• Tracey (10/5): Scenic Views across Ragusa - The location was brilliant, just above the main Piazza and the views out last the clock tower were fabulous - the room was beautifully equipped and the bathroom was superb - the complimentary breakfast was fresh and wholesome and the owner's parents were helpful and attentive - there was even free parking just down the street - a fantastic place to stay in Ragusa! They made check - in easy and quickly responded to any questions. We found parking to be easy and only walked 50 meters or so from the car to the entrance. The rooms were comfortably appointed and clean. We slept as well as we had in quite awhile and woke to a nice breakfast and hot coffee

• Susan (10/5): There probably isn’t any better view in all of Ragusa! - Incredible view looking over the iconic cobalt bell tower and Ragusa Ibla. Our room had a balcony although it was cold and rainy during our stay so didn’t take advantage of it. The room was very easy to access with a keyless code. Free parking on the street nearby wasn’t a problem. The room is comfortable although a bit small. Breakfast is served in your room or in the small kitchen. The location is on the “saddle” between Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa Superiore (upper and lower towns) so there are stairs no matter which way you go. Good exercise but could be a problem for someone with a mobility issue. There are also steep stairs in the building to get to the room. Not any space to open a suitcase.

It is ideally located between Ragusa and Ibla, offering a stunning view over the rooftops from the room. The room was clean and nicely designed, with air conditioning and a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning. Since we visited out of season, it was easy to find free parking on the street nearby. A typical Italian breakfast with such a beautiful view was a great way to start the day. Thank you, Simone! Wir hatten ein leckeres, typisch italienisches Frühstück, von sehr netten Gastgebern aufs Zimmer serviert. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind naturgemäß (enge italienische Altstadt) beschränkt. Das ist jedoch bei allen zentral gelegenen Unterkünften ähnlich.

O quarto era confortável e bem equipado, e a comunicação com a anfitriã Simone foi sempre rápida. Ela nos deu sugestões para o jantar. O café era bem servido e gostoso, preparado por uma assistente da anfitriã. A varanda-balcão é compartilhada com os outros quartos da propriedade, o que tira um pouco da privacidade.

Simone y Liliana muy amables. Facilidad de aparcamiento, Simone nos indicó muy bien. El alojamiento está situado entre Ragusa Alta y Ragusa Ibla, cerca de la escalera con los miradores. La habitación n. 3 tiene el problema de un molesto ruido del calentador de agua general y en la ducha es imposible regular la temperatura del agua. Desayuno sencillo y sin posibilidad de salado.

Colazione buonissima e staff super cordiale e gentile. Non una critica ma solo una osservazione: l'alloggio si trova a Ragusa (e non a Ragusa Ibla) , per arrivare ad Ibla si deve camminare per circa 15 minuti ma è fattibilissimo.

We were able to park in the street near the b and b. Simone was helpful providing advice. It was spotlessly clean. A little more choice for breakfast would be good

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautifully modern and impeccably clean B&B, perfectly nestled overlooking the stunning town of Ragusa Ibla. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless – including the free street parking just 10 metres down the same road, which is a rare and welcome convenience in such a historic hill town. The room itself was a cool, peaceful retreat. The air conditioning was excellent and incredibly efficient – a lifesaver in the Sicilian summer heat. Inside, the design is sleek and stylish, with a minimalist feel that lets the breathtaking location shine. The spacious very clean shower had perfect water pressure – a joy after a long day of exploring the town’s charming cobblestone streets. What truly set this stay apart was the view. Our window framed an absolutely breathtaking panorama of Ragusa Ibla’s terracotta rooftops, ancient church towers, and winding alleys that glow golden in the evening light. At night, the view transformed into something truly magical — like a scene from a fairytale. The warm glow of streetlamps lit up the stone facades and church domes, casting long shadows over the cobblestone alleys below. From our window, we watched as the town came alive with soft chatter, the clinking of wine glasses, and the scent of Sicilian cuisine drifting up from trattorias tucked into every corner. The stillness of the night, broken only by distant laughter and the occasional church bell, created a dreamlike atmosphere that made us feel like we’d stepped back in time. And then there was the sunrise. Waking early and watching the first pink and gold rays spill over the medieval rooftops was one of the highlights of our trip. The entire valley glowed. It was peaceful, spiritual, and deeply moving. With its unbeatable views, modern comfort, perfect location, and the sheer romance of Ragusa Ibla, this B&B stay was nothing short of unforgettable. • Linda (10/5): Exceptional - The room was a good size, but as our balcony overlooked the street rather than a view of Ragusa Ibla we had breakfast in the shared kitchen instead of our room. This was fine. Liliana or Simone's mum prepared the breakfasts which included croissants, cakes, juice, fresh fruit and coffee of choice, We also had good chats with them while enjoying the food. We also used the share kitchen in the evening for light meals. The B&B location is walking distance to the centre of Ragusa Ibla - just be prepared to climb many ancient winding stairways. It's worth it! We took a taxi to the B&B from the train station when we arrived and another one to the bus station when leaving.

