First we got one room n the bathroom door was spoiled.. cant lock.. thn we got a second room n the water heater was not wrking.. the worker jz walked inside our room with slippers.. even inside the bathroom he was wearing slippers which he was using outside the room. Thn he gave us another room for us to use. We got really fed up n check out the room at about 2am.. we came at about 7.30 n check out at 2am. The stay was until the next day. We took a different hotel later after check out. Even their coway was not working.. the wifi was not working.. all the facilities that they hve was not wrking.. very very poor service n hotel.. n my stay was rm102 for 1 room wic we hve to change it 2 times. Not wortied !!

• Mike' (8/5): Very Spacious compared to the price offered - Dedicated parking space is provided. Room is spacious comparing to the price offered. If your room facing to the mountain, it is spectacular view; if your room facing to the road, it is a bit noisy. Hotel policy: Requiring deposit cash of RM50 (refundable) is needed plus a local government tax of RM3 is necessary prior to check in. Room not fully soundproof. Conversation from other guest in the alleyway, can be heard inside the room.

Air conditioning cannot adjust the blower direction. Air condition compression is very loud. Some windows cannot close properly.

• Assist16 (7/5): Sleep tonight & ditch tomorrow ? Good choice! - Overall, bed is good. 2 single beds btw. Got on the 5th floor. Lighting was good. Shower room was okay. Cleanliness was fine. Got a good sleep. Thats all that matter Sink was busted. Cant use the tap. Probably not soundproof. Heard neighbors talking all the time. Wonder did they alse heard us. Got 2 drunken guys who was so loud.
