• KWANGSUP (6/5): - The room is dark in general, one light not working. Sower head can’t not be fixed. Staff not professional. No extra pillow. Air smells nasty.
• Marian (8/5): - My room has everything i need, bed was a little bit hard but i still slept well. The receptionist is not helpful, he was using his personal phone and not helping guests, even though i rung the bell several times, he didn’t care
• Geoffrey (10/5): - We only stayed at Incheon Airstay Hotel for one night because they ran a shuttle bus to take us to the airport the next morning. But there was so much more the hotel offered. Our room was huge compared to other stays in Korea. We were a short walk to the local park which made foravery relaxing afternoon. There are lots of places to get food and we had the best burgers ever at a local restaurant. Hotel staff were very helpful and we were at the airport the next morning with no fuss at all. When I am in South Korea again I will only be looking to book at the Hotel Airstay

But if you are just looking for an inexpensive option to sleep and not a hotel to hangout at, this place is fine for the amount they charge.

• Ruby (4/5): - We stayed here for four hours, really just to catch up on a few hours of sleep. I had communicated our estimated time of arrival twice but there was no one in the lobby when we arrived. Waited for about 30 minutes before we were able to check in. I booked for a twin room and was upgraded to triple - I was with two kids. While I thought it was an upgrade, the moment I opened the door, the flooring was so worn down and looked dirty. The flush of the toilet bowl was also very weak.On the flip side, the linens were clean and the airport transfer was really a plus. Also, the rate was very affordable. Overall I wouldn't stay here again but grateful for their airport transfer service.

Shuttle was convenient. The shuttle van was new and nice. The staff were very kind and friendly. Just outdated building and cleaning could be improved

• Mengmi (4/5): - The service is terrible. It says that free shuttle from the airport to the hotel will be provided. However, that is not true. Tried to call or Whatsapp according to the instructions. No response. Room is old with smell. Do not recommend.
• Noyra (4/5): - Check-in took over 30 minutes. The front desk staff was slow, unfriendly, and didn’t speak any English, which made everything harder. The entire process was done on paper, which felt outdated and frustrating. Then I got to the room… and it honestly felt like things got worse. Where am I? North Korea?? 😭 The room felt old and neglected. • Bedsheets had visible stains • The mattress was rock hard • Pillows felt like the ones they hand out on airplanes — thin and uncomfortable • No luggage cart available, and I had several bags to manage on my own I stood in the room thinking, Should I just run away and check into the Golden Tulip? But I was already exhausted from missing my flight, so I stayed. Pros? • The shuttle works • There’s a TV That’s about it. Not worth it otherwise.
• David (6/5): - The driver that picked us up from the airport was very kind and spoke good English, so we were able to communicate easily. The reception area and the hallways are very nice, but the room itself was very rundown. The floors look like the carpet had been torn out but not replaced and there was sticky residue that got on our socks. The beds were very hard, but the linens were clean. The shower room is gross; there was some type of vent above the shower that is oozing black stuff and dripping into the shower stall. Mold/mildew a serious problem. I don't recommend staying here.
• George (6/5): - Light bulb was out in entry area to room, obscuring a step up. This led to my tripping and sprawling out on the floor with my luggage, mercifully only resulting in a few bruises. Communications about shuttle were confusing, with no response to e-mail. However, it appears that a shuttle was sent belatedly, after I had taken a taxi after waiting 20 mins. The staff were friendly and morning shuttle to airport was well organized.

Sadly our room had a leaking air conditioner in the room and also water from aircon unit was leaking into the bathroom floor. The bathroom basin and vanity could do with deeper clean. Ok for one night stopover.

• Verified traveler (2/5): airport shuttle no good - the airport pickup shuttle was horrible. once you arrive airport, you have to call shuttle phone number that hotel give you before you arrive, but nobody pick up the phone, and answer machine language is Korean. It took me half hour to contact shuttle,but failed. I had to take taxi to the hotel. The drop off shuttle was good on time.

Lots to do nearby as regards restaurant etc. very close to the airport and they offer a free airport shuttle service. I think this is more than an airport hotel and would gladly spend a few nights there. I recommend this hotel !

• Hien (6/5): - Incheon Hotel Airstay is a reasonable option for a short/overnight stay close to the airport. Room and facilities are quite dated, but does the job if you only need a bed and shower. The location is great with many dining options available. The hotel offered airport transfers which is why we chose Hotel Airstay - this worked well, just called the hotel once we were ready at the airport, picked up within 30mins.

Perfect for us as we were flying into Gimpo and out of Incheon, it is located on the train line that runs between these 2 airports. There is plenty of places all within walking distance to eat out. Friendly and helpful staff, the room provided all the amenities i could need.
• JENNIFER (10/5): - This property is beautiful and clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Plenty to do in the area also with a 24 hour dining option and easy to catch a taxi or uber and the airport shuttle is very very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the price was amazing. Definitely will revisit.
• Erica (8/5): Good for the price and clean. - This hotel is very good value for money. It isn't that far from the airport, but it also isn't that close and relies on getting to Unseo station. We arrived at around midnight and there was someone on the front desk which is great. The room itself was basic but had what we needed. The bathroom was huge and the hairdryer is super good (not like a normal hotel hairdryer which is a light gust of summer breeze). We asked to leave our suitcases for 2 nights as we were coming back to stay after exploring. We are certain that the suitcases remained in the lobby rather than being taken to a back room which isn't necessarily the safest, so I'd recommend leaving your stuff at a dedicated locker just in case.

