Run down full of mould, needs maintenance pool was dirty walls full of mould noisy neighbours room and bathroom needs maintenance like no shower head no fan mattress old, location bad

Pour le prix nous n’avons pas souhaité y séjourner !! Et l’hôtel nous a promis procéder au remboursement, nous ne l’avons jamais reçu !!

• Ru (5/5): Great potential, but lacks upkeep and proper cleaning for the price. The staff are lovely. - I have stayed at this property a couple of times now, in different villas. The potential for these villas is excellent, they have character, Balinese inspired private villas with private pool and lounge area, quiet and tranquil, however, the lack of upkeep on these villas is beginning to show. They are unclean, stuff starting to fall off the walls such as rusty fittings and curtains that don't hold up. The door locks are faulty and can be pushed open. The villa pools are not clean. All this being said, there is great potential here, which is what brought me back a second time. As above, the villas are run down now, some significant maintenance needs to be carried out to make it worth £25 a night for the price. We didn't even get in the pool this time, as there was a film of grime floating. Curtains were simply positioned and kept falling down, fixings were falling off the walls, the door is not secure and can be pushed open even when locked. In their current condition, I would not stay here again for the price, especially with all the current building works and noise going on in that street. There are plenty of clean fresh places in this area for less a night. Sad to say this, as this place does have amazing potential, and we have stayed here a couple of times now.

• Tahlia (2/5): Not good, choose somewhere else - The aircon in one of the rooms was great , beds were comfy The pool was green during our whole stay, I asked about it on the first day and they said there were chemicals put in so it would be good the next day, it wasn’t, it never changed colour so we could not swim. The aircon in the top bedroom barely worked, the stairs to the top bedroom were so narrow and unsafe and I could barely take my suitcase up and down when arriving and leaving. Oh and the bathroom downstairs didn’t have a proper shower head only a handheld one which made it extremely difficult to wash hair etc. I have contacted the property and booking.com for a partial refund due to the cleanliness of the pool and health and safety as we couldn’t stay the last night, but I have not had a response

Tapi ternyata kamar saya di belakang, kamar mandi di luar kamar tidur. Owner juga susah dihubungi. Mungkin kalau pesan yang private villa yang di atas baru bagus. Tapi dengan harga 500rb+, saya mendapat kamar seperti saya kemarin, saya benar benar menyesal. Wifi connection was very poor. Overall not statified with our stay. Bfast are ok. No hair dryer and electric kettle provided. When requested they provided an old rusted kettle. Quite disappointed.

Spiegels zijn erg vies! De badkamer had een “bad” en daarin kon je douchen maar je moest wel zelf de slang vast houden want die zat niet vast aan de muur! niks om je kleding in te kunnen leggen! Het was echt verschrikkelijk ook het beddengoed meteen laten verschonen! Zaten vieze vlekken in en gaten, alles is versleten en de foto’s zijn echt zwaar Misleiden! Ik kan nog veel meer opnoemen! Booking.com zou beter zijn werk moeten doen! En de eigenaar moet zich schamen

• Paul (10/5): - The accommodation was beautiful, so peaceful and quiet. The room had everything, the shower was amazing and 1 step out the door and you're in the pool. The staff were amazing, kind and so helpful in anyway they could plus so polite, they were amazing.. Close to GWK cultural park. Will definitely go back and stay there again. Breakfast was simple but delicious The only problem was not very close to restaurants and one big hills, so you probably need your own transport, for me , l dont mind walking so it wasn't an issue and the beach was 3.5km away at jimbaren Bay. Just letting people know.
• Astrid (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Takes over an hour to get out of the area, room very dirty, doesn't look like photos at all, no TV, no kettle, "provided water" is a water jug on the ground that's kept outside for 3 different rooms to share. can hear everything outside the room, left after 2nd day stayed at different place. "Kitchenette" which is just a propane hotplate, is outside and about 3 different rooms share it. No privacy at all besides a curtain, toilet door is frosted glass in full view from bed, shower very dirty, pool dirty, bed sheets have rips and holes, unsafe "stairwell" to rooms basically just stacked bricks going up, would never stay here ever again even if I was paid for it. photos are not true to rooms, disgusting place

• Martyna (9/5): Booked for 3 nights, stayed almost 3 weeks. - It’s close to the main road, but also a bit hidden so you don’t hear the noise. The people working there are amazing, and will always help you when you need them. We stayed there 3 nights at the beginning and kept extending, overall staying 3 weeks. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook at home. If you need your room cleaned just tell them and they will do it right away. You can also do laundry at their place. Be aware the pool is shared with a few more rooms, but it’s okay.

