• Sylviane (8/5): très bon accueil - super accueil, mais hôtel à déconseiller quand on est piéton, car l'accès est assez compliqué, notamment en venant de La Défense. petit déjeuner un peu trop glucides rapides, manque de protéines. service très agréable, en revanche.
• Hugues (6/5): Séjour mitigé - Séjour d'une nuit, pratique pour aller au palais des Congrès, parking souterrain payant (15 € la nuit). Chambre pour3 très basique, le lit du haut n'était même pas fait !! Dans le descriptif il était précisé "salle de bain privative" qui est en fait une douche style algecco, avec un lavabo dans la chambre même ( bouché et qui fuit). Attention : pas de seche cheveux . Pas bien isolé au niveau fenêtre. Point positif : le matelas du lit double, et le petit déjeuner. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. La vue sur la Seine est chouette.

• Marc (6/5): Déçu ! - Nous avons eu une première expérience positive avec IBIS Budget de Mont de Marsan ce qui nous a fait prendre a nouveau votre établissement à Paris la Défense. Nous avons pu juger la différence avec ces deux établissements sur : confort, services, silence ,petit déjeuner très moyen pour 20 euros ( 9,00 euros à mont de marsan ). Il est vrai que Paris bouge beaucoup mais quand même ! Aussi nous reconsidèrerons notre choix lors d'un prochain voyage et nous en sommes désolés pour vous . Cordialement

• adelag888 (4/5): AVOID AT ALL COST - Horrible. The rooms are not like in the picture. Avoid booking triple room at this hotel because you will feel like you are in prison. I booked seeing the pictures posted online and when I got there it was nothing like it. The room had no bathroom. There was a separate, shower, a separate toilet and the sink was placed INSIDE the room, next to bed. We paid at check-in for 4 night and after seeing the room I went back to the front desk to cancel the whole thing. They still charged for the first night which was not normal because they lied in the pictures, they gave us something else than what we booked for. We stayed the one night we paid for, but it was the worse. In the morning, starting at 7 am until about 9 when we left, approximately 5 persons entered the room without our permission, while we were there, dressing. How is that possible? PLEASE AVOID! We left running.

They knock on your door to clean your room even if you put the don’t not disturb hanger!! PARKING IS NOT FREE!!!! They charged me 10 euros a night!! So that’s full false advertising!! Wild!! Went to get a coffee from the machine!! It was open, so I asked if it was working!! And she said in a rude manner I’m cleaning it, so I waited for about 30mins and she started talking to friend! So I gave up and went out and got one!! Come back and it was still open!! Toilet a joke!! No seat made out of plastic!! It’s more a hostel/YMCA! I would stay evening if was free!! Anyway if you book. • charliesB7089XD (2/5): The room stinks of urine - The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The pictures do not reflect the room provided - The room stunk of urine and going to the toilet and having a shower was disgusting ( It smelled like people had been urinating on the floor in the shower and the toilet). The room is extremely dated - the picture make it look clean but in reality there's a textures wallpaper on which I think added to the smell). Also, there was bedding for the bunk bed but no duvet cover given for the double bed and it was all yellow in colour. Making things worse the toilet did not have a sink and it was located in the room at the furthest side which was not on the photos. It also meant you had to touch stuff without washing your hands, it was honestly horrific. The place was extremely dirty and smelled funny throughout. I would not recommend stating here. It also looks run down from the outside. It was so bad we almost paid for another hotel but decided to spend as much time out of the hotel as possible.

The cleaning people were always kind and nice but the gentleman on reception he wasn’t helpful at all. In my opinion Breakfast is better somewhere else for eight euros and it’s not worth it. After visiting places around and talk to other people, it was cheaper to stay closer to the Eiffel tower or air bnb.
• zaeemw (2/5): shockingly unprofessional behavior of the staff and the poor quality of the accommodations - I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, primarily due to the shockingly unprofessional behavior of the staff and the poor quality of the accommodations. I booked a room for two nights for two adults and a child through a third-party website. Unfortunately, the site only allowed me to book a twin room with an extra bed. When I called the hotel to request a double bed instead, I was met with a shockingly rude response from the lady on the other end. She bluntly told me that it was not possible and spoke in an extremely unpleasant manner. The situation only got worse upon checkout. The lady at the reception was casually chatting with her colleague at the bar and decided to completely ignore me. I had to interrupt their conversation to inform her that I wanted to check out, which she clearly did not appreciate. She rudely took my room key without even a hint of a "thank you" or any acknowledgment that I had chosen to stay at their hotel. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the staff left me feeling completely disrespected. The room itself was far from comfortable. It was so small that there was barely enough space to walk around. To make matters worse, the towels in the bathroom were stained, adding to the overall unpleasantness. The location of the hotel was another downside—being a 25-minute walk to the nearest metro station is incredibly inconvenient, especially when traveling with a 6-year-old child. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The combination of the rude, unprofessional staff and the subpar room conditions made for an extremely disappointing stay. I am absolutely gutted by the way I was treated, and I would never stay at this hotel again. Avoid it if you value good service and a pleasant stay.

