• HIROKAZU (4/5): オシャレなだけで快適性に欠け疲れを癒せない宿 - ダブルのシングルユースでしたが、狭くてほぼシングルのような部屋でした。また、ユニットバスが狭く、窮屈で体の休まらない入浴となりました。トイレ利用も狭くて息苦しい空間でした。夏なので、布団も夏使用にして欲しかったです。

• Daniel (10/5): Quiet and walkable. - Everything is within walkable distance. Silent room, unless someone was running with heavy steps in the corridor. Quiet neighbourhood with almost no traffic at night. If I return too Kochi, I’ll try to book 7days+ again. The concept of breakfast wasn’t my style, but it had its function and did the work.

• YUKO (8/5): 北欧インテリアでおしゃれなホテル - 部屋は汚れている所はなく、清潔でした。 立体駐車場に停めた車の中に忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、気持ち良く対応してもらいました。 おしゃれなインテリアでしたが、広さ、機能はビジネスホテルでした。

Drove out of the city on the second day to Yokanami Nature Park and Katsurahama Beach. - Great location, clean, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and parking facility. The standard double was way too cramped. Asked and received an upgrade for a little extra. It was a little better but the bed was still jammed up against the wall so that the person sleeping on that side could not get out of bed without the other person moving out. Or crawl over the top.

• Elizabeth (8/5): A great location for Kochi Marathon participants and tourists - This hotel was in a fantastic location for the Kochi Marathon. it is also easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and Kochi castle. The rooms are TINY! Coming from Australia it was a bit of an adjustment, only one of us could open our suitcase at a time. They were very clean and comfortable and had private bathrooms. The breakfast area was really nice, like being in a coffee shop, and the staff were very helpful. they even opened for breakfast a little early for me on race day - thank you! Google map directions were off so we had to get help from the locals to find the accomodation. And, the rooms are really tiny for two people. i would still choose to stay here again as the location was fabulous!

Some of the staff was communicating in an unclear way, not making customers feel welcomed. The value for money is beyond a joke given the overall appearance of the hotel, room size, and bathroom design. You can hear everyone talking in the hallways when you try to sleep. The coin laundry lacks a system so that it can be used efficiently.