La piscina estaba sucia y no por la lluvia, no la limpian ,ni prenden los motores ,no metimos ni un pie dentro del agua ,la cocina destrozada los utensillos rotos, partidos, sucios. Decía desayuno pero no aclaran que es de pago.es una habitación con baño privado lo demás o es compartido o directamente no corresponde nada ni respeta la descripción. Y Booking me escribió luego de 4 días cuando hice el check out. NO RESERVEN EN ESTE SITIO ,VAN A PERDER DINERO CONFORT Y COMODIDAD. El alojamiento de lava las manos y Booking también. Las chicas que me recibieron. Fueron amables ellas no tienen la culpa de los caza turistas de los dueños
• Karen (6/5): - The staff were excellent. Breakfasts were delicious. Decor had a streamlined modern appearance. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are no steps into the pool. We had to ask for a plastic stool to enable us to get out of it. Hanging rail in the upstairs bedroom was extremely high and would have been inexcessible for most people. Stairs up to the top bedroom did not have a hand rail on the bottom flight. When opening the door on the top bedroom, the stairs down started immediately with potential for a mishap. Top bedroom overlooked the pool area of the neighbouring villa. Seating consisted of a bench with small table across it, which could not be completely removed, which made eating breakfast from it an awkward sideways process. Shower over bath in upstairs bedroom sprayed water on the floor, creating a slip hazard. No regular cleaning, including emptying of bins.

• Ronak (1/5): Avoid at all costs. - Booked 3 weeks in advance only to be told on arrival that the staff were unaware of our booking till that morning and then the room we booked wasn't the room given to us due to an 'electrical issue' however we could see that someone else had been given our room. The hotel itself is on a alley backroad making it hard to access even with a car. They had a private pool with each of the rooms as advertised however it was dirty therefore wouldn't have used it. The bathroom was located outside the room itself with the sink outside of the room. We left as soon as we arrived and stayed at the best western down the road - much more recommended.

Возможно другие номера (с персональными бассейнами) сделаны более разумны, но для нас криво с - Из плюсов: тишина в номере, так как отель не у самой дороги, хотя по утрам в 8 часов начинались строительные работы в соседнем доме, а вечером один из дней было какое то празднование у соседей с музыкой и караоке. Петухов и собак нет. Есть бассейн, один на 3 номера (мы жили в номере с общим бассейном, но есть еще номера со своим бассейном) мы не пользовались. Кровать нормальная. Рядом с номером стоит диспенсер с питьевой водой. Территория закрытая, есть парковка для байков. Есть общая кухня на 3 номера с плитой и мойкой. Цена достаточно низкая, отчасти из за этого и выбрали этот отель. Персонал отзывчивый, делают что могут, но минусы отеля заложены изначально при постройке. В номере душ и туалет спланированы очень странно. Дверь открывается впритык к унитазу, приходится протискиваться в туалет, умывальник мизерного размера стоит в душевой, утром умыться и почистить зубы-уже аттракцион, стоя наполовину в душевой, а наполовину в номере. Зеркала около умывальника нет. Оно есть в номере, на высоте примерно 1,2 метра. Можно рассмотреть свой живот)). При этом в номере есть ванна, которая расположена прямо в комнате. Романтично конечно, но лучше бы сделали нормальный санузел, чем на эту ванну место потратили. В номере нет ни одной вешалки для банных полотенец. Ни в самом номере, ни в душе. Пришлось вешать и сушить где получится. Завтраки никакие. На выбор омлет или рис. Мы брали омлет, с ним приносят 2 кусочка тостов и кофе или чай. По сравнению с другими гестами или отелями, весьма скудно. Ни сосисок, ни фруктов, ни молока (хотя бы сухого) к кофе. Подъезд к отелю с двух сторон, но и там и там крутые горки. Если вы на байке вдвоем-надо иметь опыт въезда и спуска на такие горки.
• Zaneta (6/5): Dated, dirty, bad location - Overall the place has a good potential but the problem is that on booking.com there are pictures which are like 8 years old. The staff were lovely and helpful!. View was nice too. Was excited about my pool only to find out it was dirty!! Room was very dated. Bathroom was dated too. They need to repair and replace old stuff.. Overall it was not very clean and because the walls are from glass wirh a lots of gaps in between - any insect can come to your room. I the location is just bad - off the main road but the road to this villas can't even be called "road". No public lights around when it's dark so you are kinda forced to call Grab or Gojek... and lots of stray dogs just on the doorstep. Stayed only one night gladly.. also nothing to do in Jimbaran area, so bad! You better pay extra €5 and get accommodation in Uluwatu

• Ni kadek (7/5): - Overall is good and I appreciate for the lady that help us during c/i time & the bed are comfortable But, There was miss about the room type , However i book family room and i was thinking it’s private but not The staff are very helpful and quick response in order when i ask to move our room from family room to one bedroom villa though we have to pay extra cost for it. but for the family with 2 kids are not comfortable , because the 2 bedroom are little bit scared for us with high steps especially we booked for “Nyepi” Another thing is, the kitchen was luck of equipment and there was no complimentary water or coffee n tea in the room during arrival and the cleanliness of outdoor area (pool & kitchen) need to be improved as i mentioned earlier during the booking that my kids are very sensitive I wish this could be improved to make guest more happy during their vacation

In the top bedroom the roof had mold on it and in the bottom bedroom the fan had mold on it. The place definitely needs maintenance such as painting and proper cleaning as the room mirrors were not clean and dust was everywhere in the beds too. Also our place did not come with the kettle and we had to ask for cups and other things that said it was provided with
