- Soon Hoe (8/5): Best option for short or long stay. - The location is superb, near to Komtar bus station where you could get almost all buses you need. And there are 3 malls next to it, i.e. Komtar, Prangin Mall and 1st Avenue for you to shop and eat. Thanks for changing my room (403) which was having a loud noise from the temporary night market set up at Prangin Mall and also away from the prayer's noise. A change of my room to 412 was an upgrade indeed without anymore noise and it's much bigger room. I enjoyed staying there for 20 nights. The room service staff were all good and helpful. The front desk staff were good too, especially Winnie who managed to resolve the noise I encountered in my room. Will come back here again if I visit Penang in the future.

- FREDERIC (3/5): A éviter. D'autres hôtels du centre sont certainement mieux. - Service en chambre correct et souci de l'écologie. La seule personne agréable est l'agent de sécurité devant l'hôtel. Chambre minuscule, mobilier vétuste (lampe de chevet fixée au mur qui menaçait de tomber, tiroirs de la table de nuit qui ne s'ouvraient pas, tuyau de douche percé), draps d'une propreté douteuse, aucune insonorisation acoustique, alarmes d'ouverture des portes des chambres qui s’allumaient tout le temps, terrasse sur le toit fermée sans que l'on en ait été informés, personnel à l'accueil qui ne dit pas un mot, petit déjeuner au restaurant pas très bon et sans beaucoup de choix.

De slaapkamer was erg klein. Handdoeken waren grauw en badkamer heel klein. Geen plek om je spullen op te ruimen zoals een plankje onder de spiegel.

Also opposite is KOMTAR which can conveniently find a number of money changer, 99SpeedMart convenience store. Booking a vehicle via Grab is also quick and convenience because this is a tourist spot and many driver around. none

The breakfasts were as good as you can expect and reasonably priced. Some of the doors in the corridor slam shut loudly!

- Sergio (6/5): Correcto - La ubicación, cerca de todo. Habitación grande y con frigorífico. El desayuno muy básico, no había leche para el café , el zumo de muy baja calidad y poca variedad. En recepción preguntamos para alquilar moto y no nos dijeron ningúna empresa en concreto solo nos mandaron a una calle y que preguntáramos.

The bed was comfortable and the room, although small, was clean and had everything we needed. The cafe staff were lovely and we had a great meal there. The noise from the street, not helped by the window being a sheet of Perspex attached to the shutters.

Donc cela veut dire que lorsqu’ils refont la route toute la nuit en bas de l’hôtel, il est impossible de dormir et la prière de la mosquée à 5h du matin pareil, très embêtant.

- Shreyas (10/5): Perfect location just by Penang skywalk tower. - Both the security have same names and they are very helpful and make us feel secure at the entrance that the property not only has surveillance but a security guard on duty right at the entrance which is the only access to it which makes it 100% secure Thankyou to both Bikram’s. Also the front office staff are very efficient and well trained and have good body language. The toilet showers need one small change, there should be a water outlet under the shower too so the commode area stays dry at all times as the shower robe doesn’t help much keep the water out.
