• Stacy (8/5): Closest to my destination - The beds were nice,had microwave and fridge with a small built in freezer.This room had I believe 2 full size beds,I don't believe they were queen and one twin bed,which would be nice if I needed that many to accommodate my family.And parking was right outside my room,that was a plus.Location was within a mile of my destination so that was a huge plus and then Walmart was right down the road and fast food, like Burger King, McDonald's and other places to eat where down the opposite side but very close.. I just didn't like the rough toilet paper,they could have used better toilet paper for there guests.it looks like some people stay there for housing which I understand but the motel part could buy better quality toilet paper for there guests.I stayed for the day and not overnight, I should have gotten some type of discount.

• Brian (4/5): I guess you get what you pay for. No other options in Albion. It’s bearable but not pleasant. - Very friendly front desk staff Carpet was dirty. Found the old chewing tobacco container in the room. Old coffee can for spitting chewing tobacco sitting in front of the room.

• Aaron (2/5): - When I showed up there there was nobody there you had to call a phone number but somebody came by and let me in and knocked on the door to get them I asked about ice they said they have a hard time keeping up with the ice due to temperature don't know what type of ice machine they have and the laundry is inside the office if you would like to do laundry you have to set up a time with them to do your laundry the beds are uncomfortable didn't sleep well woke up the next day tired and with a sore neck for the three nights I stayed there place was clean and the staff is nice to late at night I could constantly hear doors opening and closing for people going outside to smoke don't know what time this goes on to cuz once I fall asleep noises don't usually disturb my sleep unless it's pretty loud everything functions properly the fridge the AC and TV everything seem to work good

The outlets to charge our phones and tablets were so used the plugs didn’t want to stay connected. The light fixtures were old and kept flickering. No fan in the bathroom.

Took 30 seconds to check in and the room was nice and cold after being out in 90 degrees temps all day. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Can’t beat the price either.

For the price perfect for a night or two if you’re looking for a place just to sleep for a few nights. Would definitely recommend this place for a few night stay if you have other things to do for the day in the area. Can’t beat the value.

• Michael (10/5): NOT the Bates Motel - This looked like an old-style family motel, but it turned out to be a 10-star experience. Unlike the worst roadhouses we've all experienced, ragged carpets, clanking A/Cs, moldy bathrooms, this was a great stay. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

• Sandipan (2/5): Disgusting - Avoid this motel like the plague. The owner charged me a week after checkout and alleged I stole the microwave and four pillows. They are running a racket and you will suffer the same fate if you stay here.

LOL The room was clean and all I needed was a place to sleep Check in was smooth and the attendant was very friendly. The coded keyless entry was great- the numbers were a little small and so low it was difficult to get the right numbers. I would certainly stay again Location was good for finding a quick bite to eat. Mc Donald's and Taco bell were close. I went to TOPS and got something from the Deli. Room was a bit dark and dingy. Being by myself and a little "older" I didn't like having to step into the tub to shower- one worries about falling when alone Room was freezing when I checked in!

• Annette (10/5): - We had a late check in and forgot to call about it. Our GPS steered us wrong ( I think it was an old property) but the sign on the door led us in the right direction. No one was at the office when we arrived but she came out as soon as I started to call the number on the door and she was so kind and apologetic. The room was spectacular; clean and roomy. Best motel for the price. To be fair on the area around, we didn't see much cause it was late and we left early.

• Susan (8/5): A comfortable, basic place to stay convenient to resturants and the Empire State Trail. - Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly reception. After a day of cycling the Empire State Trail, everyone in our group commented on what great showerheads the bathroom had! The hotel was easy to reach from the trail and took us through the historic downtown. It was also easy to reach a variety of resturants.

• Nicholas (8/5): - Stayed here last year at the same time and was nice with the updates they are doing to this place. They did communicate during this years outage with my airlines and we were able to resolve the issues with all of that with no worries even with a extremely late check in.
• Rachel (6/5): Gave me a place to sleep - People smoke outside of the AC unit so the room smells like stale smoke. The carpet was sticky. The toilet ran non stop. The deadbolt was attached to the doorframe which was no longer fully attached to the wall. Night staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was ample and well lit. Air conditioning kept the room cold during a hot spell. Mini fridge WITH separate freezer! The sheets were clean. Foam mattress. Very quiet the night I stayed. Called to inform them of needed repairs and was told my complaints would be relayed to management.

Loved the blue color of the hotel, the keyless entry, the convenience of parking our car just outside the room door. The WiFi signal in our room 23 was too weak to be usable.
