• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - Le pire des hotels y compris F1 où nous avons séjourné. Des blattes dans notre literie. Alors même si une solution a été trouvé rapidement, nous n'avons pas été serein lors de ce séjour. La plupart du personnel est désagréable. Le seul point positif est le petit-déjeuner qui est très correct pour le prix.

Il z gallu que je sorte leur parler à 3h du matin pour qu’ils arretent de hurler. A FUIR !! MEME SI C’EST DE PASSAGE, A ÉVITER.

• Robin (6/5): U ger what you pay for - decent stay - Toy get what you pay for, nothing more, nothing less. We stayed for 1 night during transit and actually slept better than we rhougjt when we arrived to the room. It feels similar to a prion cell, you enter the room by a 6 digit code and the room is basically just a bed and a sink. Toilet and shower is in separate capsules in the corridor to share with the other guests. But the bed was actually quite comfortable, pillow was not the best, but easy to check in and friendly staff! - suitable for a budget night but nothing o would like to stay in fro multiple nights.

Leur gars de respecter les non fumeur et de pas jeter leur cacahuètes qu'ils mangent dehors comme des cochons ça s'appelle les respect et donc par respect pour ses personnes qui font le ménage et qui le font bien. Emplacement top ont peut tous faire a pied très pratique plage manger balader à la marina au parc ou quelque magasins👍

Il y avait une tres mauvaise odeur dans led sanitaires et il ny avait plus de savon pour les mains au niveau du lavabo des wc . Par contre la personne a laccueil etait tres sympathique

• Cyndi (8/5): Parfait pour un séjour budget friendly - Parfait pour notre séjour de 3 jours dans le sud. La chambre était petite mais c’est tout ce dont on avait besoin pour se doucher et dormir. Il y a des super marchés pas loin, une boulangerie, des arrêts de bus et la gare.
• Danielle (6/5): - On the first night our code was not working and we were told to just not leave the room that night until they could fix it the next morning.. In the morning the staff showed us the code does work but you cannot use the door handle to open, only push on the door after the code. The wifi did not work in our room either which was inconvenient while we had to stay in our room to prevent being locked out. The pillows are not good and there is no hand sanitizer or soap in the washrooms. However, there is a sink in the room which was nice. Overall the property was clean, and has a coffee machine in the lobby which is nice.

• Christina (8/5): - It is very close to the train and also a lovely beach. It is about 3 blocks from both. There are a couple of fabulous places to eat between the 2. Highly recommend Paul's for a sandwich or pastry. And for the best burger I've ever eaten...Steak and Shake. It also has amazing desserts! F1 was a restful sleep and nice place to stay.

Certaines personnes ne respectent pas l’obligation de ne pas fumer dans leur chambre. Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité. Le sol pour aller de la chambre à la douche était extrêmement sale. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Les départs d'autres clients étaient bruyants à leurs départs tôt le matin. La literie était confortable. La propreté de la chambre était passable, les escaliers et les communs: sales et tables non nettoyées après chaque client au petit-déjeuner, dommage ! Pour le service et les produits des petit-déjeuners étaient corrects. Cordialement

External showers had a 10 second time you had to push to get continuous water - to even change temperature from cold to hot or vice versa required Herculean strength and grip. External toilets had no santizer fluid in cannister nor had a sink to wash one's hand or a toilet wand to cleans one's affected areas. If you flush more than 3 times, no more flushes allowed. You can patrons in the hallway walking and talking so no privacy or peace of mind. Bedroom sink had no handsoap or wash towel. Towels all chargeable not included in price eventhough advertised as included.

J'ai appelé le réceptionniste et il était d'accord pour me faire remplir un formulaire de remboursement. Le lendemain, j'ai retourné à l'établissement et la directrice m'a promi de me faire rembourser. Jusqu'à maintenant le remboursement n'est pas encore fait.

The shared bathrooms are not clean and smell nasty, it’s basically an outhouse in a hallway. Also wifi and service does not work at all 👍
• Ivy (2/5): - I was very appalled when I came to this hotel. I think it should be called a hostel rather than a hotel. It was in an area where I felt unsafe as well as the fact the floor that my room was in had a back door that remained opened to a fire escape allowing random people to come into the hotel from the street this made me feel very unsafe. On top of that the room I was given was filled with black mould stains on the bed sheets and pubic hair which made me believe it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. When communicating this to staff I was offered that the room could be cleaned again, however I felt specific things could not be overlooked by cleaning the room again and so I had to find accommodation elsewhere which caused me to incur more charges on this trip. I would also wish that the fact that the bathrooms and showers are communal should be highlighted more by Expedia. I also don’t think Expedia should be advertising an unsafe and unclean hotel as this putting their customers in danger.

J'ai demandé ce que c'était et on m'a répondu que c'était l'odeur de la nourriture. Mais ce n'est pas vrai car l'odeur de la nourriture est familière. C'était une odeur de poison pour insectes. Tout l'hôtel était saturé de cette odeur. Chambres très petites. J'ai réservé l'hôtel pour 2 nuits. Changement de trois chambres en une journée car il y avait des cafards dans la première chambre. Nous en avons compté 6 lors de notre arrivée. Sur les murs, sur le sol et dans le lavabo. Également au rez-de-chaussée, près du lavabo. Le personnel était sympathique. Nous avons changé de chambre sans nous plaindre. La première chambre avait des cafards, ils l'ont changée immédiatement. La deuxième chambre avait une très forte odeur de poison pour insectes. Je me suis réveillé le matin et j'avais mal à la gorge, j'avais mal à la gorge. Après l'avoir signalé, le membre du personnel a de nouveau changé la chambre. La troisième chambre était bien meilleure. Il n'y avait pas de cafards, l'odeur était faible. Les chambres et les parties communes ont été nettoyées quotidiennement et avec une grande qualité. Je vous en remercie. Mais cela a été fait avec un peu d'alchimie. Ce que nous n'avons pas aimé non plus, c'est l'absence de bouilloire électrique pour que les gens puissent se faire le café qu'ils aiment. De même, il ne serait pas superflu de faire une mini cuisi

