• Ana Angélica Pérez (6/5): - Al llegar no tenian terminal para realizar el pago. Las habitaciones estan muy obscuras y viejas para lo que cobran. Lo UNICO bueno es la ubicación.

• jose israel juarez (6/5): - El hotel es bonito y pintoresco y bien ubicad Pero deja mucho que desear el servicio del personal, al menos yo vengo de un area donde nos dedicamos mucho al servicio hotelero un ejemplo es que a la salida me cuestionan y casi me regañan por tener 7 toallas en la habitación??? Y me seguia cuestionando por que? Hasta que ya serio le dije somos 7 personas
• Rodrigo (8/5): Buen lugar. - El estacionamiento es algo caro, los baños tienes aspecto viejo, no nos dieron jabones y shampoo para baño. el refrigerador no estaba conectado y listo para usarse. La suite está muy bonita. La terraza muy linda también para echar el vinito.
• Salvador (6/5): Do not be fooled by description - Definitely not what description tells you. While the place has few pros the cons out weigh them by far. Employees were very courteous, place was kept clean within means of an old building, location and lack of availability elsewhere ( ohh and I looked everywhere) was what kept us there for our stay. This place is not a hotel at all. There is no privacy whatsoever from exterior and interior of place. The junior suite has no ac or ceiling fans in the whole area. The only way to get some ventilation was with an old floor fan they left in basement like room downstairs and with the only window wide open in bedroom upstairs. Which of course meant mosquitos in the room. Kids couldn’t sleep because of heat or bug bites. The noise wakes you up at crack of dawn from trucks stopping right in front of place for speed bump and the music from bar next door keeps you up till late hours. We had to cut the stay short.
• LUIS ROBERTO (4/5): MAL SERVICIO - Habitación muy reducida sin iluminación, lógico sin ventanas, muy económica la construcción materiales de todos colores, No cerro nunca con llave la puerta y se me perdió una bolsa con productos comprados y la dueña no quiso responder por esta pérdida, además de no acertar que la chapa de la habitación nunca funcionó en los días de mi estancia.

• Victor Manuel (8/5): Una sopresa, convertida en mejora - A nuestro arribo, nos recibieron con una sorpresa, lo cual en viaje...normalmente es malo La habitacion que teniamos reservada no la tenian disponible (para 4 adultos y 1 menor), sin embargo la respuesta del Hotel es digna de mencion....nos acomodaron en 2 habitaciones con la misma reservacion....muy bien por la respuesta El Hotel es un tipo Boutique, una de las habitaciones, 2 camas matrimoniales....muy renovado, moderno y en general muy agradable y comoda La otra habitacion, con una cama Queen Size con un Dosiel, daba una apariencia mas tradicional Todo se encontraba muy limpio y bien atendido. mi unica sugerencia es que sobre esta segunda habitacion me hubiera gustado mas iluminada y una area para colocar maletas El Hotel esta muy centrico, y al alcance a pie de muchas de las atracciones que hay en san Miguel Si regresaria.....

• Rosa (2/5): - Nada me gustó, un solo cuarto con el baño dentro con solo una separación de pared, todos los olores quedan dentro del cuarto, no tiene ventanas ni ventilación, con cucarachas dentro y en la puerta del cuarto, la pantalla de t.v.instalada al ras del techo. sin bote de basura, sin pañuelos desechables, sin secadora de cabello, obviamente sin frigobar, totalmente oscura y sobre todo sin estacionamiento! tiene uno que buscar lugar en la calle.

• Ana Claudia (2/5): Pésimo - Pesimo hotel. No vale para nada lo que cuesta, entiendo que en San MIguel es caro el hospedaje, pero este hotel lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación. No tiene estacionamiento, la habitación es viejisima, descuidado, super chica la habitación muy incomoda. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas, no se puede descansar. El hotel cierra sus puertas a las 10 pm y hay que tocar si llegas después de esa hora y se escucha muy fuerte el timbre para los demas huespuedes te despiertan. Pésimo no vale la pena

• Paco (10/5): Hotel colonial y tipo boutique cerca del centro - Es un hotel muy colonial, bien adornado con acabados tipo mexicano. Se trata de un casa muy grande adaptada para funcionar como tipo hostal. Cercanía al centro es muy buena pues llegas caminando. El único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento y se debe de pagar uno externo.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Un engaño - Las fotos con que se promocionan nada tienen que ver, se dicen de cuatro estrellas, las habitaciones sucias, no hay secadora para el cabell, no tienen suficientes cobijas por si hace frío, en una de las habitaciones que ocupamos se escucha todo el desagüe de las otras, sin servicio de internet, sin espacio para colocar tu ropa, apenas y pasas de tan reducido, el estacionamiento lo pagas aparte, más el servicio de valet, en fin pésima experiencia por más de 2500 pesos por noche

Terrible service - We got a two bedroom "suite" for $215 dollars a night and all we really got was a very small loft (the bedrooms have no doors) its just an open space and was very small and uncomfortable.The floors were dirty .When we asked to stay 30 min after checkout because an uber was picking us up to take us to the airport they said no..... I even explained that my mom hurt her knee and couldn't walk and still didn"t care.

• Carlos S (4/5): Hotel near the center - Actually, a hostel. Clearly not a hotel or a boutique hotel. Our second floor room was very hot and didn't have air conditioner. The cieling fan was noisy and it was very difficult to sleep. Next door's cantina didn't help.
• MO (4/5): A B&B without the second B. - Great location, just a few minutes walk from the center of San Miguel, shopping, tourist sights. At first glance a very quaint small inn and if you dont mind compact fluorescent bulbs hanging on exposed wires from holes in the ceiling and walls you'll like this place. The room was mopped everyday but the area rugs and bath mats were disgusting. The dresser was not functional. There's no air conditioning. The staff does not speak a word of English. Breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings ONLY.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Meh - The mattress was rock hard, the shower curtain wasnt large enough to enclose the shower so the bathroom would flood, and the shower head spit out water in every direction but down. The room was clean and staff friendly and the hotel was quiet.
• Elbert G. (4/5): The place is very undesirable. - The city is wonderful, the hotel was noisy and cold, no heat or refrigeration. They advertise a restaurant, however it was always closed. Do not recommended this hotel to anyone.
• Bernardo (6/5): Nice hotel in the central area of San Miguel - We did a late check-in around 22:00. At the reception they did not have the information of our booking but the owner had it. At the end, we did not have a problem. In Hotels.com the system said there were at least three rooms available but in the hotel, there was only one room available. The staff could not communicate well in English. San Miguel de Allende is a nice and touristic place but I think hotels are overpriced.
