• Nadine (8/5): - Vom Hotel ist man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof, von wo aus man in einer halben Stunde im Pariser Zentrum ist. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. In direkt Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein Lidl. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

• IMRAN (6/5): - I liked the bed as it was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the family room was exceptionally small and the toilet was in unacceptable condition. It was the worst experience ever in this hotel. The shower drainage was blocked so changed the room and then the toilet flush did not work in the second room. No tea/ coffee facility in the room and breakfast items were very limited than a continental breakfast.

• Bekhada (4/5): À éviter - Très déçu de cet hôtel qui est en plein travaux!!! Les chambres sont non fumeurs mais sentent la cigarette… un établissement plus que moyen que je ne conseille pas. La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule et le parking est constamment même le soir. Très déçu car j’ai déjà séjourner dans ibis budget et c’était beaucoup mieux que ça!!!

No había jabón ni champú. Hay personal que no saben hablar en inglés y muchos de ellos no tienen el mejor trato al cliente. La entrada al hotel a la noche es oscura y no se ve nada si vas caminando.

• Maria Fatima (2/5): Horrible! - Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel très tard et pour arriver à notre chambre, on a dû passer par divers o jets qui étaient sur notre chemin, bruit durant la nuit. Les photos de la chambre n’ont rien à voir avec la chambre que l’on nous a donnée. J’ai payer pour le petit déjeuner pour deux et qui allait jusqu’à 10:30, on est arrivés à 10 heures et il n’y avait plus de petit déjeuner. On a demandé un petit déjeuner et on nous a amener un café horrible en pot de papier et un biscuit de paquet!!!!! Nous voulons un remboursement! Et plus, on fera une réclamation à l’organisation hôtelière.

But the hotel manager was very kind and gave me a room while the staff fixes the issue. I had a nice rest. The place is okay if you simply need somewhere to stay. The shower was small and had not glass door or shower curtain so the bathroom would get very wet each time. The breakfast was simple but good. There was unfortunately a lot of flies. Aside from that its very far from the center of Paris. I would recommend an ibis closer to downtown. All in all I enjoyed my stay

• Luqmaan (2/5): The Worst Hotel - This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at! The beds were tiny and not comfortable at all, the cushions might as well have not been there as they were so thin and the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and had mould on it! We stayed here 3 nights and not once did the room get cleaned by the staff and the bathroom in a caravan is a lot better than this, very very disappointed. Pay the extra money and stay at a different hotel, I promise this will be the worst decision you make if you stay here. Appalling!

J'aurais mieux fait de payer 20 euros de plus ailleurs !

Rang hotels.com and they were even less helpful. Still awaiting refund!

• Anoo (2/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! - I booked a 2 night stay in August 2018 through ebookers which was all paid for until I got to the hotel where the member of staff tried to make me pay for the whole booking. I knew that I already paid ebookers however he tried to say that I only made a reservation and that it needed to be paid now. After sometime looking through his systems and after showing our bank statement he then said he was looking at the wrong page. I got the impression that he was trying to make me pay again. We got to the room on the 2nd floor room 227 and it was absolutely filthy. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. However stayed in Ibis Budget hotels before in the UK where rooms are clean this was the complete opposite. The floor, walls and ceiling was stained with blood splattered from dead mosquitos. I was lucky that we took our electrical mosquito swatter which we used to get rid of at least 10 mosquitos. They did not bother to clean the room, the floor behind the bed was in need of a vacuum. The room was extremely hot and had no AC or fan and we couldn't open the window to ensure we do not add to the mosquito infestation. This hotel is extremely terrible and I would advise to avoid at all costs. It was so bad we did not return to stay on our 2nd night!!! The only positive was the free parking.

• Ant (2/5): Terrible hotel - Awful hotel, I arrived for my 1st night of a 3 night stay walked into the room to find what I can only describe as disgusting mess, jokes in sheets, stains, rotten food on the side, what looks like human waste on the walls, the list gos on. Walked straight out and ended up having to pay a fortune for another hotel for the 3 nights as we had nowhere to stay and there was no chance we was going to start our honeymoon sleeping in such awful conditions.
• Tess (4/5): It's not good - Pro: cheap room, right next to a grocery store, ~10-15 min walk to the train station, the WiFi is good, you can get a very nice breeze coming in through the window, it's also a quite location. Con: the bathroom smells like urine, and there were ticks in the bed, I got bitten 4-5 times. Tip: there's only one plug next to the sink in the entire room, so bring a 2-3 extension cord.

I was able to check in a little early, which was nice.Clean, but worn, and considering the price point and prices in the area, it's still a good value. There were 2 things I was not pleased with: 1 THERE IS NO AC & 2 THE ROOM WAS DEFINITELY SMOKED IN and reeked of smoke with cigarette burns on the floor. I don't liked cigarette smoke. I specifically picked the location instead of another because it listed air conditioning on Expedia. There is an ac, but it doesn't work. They have a sign in front that says no ac. It was HOT! I knew it was going to be hot, that's why I wanted ac. I managed to make it by taking cold showers before bed and sleeping with no clothes. Housekeeping was helpful There is a grocery store behind the property and an Italian restaurant (pretty good) in front. Besides that, there is nothing to walk to. It's an industrial/commercial area. The bus stop is close and will get you whether you want- otherwise, you'll need a car. The city is about an hour bus/train ride.

• Verified traveler (2/5): very bad experiance - The room and toliet have bad smell, special the toliet. Quality are totally different compare the other Ibis I'm stay.Decoration are very old.
