• Valentine (8/5): Convient a sa gamme F1 ! - Accueil par une dame tres gentille, la securité est presente a l'accueil pour les nuits. Les chambres sont correct avec plusieurs douches et WC a coté. Le menage est fait tres fréquemment. Cependant les douches restent limite... Je trouve quil correspond tres bien a la gamme quil propose !

Juste dommage de faire payer pour avoir de l'eau bouillante, sachant que cela ne coûte rien a l'hôtel, vue que l'hôtel de ma famille a le même. À part cela, le personnel gentil est poli, très compréhensible également. Je recommande cet hôtel.

At night the walk might be difficult for some people. ‘Cabrio’ room has a very small bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. No shower mat, bath towels are very small, difficult to dry them.

• Wolfgang (4/5): Sehr kleine Zimmer mit nettem Service. - Ich überlasse den Lesern einmal das Urteil. Das französische Bett war maximal 1,50 x 2,00 Meter, links daneben 15 cm, rechts daneben 25 cm. Am Fußende 40-50 cm. Der Vorraum ca. 1,50 x 1,20 Meter. Also insgesamt ca. 7 qm. Badezimmer (wir hatten die Cabrio- Ausführung) ca. 1,20 x 1,20 Meter, das Fenster zur Straße ca. 1,00 x 1,00 Meter. Ich habe bisher nicht gewusst, dass es so kleine Zimmer gibt. Der Service hingegen war gut, das Personal sehr nett, Frühstück sehr einfach aber okay. Positiv auch, dass es Ladesäulen (wir waren mit E-Auto da) gibt. Mein Fazit ist somit durchwachsen. Daher leider nur zwei Sterne, aber bitte selbst urteilen.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Une seule petite serviette pour 4 jours (heureusement que j'avais prévu deux serviettes personnelles), pas de femmes de ménage durant tout mon séjour, une chambre exiguë (juste 4 murs et un lit au milieu) sans petit coin bureau donc sans table. L'hébergement et les équipements réservés ne sont pas ceux qu'on m'a présentés à mon arrivée à l'accueil. Même mon site de réservation n'était pas le bon, à savoir que j'ai effectué ma réservation depuis Hotels.com et à l'accueil on m'a sorti "Expedia.com". On m'a fait payé 40€ de frais supplémentaires, etc...

La chambre très propre et les parties communes l'étaient aussi :). Pour un passage éclair d'une nuit sur Lyon, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir :) Le métro est à 5 minutes à pied c'est parfait. • Éric (6/5): Pas sûr de revenir - Tout d’abord, l’accueil fut sommaire, mais agréable Dans la chambre comme il était prévu pendant la réservation, je n’ai pas trouvé de serviette il a fallu que j’en achète à la réception J’ai demandé également à la personne s’il était possible de changer de chambre pour avoir les commodités directement dans celle-ci. Il m’a précisé que c’était impossible, sachant que sur le site il y avait encore des chambres de disponible. Le petit déjeuner sur le site Internet de Formule 1 était prévu à un prix raisonable a été payé le double Le buffet petit déjeuner n’a que le nom de buffet car juste du pain et du pain de mie. Pas de viennoiseries. Pas de spécialité lyonnaise un peu déçu surtout pour six euros. Le personnel est quand même serviable et disponible

• Cassandre (10/5): Très satisfaisant - Je suis très satisfait de mon expérience dans cet hôtel, je l’ai trouvé très propre pour un F1, la réception est ouverte 24h/24 et la nuit un réceptionniste est chargé d’ouvrir la porte d’accès à l’hôtel. Chaque personne qui accède à l’hôtel doit présenter sa pièce d’identité. Seul petit bémol, il n’y avait pas de serviette disponible en vente et le distributeur de boissons / snack ne fonctionnait pas. Merci à la réceptionniste du 29/12 le soir qui était très sympathique !

• Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible experience - Stay was terrible. No soap in the bathroom, no extra towels and the bed was uncomfortable. Staff was rude and very uncooperative, the room is very small and it falls way below the standard expectation of even a 1 star hotel.

• Davide (8/5): - Nel complesso ottima struttura, bagno e doccia separate ma tutto pulito, comodo anche un piccolo lavandino in camera, ottimo anche il costo della colazione( a pagamento) e a mio avviso perfetto è sto avere il parcheggio gratuito. Solo un appunto, fare lavare i split dei condizionatori, davvero molto sporchi, la stanza comunque molto grande con ampi spazi, letto e cuscino comodi.

• Tim (6/5): - Het is geen hotel om de hele dag in te verblijven, maar als je naar Lyon gaat om de stad te bezoeken is dit een prima goedkope optie. Het bed was prima en de badkamer was schoon. Wij hadden wel een kamer met privé badkamer. Verder is het trein- en metrostation dichtbij en is er een goede verbinding naar de stad.

Le chauffage est non fonctionnel il faut juste le nettoyer car oui ça demande de l’entretient aussi . Bref le manque de confort m’a énormément frustré pour le prix que j’ai payé. Même les auberges de jeunesses sont nettement mieux

• iaviline (2/5): Très mauvaise nuit dans le F1 de Oullins - Je suis venue pour 3 nuits avec mon fils,la première nuit le voisin de chambre met sa sono a fond à minuit sans que personne ne proteste.On a frappé au mur en vain .le réceptionniste est intervenu à notre demande,a peine celui-ci parti , l'individu a menace devant notre porte en nous insultant et en hurlant .A nouveau intervention du réceptionniste.Nous sommes partis le matin même n'ayant pu dormir de toute la nuit. C'est le séjour le plus horrible que j'ai fait dans un hôtel.

I report a bad experience with one person at the reception, as this person was stubborn to just speak French. No effort to speak in English. If the issue was that the person doesn't speak English, maybe the reception is not the best place to be working.

• Santiago (8/5): - Exactly as described! Everything was really clean and the room was comfortable. Showers and washrooms are shared but kept really clean at all times. Transport is limited at nights and it's a bit far from the more toursit areas. Overall definitely worth it and good value.

Rooms neat and tidy and shared showers worked well. Enjoyed a filling and very cheap petit dejeuner (3.50 euros). They also looked after my luggage while I waited for room to be ready.

After she understood that I had paid, still had to wait for her boss to come and confirm. The internet is/was not working. I was traveling with international phone without data, relying on WiFi. May be the reception computer did not have internet and could not see that I had paid? The room was clean. And had an extra bed ontop which is good for a family, though I was traveling alone
