Main perk is location of you need to catch an really flight. Also has a lively area its located in with late hour open coffee bars. Could do with a bench for bag.

- Angelynn (6/5): It was just okay. I wouldn’t go back. - I liked the shower and the room was somewhat big. There was enough space to walk around. I did not like the fact that they did not give two key cards. When I asked for a second key card they told me I could only get a key card if they held on to my credit card exchange for the extra key card. I found that as a red flag. When I went to lift my pillow up in the bed I found a hair that did not belong to me. We also did not have the right amount of towels so I had to go ask for towels.

No instructions accompanied off-site parking that's 100m from the hotel. We had to walk back to the hotel to drive out of the carpark on the day we checked out. The carpet is very badly stained, different from its photos but for this price, I guess that's ok.

- Tan (7/5): Good - Short walking distance to shops n restaurants Entrance to hotel was limited to just one glass door that I had to push through with my luggages. Cannot imagine what happens if it's crowded.
- Teck Ann (6/5): - Name of hotel is a misnomer. It is not even listed in the local e-hailing app and quite a distance from Jeju Airport! Front office staff could not communicate even in simple English.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not the cleanest - Convenient location from the airport without being right by the airport. Garage parking on the next block was a little odd, but convenient to have nonetheless. The state of the room was subpar. The coffee table wasn’t even wiped down and had a sticky residue on it. Carpet was stained. Bathroom sink had a crack in it and the bathroom drain was full of snot. Shower pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent.
- Marko (7/5): Good - Right behind the hotel is a very nice park. Also the breakfast buffet was very rich and tasty.
- Ervina (9/5): Nice hotel near airport - The room was spacious with carpeted floor. It was very nice and well designed. There was only one pillow on each single bed and they were thin. Ideally there should always be 4 pillows in a room meant for two people. Or if there were only two, they should at least be big and fluffy enough. Also, the staff was very strict about check in at 3 pm. It will be nice if they could be more flexible.

- Robert (8/5): Good place to stay in Jeju City - Good location. Walking distance to bus stops, shops, and restaurants. Clean facilities. Daily housekeeping. Free water bottles. Room is a little tight but manageable.
- Doenia (4/5): - De kamer zelf is enorm verouderd. De gordijnen hingen vol schimmel. De spiegel naar het best was smerig met vingervegen. Het tapijt was ronduit walgelijk. Smerige vlekken op het tapijt op verschillende plekken. Vieze bruine vlekken op de muur (bloed, stoelgang, etensresten? Geen idee). Het bed zelf had propere lakens al voelde ik me toch niet volledig op mijn gemak wetende dat de rest van de kamer zo vies was. Er was geen airco de eerste nacht en de kamer was enorm warm. De kamer was gehorig en hoorde ik de mensen in de kamer of op de gang spreken en hoorde ik een luid geluid (ik vermoed de boiler) wanneer de kamer naast mij ging douchen. Zeer teleurstellend. Ik verbleef er samen met een vriendin. Ze verbleef in een andere kamer op een andere verdieping en ze had dezelfde klachten als mij. We hadden ook een auto gehuurd en gebruik gemaakt van de parking van het hotel. Bij het uitrijden werd er 8000 won aangerekend voor 1.30 uur parkeren. We zijn naar de balie gegaan. De auto stond op mijn vriendin haar kamer geregistreerd en haar kamer had blijkbaar geen gratis parking. Mijn kamer had dit wel. Heel vreemd. We hebben natuurlijk de auto op mijn kamer laten zetten. Het personeel was wel erg vriendelijk en deden erg hun best ondanks hun Engels niet super goed was. Niets op aan te merken. Lieve mensen!
- Sum (3/5): Cheap stay overall - Close to some places The rooms underneath the bed are dirty and got all sorts of rubbish underneath, the toilet it had a plunger which was required to use all the time as the toilet keep getting clogged even though didn’t flush any toilet paper down as guided with their note on the toilet .

- Nee (6/5): Pleasant - Room was basic for a so called 4 star hotel. Receptionist do not speak English and quite clueless when we ask for directions to food. Floor was not vacuumed and has dirt everywhere and they made up the room by just pulling up the bed cover without even straightening up your sheets and pillows.
- Paul (8/5): Jeju visit - Centrally located with restaurants all within walking distance. Very comfortable large bed and the staff tried very hard to answer some of our questions about things to do in Jeju although they had limited English. All up, a great stay.
- Katy (8/5): Great spot to experience Jeju Island - Stayed for 2 nights and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms and facilities as described. Convenient location and hotel parking is a plus however should note that hotel parking is across the street from hotel - make sure you note down the car plate and make aware to reception staff before leaving each time
- Nee (7/5): Good - My wife and myself in the room, they only provided 1 pillow per twin bed, not up to standard for a so called 4 star hotel. When I asked for 2 extra pillow, they only gave 1 and said that the 2nd one is chargeable.
- Lip (3/5): Hotel is not great - The price is good. Value for money 1. There is only 1 key given and there were 2 of us. We cannot go different places and need to co-ordinate our timing to be back to the room 2. Pillow to soft and I need another pillow ... I was told I need to pay KRW20,000 3. Room is small after we opened our luggages we can hardly walk. 4. No proper place to put our luggage, all on the floor 5. The basin .. there were only one glass Overall the rooms are pretty run down

- Agnès (4/5): Lack of cleanliness and too expensive for what it is - The staff was nice, the location is really good (5 minutes away with a taxi from the airport) and 10 minutes away from lots of nice and busy streets (restaurants, souvenirs, ...). The cleanliness was not as we expected (see attached pictures): - The carpet had many stains. - For the whole length of our stay (7 nights), our bed was only "closed" and not properly made by the cleaning team. The attached picture shows how the bed looked every day after the cleaning team came to our room. - The used towels were refolded and not changed. If you don't like sharing your towels, this will be an issue because you won't know which one is yours anymore. - The bins were emptied every day, but honestly, I think that's the only thing the cleaning team did during our stay. - The curtains were really dirty. - The toilet had stains all over it. - There were limestone stains on the shower screen. - We also had a problem with the window: when it rained outside, it rained inside. The water was never wiped by the cleaning team and remained like that for the rest of our stay. - ...
