- Alex (1/5): - Foi cobrado o valor de R$ 70,00 por duas toalhas, que não peguei, sai como ladrão. Nunca que faria isso, sou honesto com minhas coisas. Essa é minha primeira experiência ruim que tive com acomodação, de início o rapaz só ligou o ar e me deu a chave. Foi em bora e não tinha ninguém pra fazer o check out, deixei a chave na caixa na recepção. Não recomendo, não são de confiança. Lamentável.

- Marcos Prill (3/5): Decepcionante! - o preço comparado com a rede hoteleira. Banheiro apertado, Escada muito inclinada pra chegar no quarto. Sem proteção no Beliche superior (sujeito a quedas). Fora isso, sujeito a alagamento. Com chuva Forte, escorreu água pela parte baixa do apartamento, molhando mochilas, pertences que estavam no Chão. AO pedir ajuda, não tinha ninguém responsável no local. Detectamos que embora a chuva tenha sido forte, o ralo da área externa estava entupido, falta de manutenção. Prova disso é que ja havia um pano no rodapé da porta. Ainda que oferecendo outro apartamento resolvemos ir pra outro lugar, preferimos ir para outro lugar. O estabelecimento se negou a devolver o pagamento antecipado, mesmo nós só ficando 1 noite no apartamento. Fica a dica.
