Verified traveler (8/5): ゆったりとした時間を過ごせる趣の宿 - 愛息子(犬・フレンチブルドッグ)を連れて初めて訪れました。初めて参るので、分からないことが多く、また、訪問予定前後に降雪の予報が出ていたこともあり、度々電話にてお問い合わせをさせていただきました。場所は、駅から徒歩で行ける距離にあり、今回私たちは鉄道で参ったのですが、行き易くてよかったです。建物は古いですが、とても風情があり、またそれぞれの部屋が独立した離れの造りということもあり、すごく静かで、とても落ち着いた滞在となりました。部屋の掃除が一部行き届いていないところが見受けられた点が残念でした。部屋の内風呂が温泉だったのもよかったです。ただ、部屋の造りがそれぞれ違い、同じ価格にもかかわらず、部屋の希望を出せないのは残念です。価格に差を付け、希望の部屋を選択できるようになればもっとよいと存じました。食事については、とても手が込んでいて、犬を連れて行ける宿とは思えない、いや一流料亭の味でした。料理は、全体的に量が多く、もう少し量を減らして質を上げられてもよいのではないか、と存じました(例えばお造りなど)。ともあれ、犬を連れて行ける宿の中では、お料理も雰囲気もよく、とても寛げる宿の内の一つだと思います。建物の古さも趣があり、この点はずっと守っていってもらいたいと思います。必ず再訪しますので、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
Verified traveler (8/5): 食事よし、冬は不向き - 1月に犬連れで一泊しました。良かった点: 食事夕食は懐石で、盛り付けも美しく、大変美味しかったです。ドリンク類も十分な選択肢がありました。朝食は和食を選びましたが、品数が多いだけでなく提供する温度、タイミングも良かったです。環境全室が離れで、非常に静かでした。接客予約確認や到着遅れの電話の際も含め、全般に対応は良かったです。ペット対応古い旅館にしては珍しくペット対応可で、サークルやトイレなど設備も整っていました。建物・庭古い建物のでしたが手入れはされていました。食事処から庭が見え、梅や桜が咲く頃に来れば食事しながら花見ができそうです。不満な点温度寒い！建物が古いので仕方ないとはいえ、暖房を切ると寒くて寝られない。部屋の風呂や洗面台も、待ってもお湯にならない。布団が小さくて足がはみ出る。設備コンセントが少ない。敷地内は屋内外とも段差が多いので、注意が必要。
