Avant la réservation (même si c'était noté sur le site de réservation, que le règlement sera effectué sur place) j'ai demandé au numéro 0 891 70 54 01 si je peux régler sur place par chèques vacances; On ma répondu OUI. Mais en arrivant sur place j'ai découvert que le règlement est déjà prélevé sur mon compte. Le même jour, j'ai écrit à vous, mais jusque là aucune réponse. Si vous annuler le règlement, je suis toujours prêt à envoyer mes chèques à l'hôtel tout de suite. Deuxième déception, c'est malgré qu'on m'a été prélevé la somme de 188,44€, on m'a attribué la chambre sans la salle de bain. A ma question le réceptionniste de ce soir (le 11/07/2025), m'a changé la chambre pour une somme de 10,00€, mais les factures de 188,44€ il a laissé intactes. Troisième déception, sur la facture de petit déjeuner, c'estait indiqué les 11, 12 et 13 juillet. A ma question pourquoi pas 12, 13 et 14 juillet à lesquels je vais prendre les petits déjeuners, le même réceptionniste m'a dit que ce sont les nuitées. Mais la réceptionniste de ce matin m'a dit que n'ai pas le petit déjeuner. Seulement après avoir vu mes factures et avoir entendue mes explications, elle m'a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner. Ce n'est pas une grande chose, mais, acceptez, ça gâche quand même l'impression. Et la quatrième déception. Le lendemain de mon arrivée, le 12/07, j'ai demandé le réceptionniste de déboucher la canalisation de la douche. Finalement, je l'ai fait moi-même en demandant les gants de c

Hauptsächlich habe ich die Oberfläche des Bettrahmens (MDF Platte) gefühlt. Duschrn waren bis ca. 1,50m gesäubert (mit einem Wasserstrahl abgestühlt, nehr nicht) Alles darüber was verschimmelt. The toilets shared by the entire floor did not have a sink, soap, or water to wash your hands. Also, there were no trash cans in the toilet rooms so women who have that time of the month have to grab their items and leave the bathroom with them in their hands - incredibly unhygienic and undignified.

• Michael (2/5): - Das ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Absteige. Zimmer nicht wie abgebildet, klein, stinkend, wie das ganze Gebäude. Duschen/WC als Container auf dem Flur. Als ich umbuchte um eine Dusche (seit Jahren wohl nicht gereinigt) auf dem Zimmer zu haben, musste ich 35 Euro zuzahlen. Keine Klima. Nachts war das Zimmer so heiss, das ich eine Erkältung bekam, weil wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen mussten. Sind dann am nächsten Morgen übernächtigt vorzeitig "geflüchtet". Das EXPEDIA sowas anbietet ist schon peinlich für Expedia. Dieses sollte ein WE zum Hochzeitstag sein und war nur zum Schlafen gedacht, weil wir am Tage verschiedene Orte besuchen wollten. Es war aver ein totales Fiasko. Werde Expedia kontaktieren, damit ich mein Geld wieder bekomme. Echt eine Frechheit, sowas anzubieten

• Sophia (8/5): - Positives: The bed was comfortable, it was nice having a sink in the room, the hotel was right next to a tram station which as well as a Carrefour (super convenient!) and I liked the keypad lock system because it meant that I didn't have to bring a key or access card around with me. Additionally, both my room and the communal bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Negatives: I wish there were more options for breakfast, I found the lighting in my room to be quiet dim, and there was no air conditioner so prepare to boil. Overall, I found the hotel to have great value for the price.

• Virginia L (6/5): Não ficaria numa estadia mais longa - Cheguei a noite e saí cedo então foi realmente só para dormir e tomar um banho. Realmente é super apertado, mas mal abri a mala. A cama é mais dura e eu adoro. Mas as 10h bateram na porta para desocuparmos o quarto, sendo que o check-out era ao meio-dia. Eu estava dormindo e achei muita falta de educação. Silencioso. Banho bom, mas a toalha era sofrível. Estacionamento gratuito.

Wir konnten also unsere Wäsche gar nicht ausräumen. Von ca. 20 Parkplätzen waren bis auf 5 alle gesperrt (laut Schildern für den ganzen Mai). Nur französische TV-Sender. War ok, aber noch einmal würden wir nicht buchen.

Das Fenster ist mit Brettern vernagelt. Heizung aus. Es war sehr kalt. Der Kleiderschrank ist nicht vorhanden. Meine Klamotten und meine Tasche lagen neben mir im Bett. Das Foto auf Ihrer Seite ist so ein schönes Hotel, aber es ist alles falsch! Und Frühstück für 5 Euro ist ein Hohn!

Após chegar no hotel e perceber, fui logo olhar minha reserva e realmente havia a informação mas no final da reserva, clicando em outra página. Fiquei bem surpreso e decepcionado. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, mas ao menos era limpo. Os banheiros não eram muito limpos. No café haviam poucas opções e optamos por comer em outro lugar, ao invés de pagar pelo café do hotel.

It is a bit far from the city and the tram workers happened to strike while were were there which meant expensive Uber rides from city centre back (but not the hotels fault just something to keep in mind). Pros: Very good value. If you are truly just looking for a comfortable private bed this is a great option. I personally like the way the hotel was designed and the whole travel motif was pretty cool. The whole “hostel concept” but as a hotel really works for budget travellers but they definitely have a few kinks to work out.
• Neil (8/5): Surprising Upgrade To The F1 Chain Of Hotels - We decided to visit Strasbourg's historic center, and found the F1 to be on the periphery of the city. We had a car, so staying EXACTLY in the middle of town was NOT important; within 5 minutes or so from the F1, we were parked and within easy walking distance of the Cathedral. We have traveled extensively throughout France, and have stayed at dozens of F1s; they are simple, convenient, and inexpensive, while allowing a comfortable (and, generally, quiet) good night's rest. The F1 in Strasbourg was DEFINITELY quiet, and included an en suite bathroom, which is DEFINITELY NOT typical of the F1 chain of hotels. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the parking was convenient, and the Wi-Fi was good.
