляли желать лучшего. каждый день одно и то же, и откровенно говоря, не очень вкусно. также в отеле очень странный специфичный запах. в комнате запаха нет, но в коридоре и на ресепшен очень странно пахло.

• Traiani (9/5): Very good! - The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was really nice. The hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. I loved that there was a water dispenser on the ground floor always available for guests, as well as tea and coffee! Every time someone was walking around on the floor above us the whole room was shaking, it was like an earthquake. Pretty annoying, every day we woke up earlier than we wanted because of the shaking

• Aidyn (10/5): Очень тёплый приём, чистый отель и замечательный персонал — обязательно вернёмся снова. - Очень понравилось проживание в Mataraci Konak Hotel. Отличный и дружелюбный персонал. Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам ресепшена Камалу и Ибрахиму — всегда помогали и были очень внимательны. Клининг на высоком уровне, Мая тётя поддерживала идеальную чистоту в номере. Также спасибо повару Зейнап за вкусную и свежую еду. Уютная атмосфера и хорошее расположение отеля. Серьёзных недостатков не было, всё прошло хорошо.

• EIRINI (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο mataraci konac ήταν τέλεια.το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό.Μας βοήθησαν σε ότι ζητήσαμε.Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος.Ευχαριστουμε πολύ για όλα.

• marino (10/5): - Staff cordiale ed efficiente,camere pulite e super accoglienti in una bella struttura situato in un bellissimo quartiere e centralissimo a due passi dalle principali attrazioni di Istambul.colazione SUPER !!!!! Complimenti alle cuoche che ogni giorno si svegliano prestissimo per preparare delizie turche sia dolci che salate.GRAZIE di cuore

• Anke-Alexandra (10/5): - Zimmer waren sehr sauber,zwar in die Jahre gekommen,aber total i o. Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig. Das Personal sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und einfach nr toll. War nicht das letzte Mal hier. Die Lage war top. Ich gebe dem Ganzen 20 von 10 Sternen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mega. Nichts.

• Эйтен (10/5): - Большое спасибо Кемалю и Ибрагиму за помощь с момента нашего приезда до выезда, а также за организацию трансфера на автомобиле по разумной цене. Когда мы приехали, в отеле проводился ремонт, и, за исключением небольшого шума, никаких других проблем не возникло. Завтрак был хорошим, а номера — комфортабельными и очень приятными.
