• Anchal (1/5): Terribly - Nothing It was very dirty and we were given a room near the staff and the staff spoke very loudly and it was very noisy the sheets on the bed were full of holes just horrible the toilet was broken there were 2 people the towel was only for 1 person😠 we were very dissatisfied and we paid a lot of money it was not worth it We had a problem because we had to leave quickly and only stayed in the room for about 30 minutes. We apologized sincerely and asked for a 50% refund, as Booking stated that we could cancel and receive 50% back. However, the staff spoke to us terribly, were very rude, and completely ruined our trip. They also refused to give us any money back, saying that we could leave if we wanted to, but no one would refund us. We were shocked and had to stay because we had already paid a significant amount. 👎👎👎👎

Poor food quality and taste. Tea/coffee tast like sugar syrup even after giving proper instructions to put only minimal sweet. Very expensive as compared to the quality and condition of rooms, property and cleanliness. The hotel should be rates 1 start and even less of possible. Very bad staying experience even after spending thousands.
