La chambre, impeccablement propre et décorée avec goût, offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour se détendre. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

• laura (2/5): Sucio y en mal estado - Puedo entender que se trataba de una habitación económica y básica: bien. Per en nuestro caso tengo que decir que nos dieron una habitación en muuuy mal estado. Zócalos rotos y levantados, una gran marca de quemadura en el suelo, la mampara sin acabar de coger a la pared; pero lo que más nos molestó es que había saplicaduras al lado de la pica que no se habían limpiado, la cortinilla de plástico también sucia, un pelo en la pica, la zona de lavado amarillenta y con manchas, mal olor en el baño y el filtro de encima de la ducha con polvo acumulado de años. La moqueta de la planta muy sucia y la recepción muy dejada, con camas apiladas al lado del ascensor. Es un sitio de trámite, de paso. Pero la falta de limpieza me parece bastante grave. Mucha dejadez.

They sat the room temperature to 22 degree C. However the room temperature was around 18-19 degree. If they don’t fix the situation, no way to stay there once again!

Refus d'une boisson gratuite annoncé à l'arrivée. La fille à l'accueil pas très aimable. Le pire hotel IBIS que jai fait en 4 ans. Je ne le recommande pas du tout. Jai les photos de la saleté de cet hotel que l'application refuse de prendre. ÉVIDEMMENT...

• Hannah (2/5): - I wouldn't stay here again. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Want credit card on arrival but no explanation why. Had to force it out of the staff. Its incase we break anything. But a simple explanation would of done. When got to room. The shower is in the middle of the room open, no privacy. Toilet is in what looks like the cupboard. door does not close and does not lock. Door will open on its own. Double bunk bed room. Top bunk not made. I was told the staff do not make the beds anymore when i went to complain. We have to do it. The stuff is on the bed to make it. So had to make our own bed. 3 plugs in the room one is coming away from the wall. Nowhere to put your stuff. Floor was dirty. Shower was mouldy and orange in all corners. Strong smell as entering the hotel. Cages of laundry in the reception all the time. Worse ibis I have been in. The good bits it's 10 mins walk from town. And 20 mins walk from train and bus station. Shower is powerful and hot.

• HGP (8/5): Prima prijs/kwaliteit voor een nachtje - Prima hotel voor een tussenstop op weg naar Spanje, de kamers zijn simpel maar schoon met goede bedden, en het ontbijt is niet echt uitgebreid maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, goede koffie, brood, croissantjes etc. Parkeergarage naast het hotel met gunstige tarieven, let echter op met een dakkoffer, de beperkte hoogte van de garage heeft heel wat krassen opgeleverd (Volvo XC40).

• Dominique (10/5): Excellent Budget Hotel - Really friendly greeting on arrival fron reception. The room we stayed in was a family room double with bunk over the top or seven year old loved the novelty of this. The room is small but has everything that was needed for our four night stay. Theres not a lot of privacy but that was on for us as we've been together for years and our daughter's young. We had no intention on spending a lot of time in the room and it was just a base for us to sleep and recharge between exploring the beautiful city and surrounding areas. The maids were excellent and kept the room clean and supplied with toilet roll and clean towels. Breakfast is simple but enjoyable we loved the fresh breads and condiments. My only suggestion would be it would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make coffee/tea whenever we would have liked one. This hotel is a budget hotel we expected simplicity and not extravagance. Fantastic base in the heart of the city and only a 10 minute walk to the Gare TGV where buses and trains are available for travelling to near areas. Highly recommend taking the number 3 bus to the Oniria Aquarium and the beach.

• Leon (2/5): A very poor experience - One of the worst hotel stays that I’ve ever had. The room itself is incredibly basic and has the feel of a hotel rather than a hotel. As it’s a cheap hotel, I could overlook that if it was the only issue. Sadly, the main issue was that I consistently could enter my room due to a faulty lock. The first night involved waiting for an hour and a half while the very concerned concierge failed to unlock the room, resulting in me not having access to my clothes, work equipment or wash kit for the night. I was finally given another room at 4.30am but was asked to be back up early to get my room back. When I requested a refund for that night, it was refused. I pushed this further and was told to email the manager. Weeks later and I’ve still not had a response. The same faulty door also wouldn’t open the following night and the same concierge had to break the lock open, asking me not to leave the room once I was in, as it would probably jam again. A truly awful hotel experience. This would be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the night concierge who did all he could to help.
• Claire (10/5): You know where you are with an Ibis - Check in was easy, I booked and then an hour later I was in my room. The location is very central, only 10 mins walk from the old town and next to bus links. My room was clean although a little shabby, marks on the floor and walls but nothing that bothered me. I had plenty space and the shower worked well too. Only a small thing but when I tried to buy something from the vending machines in reception they were not working.