• Robert (9/5): A very comfortable stay in a great location, right in the heart of Ragusa’s old town. to - Belvedere All’Idria is aptly named- our room had a lovely view over rooftops and bell-towers, up to the old city of Ragusa. We could share breakfast on our balcony with our travelling friends. Breakfast was very good. Parking is a big challenge in such an old, steep town but we could park on the street very close to the front door. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk, but be aware that everywhere involves many steps up or down due the town’s position on steep hill dot ser It seemed superfluous to have a video continually scrolling on the kitchen TV, with information about gaining entry to the B&B, when we were already inside! It was annoying and we covered it with a cloth as we couldn’t find a way to turn it off. But a minor issue only.

• Dita (10/5): The best family run accommodation we have ever seen. A great hospitality in a charming peaceful place. Comfortable, beau - Amazing, absolutely clean and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the Ragusa Ibla. Extremely nice and helpful host, nice breakfast, great location.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - If you're after the views, a private cozy space, comfort and proximity to the town centre look no further. The room (01) is absolutely beautiful and spacious, the shower is huge and the bed super comfortable. The host Simone and his collaborator Eliana were super kind and made us a delicious and abundant breakfast (which you have the option to have it served in the room to enjoy the view).

• Joanne (8/5): The location is great for seeing Ragusa Ibla as you can walk below and it is very historical. - The breakfast was good and the woman who works there to bring it to your room was wonderful and we ate on the balcony with a view of Ragusa Ibla which was great. There were church bells outside in the later morning. You can walk down some steps to the lower city of Ragusa Ibla and that was great with attractions, restaurants, things to see and it is very historical. It is a locally owned property. It is very difficult to find this property when drving by car. Google maps doesn't work great, and many of the streets do not have street signs. The streets are narrow, many are one way and we were lost. The owner had to help us get there and the instructions were difficult for us to follow so we had to guide with him on our phone. There should be maps in the room so we can find attractions. There are steps to get inside which wasn't a problem for us but could be a problem for some.

I had stayed 3 nights and I can tell one of the best place to stayed on my many years travelling.Panoramic view took my breath away.Host made a beautiful breakfast every morning. Bed was very comfortable the place was very clean.In the barfridge had a beautiful vine what I really enjoyed.Highly recomended to stay here when you visiting Ragusa. Everything was perfect.
• Brendan (10/5): Instagram worthy views - The view is the best part of the property! It is close to this exact view as seen in the review as well as another view just around the corner. You’re right in the middle of Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla so it’s a quick walk to either one. Breakfast on the terrace is everything your instagram dreams are made of. And tasty. If you want more there is also a cafe right at the bottom of the hill headed to Ibla. Parking and access are easy. The price is a great value for what you get. There are a lot of stairs to get between here and Ibla. Not a problem for me but it might be a challenge for someone with a stroller or someone with limited mobility. You can get straight to this BNB by driving but you would then have to drive around to get to other parts if you need to go in a car. Just know if you visit Ragusa in general you’ll need to prepare for stairs.
• Annette (10/5): Comfortable room, great views - We loved the location - close enough to centre of the old town to walk there, and far enough away that we could park safely nearby. The view from our room was amazing. The bed comfortable. Staff were easy to deal with and very responsive. Couldn’t fault it. Everything was great.

• Anna (10/5): Very good location, nice room and tasty breakfest. - Nicely furnished room overlooking Ragusa Ibla. The property has a great location, with easy access to both parts of old Ragusa. Near the building is a shortcut (steeps) which enables convenient transfer between different levels of the city. The breakfast is sumptuous and includes Italian pastry, fruits, and toast-sandwich. I haven't observed any cons.
