Отдельная ей благодарность за великолепный креольский ужин, который мы с женой ели 2 дня. Девочки из персонала - молодцы, очень вежливые, отзывчивые и свою работу делаю на отлично. Завтраки - отличные. Уровень Wi-Fi - отличный. Парковка на закрытой территории. Пляжик маленький, но зато прямо напротив, дорогу перейти. Я бы сказал, что это место было для нас почти идеальным. Спасибо Yasad! Мы жили в бунгало прямо напротив ворот. Очень маленькая спальня. Между кроватью и шкафом протиснуться только боком. То ли кровать такая, то ли матрас, но с краев скатываешься в середину. Это конечно хорошо для влюбленных, чтобы они все время были близко друг к другу, но в остальном не очень удобно. Гостиная крошечная и если вы захотите поесть в номере за столом, то это не возможно. Мы ели за нашим столиком на улице. Нам было удобно. Стиральная машина не работала, но нам бесплатно постирали наши вещи - персонал, повторю, молодцы! Пожалуй это и все минусы, которые вполне можно и не замечать находясь под очарованием красоты Сейшел в общем и этого места в частности.
- Esther (9/5): Einfach traumhaft und auch etwas abenteuerlich (Busfahrt) - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns eine Buskarte organisiert, alles erklärt und gute Tipps gegeben. Einmal hat sie uns ein kreolisches fantastisches Essen gekocht. Der private Ministrand liegt gleich über der Strasse, perfekt.

- Marc (8/5): Fijn appartement, op fijne locatie. - Rustige plek, fijne uitvalsbasis om Praslin te bekijken en tours te maken. Nora wat zeer toegankelijk en heeft voor ons een ontbijt gemaakt en een diner op creolse wijze. Internet / wifi zou beter kunnen, zwakke verbinding in onze kamer.

Nóra és az egész személyzet rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt, mindig volt hozzánk néhány kedves szavuk. Idén tervezzük a visszatérést, és biztosan újra ezt a szállást választjuk. Mindennel rendkívül elégedettek voltunk.

We must first of all mention the perfect service of all the staff. Very nice ladies, smiling and helpful. And a very professional approach of the residence manager. On the day of our arrival, Ms. Nora from Yasad contacted us and suggested preparing a local dinner – it was delicious. The property itself fully met our expectations. "Luxuriös" ist es nicht. - Die freundliche Gastgeberin, die Größe und Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die ruhige Lage weit außerhalb der Stadt. Direkt gegenüber der Pension gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand zum anschauen des Sonnenuntergangs. Die wenige bzw. sehr alte Einrichtung/Möbel/Bett und Ausstattung sind definitiv nicht "Luxus", wie im Namen der Pension eigentlich steht.

- Deepank Kamal (7/5): - The location is beautiful with a secluded beach right opposite the property. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The host was super helpful. The washing machine in 1 of the apartment was semi-functional (making extremely loud noises) while it was not working in the other 2 apartments we had booked. The location is not close to any supermarket or restaurant if you don't have your own vehicle.

- ROBERTA (2/5): Non ci tornerei - Abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti presso YASARD LUXORY RESIDENCE senza la possibilità di fare una doccia! Fin dal primo giorno abbiamo segnalato la mancanza dell’acqua, la responsabile ha tergiversato alla problematica con giustificazioni infondate in quanto nelle altre strutture dell’isola l’acqua era presente. Ritengo che rientri tra le PRIORITA’ dell’impiantistica di una struttura ricettiva assicurare la fornitura dell’acqua ai propri ospiti. Non si può pensare solo a camere e posti letto ci sono servizi che sono doverosi. Ovviamente il problema acqua non si limitava alla doccia, non funzionava neppure il wc!!! Un bel disagio, inoltre non potendo usare la cucina siamo sempre usciti a cena, con ulteriori costi. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso del costo sostenuto a nostro avviso doveroso in quanto la prenotazione e’ stata fatta ad un “LUXORY RESIDENCE” e come tale non può permettersi di lasciare gli ospiti senza acqua per l’intero soggiorno. Vi aggiornerò in merito al rimborso!