• Bernard (2/5): - J'avais réservé une chambre avec un lit double, et j'ai eu une chambre avec un lit double et un lit superposé, pas de verre à dents, pas de place pour poser la valise lavabo dans la chambre. Le "buffet petit déjeuner" était pou le moins désuet et en tout cas ne correspond pas au prix demandé. Cela fait plus de 40 ans que je fréquente les Ibis, et c'est la première fois que je rencontre ces problème. Je m'en souviendrai à l'avenir.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Drunken saxons - Clean accommodation close to the centre. Warm welcome and educational synopsis of city history offered by receptionist. However, the stay was ruined by the presence of drunken English limeys who urinated outside the main door of the hotel without a care for anyone. The TV in the room didn't work and wasn't even connected! While this was an annoyance it was nothing compared to the Saxons in the hotel.
• Guillem (8/5): - Me gustó la habitación, pero no me gustó el baño , el cual está el lavabo y la ducha dentro de la propia habitación y luego el WC en una especie de cabina aparte. Me gusta todo el baño como dependencia aparte y en un cuarto.
• Sau Yi (10/5): Convenient location - Convenient location, with Carrefour 2 min walk away. 20 minutes walk from Perpignan train station and 5 minutes walk to the old town. Nice decor, clean and tidy. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Room size is small, but shower cabinet and toilet room are spacious. Good that the two are separated, and hand washing sink is outside, cause the room can accomodate up to three persons.

Obligation de fournir sa pièce d'identité (nous sommes français et sejournons dans un hôtel en France) en plus de l'empreinte de la carte bancaire à l'arrivée. Même pas un verre à dent. Machine à boissons indisponible.

• Pierre (10/5): Très bien. - Cet établissement est très bien à nombre de points de vue. Les dames de la réception sont chaleureuses et gentilles. Toutefois, puisque mon séjour en ce lieu était le dernier d’une série dans des hôtels de la chaîne Ibis Budget, j'ai pu comparer et ai constaté que l'organisation de l’espace de ma chambre était un peu moins adéquat. L’îlot central avec d'un côté le lavabo et de l'autre l'espace de travail est très restreint et trop près du lit, on a du mal à s'asseoir pour écrire. Par ailleurs, j’étais côté cour au 1er étage. Ma chambre donnait sur une sorte de balcon auquel on ne peut accéder mais qui sert d'assise pour les appareils de la clim. De toute évidence, on avait négligé son nettoyage puisque le sol était jonché de mégots de cigarettes jetés par les clients ayant fumé aux fenêtres, de slips et de chaussettes. Pas la meilleure vue.

We had a mix of single and twin rooms, the rooms are fine for singles but the ones who shared weren't over happy mainly due to having no personal space when coming out of the shower as the showers are in the room with just a screen round meaning there is nowhere to dry and dress in private, also no space for 2 people to be up and about doing things at the same time. The rooms comprise of a large and very comfortable double bed and a single bunk above it. My original room ahd a broken window blind and was changed to another which reeked of cig smoke, even after having all the windows open all day till i returned at night it still stunk, maybe i was unlucky and was placed in a 'smoking' room due to me being moved. The corridors and stairs also stunk of smoke and we're a bit tatty and dirty and the place could do with a bit of maintainence but it is after all a budget hotel. The breakfast buffet was good value for a rough morning after, at 6.60 the unlimited coffees were definitely welcoming, although there isn't too much choice there is enough to get your money's worth. The hotel itself is situated in the middle of the city centre and was ideally situated for the many bars and restaurants and attractions this lovely city has to offer. Would we stay again? probably but most would want a single room which puts the cost up to similar what we would have paid.