• pintoejd (6/5): Ibis budget quality. Great location and easy parking. Showers need improvement. - Ibis budget confort so I was not expecting a five star hotel. However many details in the room to improve. In the shower there was some rust, which make look the room really bad. Cleaning service was very good, so well done. Reception medium. We wanted to get a plastic spoon and it was not possible even to get someone to talk to. The location is very good and we used to go to some Olympic venues, which were far but still very practical. Parking was extremely good. You can get delivery very easy and there are table were you can eat.

• K. Denise (4/5): - I knew this was going to be a budget rental. And I knew there was no AC. But there is ABSOLUTELY NO air circulation in these rooms. It was stifling to sleep even with the window open all night. We had a plumbing issue the second night of our stay and they were able to get us another room but made us move everything out into the hall and made us bring the card back for that one to give us the key card for the second one. This was ridiculous in my opinion. They didn’t even have proper equipment to fix the plumbing issue at hand. The towels that were provided were like paper towels, there were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. And the door of the. Athroom wouldn’t close all the way so you had to hold it with your hand while using the toilet. I would not rent at this place again.

• CIO-Inverted (6/5): Budget hotel indeed - There are 3 ibis hotels in close proximity and confusion over which is which is where we got started. We were 3 of us (couple + young adult) and had a room with a bunk bed. So far so good. Bumped my head multiple times with a bang on the bunk bed while trying to get up from the primary bed. Despite being careful, this made us reverse our sleeping position to head on the other side of the bed. Room was functional and nothing to write home about, but that's what you get on a budget.

• Benaisha (6/5): - Further from metro lines to get to city center. Walls were very thin and kids were running and screaming down the halls. Bathrooms in the room were not ideal. No toilet seat in the toilets. Room was spacious for the price. Breakfast was great most days but one day nothing was refilled, croissants were stale, no juice or water so the inconsistency was odd. My room had a view of the Seine and a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower which was cool.
• Charlie (10/5): - Good hotel which is very clean and quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quite a long walk to the Metro so difficult to get around all of Paris.
• RICHARD (8/5): Budget but fine - Does what is says on the tin - rooms are on the small side and storage for clothes is limited but it is great value, breakfast is fine (no meats but… fine for €7.50) 15 min walk from La Defense (red line 1) so you can be at the Arc in maybe 30 / 40 mins depending on how you walk. A decent pizza / Italian restaurant - Mamma Mia - maybe 10 mins walk away and a small supermarket on the road to the rear. Asked if taxis were plentiful and was told they were so when we returned from a morning out to head to the airport there were… none. As I say, cheap cheerful - it is a “budget” after all. Would we stay again - quite possibly but you may prefer the hustle and bustle of the centre. A visit tip from us - Montmartre - great cafes and people watching!

• hells_belles37 (8/5): A Comfortable Stay - For a budget hotel, this exceeded my expectations. It's in a nice and quiet area, which meant we slept very well. It's 20 minute walk to the metro line 1, which goes to the centre of Paris in under 30 minutes. Our room was fairly spacious, and the bed pretty comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. We didn't have the breakfast, and there was no coffee and tea in the room, but there were vending machines in the foyer and supermarkets nearby. Overall, good value for money, and one of the better hotels I've stayed in for the price.

• sheraz (4/5): - There was no air conditioning in the room. When you open the windows, you would feel like sleeping on the roadside, due to the noise from the cars. The bathroom was a pre-fabricated container type attached bathroom. it felts as if I was camping somewhere. When i went for a shower, the bottle for body/hand/hair wash was empty. The water from the shower spread out in the entire washroom due to poor slope. I had to use a wiper to force the water to drain. overall pathetic experience. Not worth the amount spent.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - it was a great 2 stays that i spend in this hotel,the first was 3 nights ,and then 4 nights within 20 days, the reception personel was so helpful especially Mr. Noureddine who helped me alot ,also i dont forget the nice Madame who i saw her in reception on checkin first night, i didnt remember her name ,thank you all the property was so clean ,i allowed to choose my room which had a view on river Siene and Effil tower its prices was reasnoble , i will repeat stay again ,its a good value for money RAED ALTAMEEMI
• Avinash (8/5): Nice - It was nice experience staying in Ibis. This option made our commute so flexible. The nice view of Eiffel tower is a Plus and the location is very calm and beautiful. The Bus stops are also near by. I would say i enjoyed it. Check-In and Check-Outs are also flexible.

• SK5IndBel (8/5): C'est bon! - Good option for tourists or professionals who would be on short stay and are with limited budget. Rooms are super clean and safety is guaranteed with code-locking system. Aptly located by the River Seine. Will visit it again in the future.
• Jaymar (10/5): Forced to pay for an extra room - We could have stayed 4 people in one bedroom. Instead they forced us to pay for1another room. Rooms are very clean. Towels are too thin. Need to improve them. No plates for breakfast nor card boards. Had to use napkins to place our bread. Hot chocolate is really good. Nice neighborhood
