• Vernon (4/5): - The main beds needs replacing could feel a board or springs in our back. Dryer didn’t work. Mould im the bathroom shower floor tiles. Front sliding you couldn’t close easy. And the two bedroom unit shares there hot water service with the unit joined on the back which mean buth units having showers there’s not enough water needs constant hot water like the next unit just up from the first two joined units.

A latch would be more secure. - The tap in the laundry producing very loud noise when turn it ON. - Shower shakes and produce noise when hot water turns ON.
• Daniel (8/5): - The proximity of the property to prawn Rock channel and the neighbouring beach. The layout of the property is great and generally everything is as expected when it was booked. The property does not have a dishwasher and could use with one.

The room was clean, well arranged, and had all the essential amenities. The neighbourhood felt safe and had a relaxed beach holiday vibe Nothing in particular. It was just a little confusing to find the room when we arrived after dusk, as there weren’t any lights outside the property.

The disability access was one of the best that I've ever stayed in. Wheelchair friendly, not just the bathroom but also the furniture spacing in the main areas. Supplied bathchair and rails. The hosts answered all my questions before my stay and was very accommodating. I didn't have anything I didn't like about this stay. Everything I needed was there and it was clean and comfortable. Quiet location surrounded by beautiful Denmark

• Matt (8/5): - It was a very comfortable stay we would stay again in the future. The flooring in the bathroom is very slippery and dangerous. I slipped over and injured my hip. Maybe get something with more grip on flooring. The dryer wasn't working so had to bring wet clothes home with us.

• Amanda (9/5): Wonderful chalet near Ocean Beach - Surfside Ocean Beach offers a spacious chalet with a carport. The kitchen facilities were good including a full size fridge. It was a bonus to have a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The location was excellent - walking distance to Ocean Beach. Our hosts were very accommodating - we needed to change our dates and this was easily arranged. Our host also offered to help get the wood fire started. We did use the wood fire as the evenings were chilly in late May, however, there was also a reverse cycle airconditioner in the living room. We would definately stay at Surfside again. No faults at all.

We thought we had left something there, and Megan turned everything upside-down, we found it later, and we had overlooked it in the corner of the bag. All in all, and a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. A lovely touch. My name was on the outside of the cottage.