• Nadije (2/5): schrecklich - Das Zimmer ist viel zu klein, keine Ablage Fläche für die Kleider,( die Kleider liegen im Koffer, obwohl es kaum platz hat), es hat keine Duschtücher oder Handtücher, die Matratze ist viel zu hart und es befinden sich fremde haare darauf und es ist un sauber ( fremde Haare und Kies vom Meer gab es reichlich am Boden.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Personnel en réception accueillant et souriant, à l'écoute. Parking fermé appréciable. Environnement moche. Ai testé la nouvelle formule "chambre avec douche et toilettes" (jamais allée dans un F1 avant, car n'apprécie pas les douches/toilettes communes) : la pièce est minuscule de chez minuscule, mais cabine de douche et literie m'ont convenues. Néanmoins, je ne testerai pas une 2ème fois.

• Priscila (4/5): Bad choice - Hotel in a somewhat strange, dark area, the hotel was not clean, bathrooms outside the room, free outside shower and 2 euros for a towel... Extremely noisy guests. Not to mention the room smelled a lot of cigarettes! I do not recommend
• Marialisa (2/5): Loculo - Esperienza pessima, livello di sicurezza, servizi e pulizia scarsi. Camera piccolissima priva degli spazi vitali. Abbiamo fatto una doccia per necessità e siamo scappati.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - La stanza era incredibilmente piccola - direi claustrofobica - e c'era un odore sgradevole come se ci avessero fumato dentro. Alle 5 del mattino, ora in cui cominciano a preparare la colazione, delle voci nel corridoio ci hanno svegliato - sono andati avanti per una mezzo'ora a parlare ad alta voce. Bagni senza suddivisione tra uomini e donne, che danno direttamente sul corridoio di passaggio. Colazione in cui l'unica cosa fresca era del pane. Non ci tornerei.
• Alexander (8/5): Nöjd! - Jag tycker hotellet var bra! Rummet var ganska litet, men tillräckligt. AC. Ingen egen toalett eller dusch, men fräscha delade toaletter och duschar med tvål i duschen. Området är ganska tråkigt och en bra bit från det mesta, så hyra ett fortskaffningsmedel är att föredra för att utforska cote d’azur! Frukosten är inte mycket att hänga i granen för 50 spänn. Rostmackor och flingor typ.

• Bold (2/5): SCAM on money, we got robbed - Lets start with: SCAM, how they ROBBED us .. we were about to arrive at the airport at 3 am, on web we read that taxi should be boooked in advance since in the night there is low to none availability. To secure the trip and to be sure that our car arrives as promised, we decided to order not by ourselves but thru reception. The girl on reception first replied with “i dont know the number for taxi” and then “oh no wait i have a friend ill call her and ask her for a taxi” the girl at the reception then confirmed that the taxi will pick us up. An average car pulls up at night, not a taxi at all, not even uber, no license no uber app, no navigation. We asked about the price, driver said something between 17 and 70 i asked again with the highlight sevenTEEn, or sevenTY, almost spelled it by letters, he then replied 17, clearly , i then added “oh, sevenTEEn ?! Okay then” Uber costs from our place to airport around 20-30 and basic taxis were 30-40 Since it obviously looked like the fboy of the girl from the reception was no taxi no uber we decided that maybe he just wanna earn extra cash and working as “driver” after the “real job” Got to the airport he says that it is 70!!! Im trying to explain that those are not the prices , we checked online on cab and uber and prices were 20-40 I said to him i asked the price before we went and he said 17 and when i asked “17?” He relied yes. Then suddenly at the airport its “give me more money im not leaving” we were dealing for like 10 mins He said he is no uber and no taxi my question was “why are you here then, we ordered a TAXI” should have called the police but gave him money instead for him to just leave since he became annoying .... apart from that when we first arrived at the reception there were none to meet us , waited for like 10 min at 2pm!!! Then came “receptionist”who did not speak english, not at all!!! None of the stuff spoke proper or at least good english, i would rate their knowledge 2/10, .... there were a fire alarm one evening so we left the rooms and waited outside , the reception guy did not say a thing did not ask people to leave the kitchen, other rooms, he was just on the phone, and again he did not speak english , he did not do anything for the guests safety, he was “rescuing” himself ... the other day all the electricity went down, it was around 11am we were about to go for a walk/beach but our phones were not charging, no-one said nothing at the reception, not even why and when it will be back .... location is quite stupid, village with almost no shops around, and...well you will see ot yourself.. or will not , just the surroundings sucks.. old wild west Once one bus is going that direction And the bus from the airport to there costs 12-15 euro p/p for 10 mins only , even less .... rooms are not spacious and windows are tiny, clean rooms, bedsheets, toilets, showers, but not a big deal Just the cleanliness was the only plus ... how can a person on reception not know the number for the taxi, she said “sorry” cant you just google it? Like, staff was disgusting , girls next doors, nothing to do with hotel industry, hospitality, and customer service. Brought us her F(riend)boy on car and said “the TAXI will be here” wanted to carge us double as taxi not even being a taxi , 70 euro ride when we were on a budget in the CHITTY hostel for 170 euros for 3pers for 3 nights!!! Its like the half pf our stay for 10 min ride!!!! Where is the logic??? Where are the braincells?? Such a scam such a shame , you are a hotel staff you are about to do GOOD for the guests, wish u all the best; beach.