- Josef (9/5): Würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen - Lage direkt an der Straße, absolut zum Vorteil, da wenig Verkehr, Lärm. Mit nem leihauto absolut top, „privatstrand“ direkt gegenüber, mit überragenden Sonnenuntergängen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen absolut freundlich und immer für ein kurzes Gespräch und ein paar Tipps zu haben ! Es fehlt ein kleines Licht am Bett zum lesen, aber Taschenlampe ging dann auch :)

- Katerina_Dey (8/5): - Расположен за городом, но на машине 5 минут. Пляж небольшой через дорогу, автобусная остановка прямо у ворот. Есть ресторан в 2 минутах, где можно встретить невероятный закат. Очень тихое место, вдали от туристических пляжей. Магазина рядом нет, только в городе. Без машины не вариант. Номера просторные, для 4 человек подойдет. Кухня немножко "уставшая", но все необходимое есть.

She arranged us a boat trip, beach day on Anse Gorgette, Creole dinner and property switch, becouse of the loud noise of construction work at Yasad. We stayed in Acquario on the other side of the island. Rusted silverware, rats in the cealing, lizards in the apartment.
- Anuar_T (10/5): Luxury and comfort in a secluded place on the ocean shore - This is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. We arrived early, but it didn't stop us from checking in, they were already waiting for us. Everything is brand new, incredibly clean. We had a large room, almost an apartment with two bedrooms and a large terrace. Great furniture, large beds. The hostess, Nora, was very welcoming, she cooked us a huge Creole lunch for a very reasonable price. Parking is on site, to get to the beach, you just need to cross the road. All our wishes were immediately fulfilled. Very quiet place, cozy, homely atmosphere, you almost don't feel the presence of other guests. Once again, many thanks to the host for a pleasant and comfortable stay! Пожалуй, это одно из лучших мест, где мы останавливались в жизни. Мы приехали раньше времени, это не помешало заселиться, нас уже ждали. Все совершенно новое, потрясающая чистота. У нас был большой номер, практически квартира с двумя спальнями и большой террасой. Великолепная мебель, большие кровати. Хозяйка, Нора, была очень радушна, приготовила нам громадный креольский обед за весьма умеренную цену. Стоянка для машин на территории, чтобы дойти до пляжа, надо только перейти дорогу. Все наши пожелания немедленно выполнялись. Очень тихое место, уютная, домашняя обстановка, вы практически не ощущаете присутствия других постояльцев. Еще раз большое спасибо хосту за приятное и комфортное времяпровождение!
- Gabriel (9/5): - El servicio que da Noah es inmejorable, te ofrece facilidades para las excursiones y visitas y además te ofrece posibilidad de cenas en el apartamento lo cual es muy útil si llegas cansado de un día de playas. La playa puede ser mas o menos ideal según la época del año, por ejemplo en Agosto los vientos hacen que sea menos bonita, pero eso depende de la época. Recomiendo este apartamento sin duda.

- Katarzyna (10/5): Batdzo relaksujace wakacje - Bardzo przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament położony w spokojnej lokalizacji. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Nora zarządzająca apartamentami pomogła w organizacji wycieczek przez lokalne biura oraz przygotowała bardzo dobrą kolację w dobrej cenie. Plaża przy apartamencie w lipcu miała sporo wodorostów. Nie korzystaliśmy z tej plaży. W innych miesiącach mogą tam być bardzo dobre warunki do kąpieli
- Gaelle (10/5): - Nous avons réservé un logement pour 4. Il y avait 3 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain. Une grande cuisine ouverte sur un salon et une grande terrasse pour pouvoir manger dehors. Le tout en parfait état et vraiment très joli. L'établissement est fermé par un portail et on peut garer les voitures à l'intérieur. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. La machine à laver de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas et on nous a proposé de faire notre lessive si nécessaire. Elles nous l'ont fait sécher également avant de nous la laisser dans une bassine dans l'appartement. Trop gentil. Merci pour l'accueil !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Managerin hat uns auf Nachfrage ein kreolisches Abendessen zubereitet. Das sollten Sie sich nicht entgehen lassen.
- FRANCISCO (9/5): - Room very clean and made up daily. Staff kind and helpful. AC worked very well, independent for each room and easy to adjust. A very solid 9. Some minor stuff. Microwave didnt work and they could not replace it, so we had to use the gas cooker for everything. Also the chairs for the kitchen bar were too high and eating on the bar was a bit weird.