• hikaru (8/5): フレンドリーなホテルです。 - このホテルに限らず、22時以降には空港シャトルが無くなるのは韓国の法律？規制？でしょうか？ 寒風の中、多くの旅行者と並んでタクシー待ちを強いられました。 一泊後、ホテルから空港まではシャトルして貰いました。 全般的に、フレンドリーなホテルです。
• Jane (4/5): - This room was different - shower with no shower curtain, window that wouldn’t close on a noisy street. Only 1 large towel although beds for three. We arrived late at night and didn’t realize until morning when we couldn’t find staff at the desk. The shuttle - we were told to call but unable to call on arrival. We messaged before but got a message back to call on arrival. We finally were able to get information staff at airport to call and then had to wait about 45 minutes. This was totally disappointing lodging and would not recommend.

Staff has good English communication. Since I had problem to call for shuttle bus to pickup at the airport. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Taxi drivers don’t understand English, I asked the airport taxi service organizer to write the hotel address in Korean language on a piece of paper, handed it to the taxi driver. The taxi costs $8.93 USD. I think for foreigners no speaking Korean language, just taxi from the airport.

• Michel (8/5): Simple, Modest, yet efficient - I pick the hotel for its good price and proximity to airport and subway. The owner offered a shuttle from airport to hotel. Hotel is very modest, very basic but efficient and it did the job. The service was very good, even with little English. The neiborghood has plenty of restaurants and stores and its 5 min walk to subway line (though a little more$$ because of distance to Seoul). It takes about 40 min.

• Cathryn (8/5): - This is a giod hotel for acclimating to Seoul and the rest of Korea. Slower pace. Easy ro get transit maps in multiple languages at Unseo station. Set up with T-mobey at 7-11 across the street. Rooms are basic and no frills. Shower gel is good! Doesn't dry out your skin. Some rooms have no view at all from windows. Others face a walk plaza or the street. Staff is friendly, but very limited english. Short easy walk to Unseo station. Easy access to Incheon Chinatown or any points on the west of Seoul. Comfortable place to start.

• Melanie (2/5): - DON’T BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES Read the negative comments, (I didn’t) there’s a very accurate theme! This place was so bad it made me doubt Expedia a little.😬 But this blunder is all on me!! I am a budget traveler so I don’t expect luxury but I do expect honesty! 1st problem was they didn’t respond to my messages to arrange airport pick up, so I had to have the information desk call them twice, they didn’t answer the first call then I had to wait outside in 0* weather for 25min for them the come. 2nd problem: Coming off the lift I was hit in the face with the smell of smoke overpowering the hallway. 3rd problem: The room was run down and not like the pictures (the pictures are old) with broken lamps and cigarette burns on the tables, the couch was dirty but even worse the toilet seat was up and there was pee on the toilet. 4th problem: There 24hr shuttle is not 24hrs. Check out was at 12 but the last shuttle was at 11am that is not 24hr service. I have pictures of everything I have mentioned. You have been warned.
• Velma (10/5): Great space and convenient to airport - We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Room was clean and spacious, near many restaurants and shopping. The service was excellent and they picked us up and returned us to the airport! Room had refrigerator, hot water pot and coffee packets!

• Leo (10/5): - Worth staying at if you don't mind taking the train to get to Seoul for tourism travels (takes an hour via train) ... but very quick if you really need to get to Incheon Airport on your day of departure since it only takes about 15 minutes (if it's not during busy hours) since Unseo Station is walking distance. Also the staff are very friendly and the room we stayed at is well-maintained and clean! Location itself is near a Lotte Mart and many restaurants. Felt safe being around that area too! So definitely worth it !
• Andrew (6/5): - Decided to stay here before flight out of Incheon Airport due to proximity to the airport and low cost. I can see that once it was a nice hotel but not much maintenance were done. 1st room we got smelled of smoke. I understand that it's the guest who probably chain smoked in the room but they shouldn't be giving the room until it gets aired out. Front desk gave us another room but water in the sink wasn't working property, there was a hole in the shower with electrical line, some of the light wasn't working. It is cheap and near subway station that is 1 stop from ICN. There is a street that had many restaurants. Unfortunately, in the future we probably will not come back here.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great for overnight before a flight - The hotel is good for an overnight stay before heading out of Incheon. We had an early morning flight which meant that it would be expensive to get out of Seoul early enough to make our flight. Incheon Hotel Airstay was a great alternative. The hotel was very convenient and not too difficult to find. The place was clean enough and even though the beds were hard, the hotel itself is worth the value.
• Jamie (4/5): - Cheap hotel room 5-10 minutes walk from Unseo station on the airport all stop line. Rooms not very clean, and dusty, very run down and dated, in need of a full refurb. We had half a set of false eyelashes in the bathroom, kettle surrounded by brown sticky liquid and the chair cover torn, but covered with a dirty yoga mat to try and hide it. Lots of places to eat nearby and a couple of convenience stores
• yolanda (6/5): - The property looks a little older in the rooms than the pictures led on. The wall looked as if it had water damage at some point. But my biggest issue was the hair that was still on the floor in the bathroom and when I took off my socks, the bottom was covered in some white residue. Didn't look like dust so not sure what it was. So to me it seemed that suite had not been cleaned properly or used in some time... maybe I don't know. It's not a bad place though but for that I didn't continue my stay, I checked out immediately. But the staff was very nice.

I arrived too late for the shuttle bus but using google maps on my phone via the airport free WiFi it was easy to navigate the subway to the hotel. The subway was clean and felt safe unlike some subways late at night in some American cities. I was happy to get a free tooth brush and tooth paste for me stay. I had to pay a lot of money for that at a more expensive hotel. Go figure right. I guess that hotel’s goal was to make lots of money off me but this location they seemed to want to give a good value.
