Lokalita bola super, je to v tichej uličke len pár metrov od námestia, takže ste na jednej strane v ústraní a máte kľud a na druhej strane ak chcete ísť medzi ľudí, je to len pár krokov. Chýbal nám obuvák a servítky na izbe, ale to je fakt detail.

A hotel nagyon szép, a szoba tágas, ízléses berendezéssel , az ágy kényelmes. A szobákban külön kávé és tea állt rendelkezésünkre. A reggeli finom volt. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész Nem tudok ilyet mondani.

Vynikajúce, pestré raňajky, teplé raňajky aj keď sme v pondelok boli v hoteli sami. Rozumiem, že rekonštrukcia historických priestorov hotela nevytvorí ideálny priestor izieb. V našej podkrovnej bolo skosenie steny od strechy také, že sa mi nedalo obísť posteľ tak, aby som sa nemusel zohnúť.

- Janet (9/5): Hidden gem - We stayed here to visit the Christmas market. Lovely hotel, tucked down a side street right off the main thoroughfare. We had a lovely comfortable room which was spotlessly clean and cozy warm. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is help yourself style and was very nice with a good selection of cooked and continental foods. Got the 23 bus from the airport for €2, get off at Namastie Oslobodlidov, the hotel is past the big wheel down a side street on the right. The Xmas market was quite small and mostly food and drink based, but the whole place came alive at night with lovely Christmassy vibes. All in all a great short Christmas break with fab cheap flights Nothing

- Katarina (8/5): Nice hotel - Fantastic location, very comfortable and a lovely breakfast. We didn't have hot water in our shower for which this was reported after the first day. We were told the handyman would come but the water was still not hot on our second and last day. We asked the receptionist on leaving and she said the handyman had been. A bit disappointing and probably should have been offered a discount etc but they didn't really say much. A shame as a lovely hotel.

Зручне ліжко, великий номер Ванна кімната велика, але з маленьким умивальником та дуже високою ванною. Трохи це не зручно. важкувато нести чемодани наверх , бо не дуже зручні сходи. На сніданку дуже малий вибір страв.

Loved the touch of the lavender pillow. There was next to no accessible plug outlets, it made things like charging your phone inconvenient. The walls surrounding my room were rather thin, and let’s just say I had some noisy neighbours.

Mooie ruime kamer en een balzaal van een badkamer. Zalige nachtrust dankzij heerlijk bed en 's ochtends een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Vlakbij het stadscentrum met verschillende restaurantjes. x

- Rita (8/5): Excellent location, perfect place for a short-term stay - The hotel is right in the city center in a calmer pedestrian street. The hotel is modern and the furniture in the room was stylish. We needed to call the hotel by phone to get recommendation on where to park our car. They were very nice and gave valuable advice. I booked a standard kind room. The room we received was on the second floor in the attic area, which was a bit inconvenient as both my husband and I are tall. We eventually did not ask for a room with a normal height because we stayed for only one night.

Postel byla pohodlná a na snídani nechybělo nic z obvyklé nabídky hotelů této kategorie. Porouchaný přepínač sprchy, který i po rychlé opravě byl obtížně ovladatelný. Zapínání TV rovněž komplikované. Velice hlučná klimatizace způsobila, že jsem téměř nespal.

- Olga (9/5): Great location and service — small technical details need attention - The hotel is located in a wonderful spot, right in the center on a beautiful and quiet street. The staff is very friendly and ready to help if needed. The room features good-quality toiletries, very comfortable slippers, and a generous supply of tea and coffee. A particularly lovely touch was the little lavender-scented pillow. The breakfast isn't very diverse, but the food is tasty and high quality, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room is very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast ambiance truly deserves a 10 out of 10. There are a few strange and poorly thought-out things in the room. I could barely find a socket to charge my phone – it was behind the curtain, far from the bed. The light switch is located all the way by the entrance door, so you can’t turn off the lights while lying in bed. One unpleasant issue was the clogged drain in the shower. The towels were clean, but they really felt like they should be replaced with new ones.

I have been there a couple times already and the hotel is nicely allocated, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The only little downside is the parking situation. You have to park around 200m away on public parking spaces and that is for all day parking 16 EUR.