- Martin (10/5): Very nice, clean and calm accommodation. Sunset spot! - Amazing 6days stay with my wife in Yasad residence at the beginning of May. We have booked three rooms apartment in the first floor. Huge, very well equipped including nice balcony. Yasad residence is very calm and quiet place. Perfect sunset spot. Mrs Nora is very nice, friendly and helpful person. She also helped us to rent a car at very last minute and it works very well. Are you interested in some tours (Couriouse, snorkeling St.Pierre etc. ) she can help as well. We have also appreciated everyday cleaning from her friendly and smiling staff. Then Nora prepared real Creole dinner for us our last night. And it was simply amazing - huge whole very tasty fish with rice, creole chutney, lentils and sauce. I still regret that we could not eat everything (huge fish portion) :-) . I really recommend this Yasad residence. Thanks for amazing stay.

- Lorenzo (10/5): Amazing place in a convenient quiet location (amazing sunset view)! - The position is perfect because just on the beach in the quietest part of the island. Fantastic sunset view! Assuming you have a car, you can go all around visiting Praslin amenities. Nora, is a fantastic host: beyond all the suggestions she gave, she organised even a super premium dinner for the seven of us. On top of it, given my wife forgot some clothes when we left, she sent the bag to La Digue before we came back to Mahe. That was an AMAZING service you cannot always expect apart from perfection in hotel management! Nothing, everything perfect.
- Martin (10/5): Excellent base - The owner is super service oriented and will fix everything for you. You will need a car, but it is a good base and the beach is good. There is no pool, but you do not need it, the beach is excellent. Very big family apartment with 3 bathrooms.
- Johan (8/5): - Trevligt ställe men man behöver ha bil. Finns en strand tvärs över gatan som är fin, dock går det inte att bada vid lågvatten. Men så är det nästan över hela ön. Välsigt trevligt att sitta på stranden i solnedgången.

- Camille (6/5): Mitigé - Le logement était propre et plutôt sympathique, par contre gros problème avec les portes pour ouvrir et fermer … nous avons été dans une petite maisonnette à l’entrée, aucune intimité les chaises et la table dehors sont à la vue de tout le monde.. Toujours avoir les rideaux de fermés. La manager était très sympa et le personnel aussi. Nous étions en bus et nous le referions pas si nous avions lu les avis avant, il n’y a rien à proximité et les bus passent toutes les 1/2h et ils s’arrêtent à 18h. Il faut absolument une voiture sinon vous serez bloqué tout le séjour. La petite plage en face était très sympa, mais pas pour se baigner avec les algues abondantes. Avis un petit peu mitigé pour cet hôtel

Nora cooked us a FANTASTIC dinner and we wished we had had her cook more. There is a beautiful (very expensive) restaurant across the street. The beach is just steps away for a night swim and sunset. 🌅

El desayuno muy abundante con fruta, yogures, huevos o tortillas, zumo, etc. Lo mejor de todas formas y por eso se merece un 10 es Nora, la manager, que nos ayudó muchísimo con una infección alimentaria de nuestra hija. Persona cercana y con valores, y preocupada para que tuviéramos una buena estancia.

- Tanya (8/5): Lovely apartment for a stay in Praslin - This property was in a good location, close to a small beach area to catch sunset, secure parking. Nora the host was really lovely and made sure we checked in ok and she had a cleaner daily. She gave us lots of recommendations and it was a great apartment for a few days stay! The air con didn’t work as well in the living room space (but worked well in the bedroom)

- Stefano (8/5): Tranquillo e funzionale - Appartamenti in zona tranquilla a poca distanza dall’aeroporto ed a 20 minuti dal porto. Appartamento ben tenuto con cucina ben attrezzata. Ottima la gestione da parte di Nora che, oltre a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie (spiagge, gite, …), volendo prepara anche la cena e la porta a casa: ottima qualità e prezzi decisamente contenuti.

Quiet location, but you definitely need a car, if you want to explore the island. Beautiful beach just across the street. Just heaven! And for very reasonable price!
- Myroslav (10/5): A hidden secluded gem. Absolutely want to come back. - It’s basically a hidden gem, if you are looking for a secluded place on Praslin (which is in our opinion the best balance compared to Mahe and La Digue). It does have an almost private beach 50 m away - a bit too shallow for real swimming, but awesome for a quick getting into water and relaxing on a sand in mornings and evenings. A proper beach, also practivally empty, is within walking distance - go left when you leave the appartment area. There are also two restaurants nearby: one fancy and expensive 3 min walking to the right; another one quite special but worth experimenting some 10 mins walk to the left. But what’s epecially recolmended - order some food from the hotel manager Nora. She’s great and very helpful in every aspect, and she can cook awesome dishes. In terms of delight-for-money, Nora’s dinners were probably the best among everything we’ve tried on the three islands (well, maybe except for the fresh carpaccio from tuna which I caught myself:) You’ll need a car to be getting around the island. Yasad has sufficient parking and is located reasonably convenient. The washing machine in our appartment was not operational, but hey. Nothing is perfect.

- Grit (8/5): Relaxing stay. - Lovely little house within a small residence. Comfortable and quiet with a lovely little beach just across the road. Not really for swimming though. The restaurant opposite is very good with great service and a wonderful view of the sunset. A little too isolated if you are not comfortable using a bus.

This place fit the bill perfectly, it across the street from a restaurant and the staff if amazing. Nora goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort while on Praslin. She knows everyone and has great suggestions for meals. The beach is secluded and a great place to watch the sunset. We rented a car while on the island and this place does provide a place to park, I would definitely stay here again.

- Lubos (9/5): Great appartments directly on beach - - daily cleaning provided, parking provided,beach towels provided - it is located by very quiet road , only few cars will pass per day - beach is some 20 m across the street (almost "private" beach for guest only ) ,although is not that much swim-able due to shallow water. Deeper water for swimming is approximately 250 meters down the road where few boats dock. - kitchen was well equipped - free wifi was ok for simple browsing and emails, but for video-calls it lacks stability - without car these apartments would be hard to reach ( no problem,if you are renting one )

She literally planned our trip with great advice and coordinating everything. some more thought of the small things that can help families to enjoy the plac. the absence of Shower gel and Shampoo, and some spices , cooking oil, and the such was a little annoying.

- Pierrette (10/5): Clean, quiet, beautiful - Quiet and beautiful location right in front of a very nice beach. The rooms are clean and well furnished, the housekeeping is very good. Nora, the manager is perfect when it comes to handle any issue that may arise and she she will give you the best tips about visiting Praslin and the other Islands. It was our second stay and we would definitely recommend.

- Aaron (8/5): schöne Unterkunft und nettes Personal - Schönes Studio, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett (konnte uns ohne Probleme ein Auto organisieren und ein Taxi für an den Hafen bestellen). Ausserdem wurde uns einmal spontan ein frühstück serviert, da unser Essen auf der Reise zum Appartement leider schlecht wurde. Pool oder Whirlpool gibt es auf der Anlage keinen (nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben).
