Los recepcionistas algunos muy irrespetuosos . Se enojan y te tratan mal sino sabes hablar inglés o francés. No todos. Deberían contratar gente más respetuosa y que no discriminen a los clientes.

• ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ (6/5): Μετρια - Ειχαμε κλεισει δωματιο για 4 ατομα.Ο καναπες-κρεβατι δεν ειχε ετοιμαστει για να κοιμηθουν τα παιδια και ψαχναμε 12 το βραδυ που γυρισαμε κουρασμενοι πως ανοιγει ο καναπες και στρωσαμε τα σεντονια εμεις. Μας αφηναν 3 πετσετες μπανιου αντι για 4 που ειμασταν και δεν ειχε καθολου πετσετα προσωπου. Η περιοχη το βραδυ δεν σου εδινε την αισθηση της ασφαλειας.

• Deborah (4/5): Rapport qualité prix catastrophique - La douche est spacieuse et bien éclairée - la chambre est trop petite (pour 2 et un long séjour) il n’y a même pas de (réel) salle de bain - il n’y a pas de rangement - les lumières c’est pas trop ça, si on allume pas les lumières de la douche et du lavabo on est pas bien éclairé - le service de chambre qui passe le matin toutes les 10min sans forcément toquer, c’était horrible - on a eu aucun problème mais c’est vrai que la localisation pas top, c’est pas rassurant autant de jour comme de nuit et lieu n’est pas propre - il n’y a pas de cuillère ou bâtonnet pour pouvoir touiller sa boisson (café/thé) - le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de frigo aussi c’est pas agréable - et la télé n’a pas d’application - pour tout cela (et notre expérience personnelle) le rapport qualité prix est catastrophique

Unfortunately this time the room was less than basic, very small and the person ell refused to sell me a drink although I checked in really late... But never the less... I put in my effort booking a room for two days and used it only one night because of my late arrival I wanted to sleep late and left 14:00 hours. I got nothing in return... No drink at my late arrival, no possibility for late breakfast and a really poverty room.... Thank good the next days I found a genuine hotel at Melinmontant... and still could enjoy my monthly stay in Paris near 20th...

Lo encontré a buen precio y los servicios eran adecuados, instalaciones en buen estado y limpieza diaria de la habitación por una señora muy amable. Los chicos de la recepción eran un poco más ariscos. La habitación era un poco pequeña. aunque ya eso lo sabía. No es una queja real. No está muy céntrico, está en frente al adidas arena y aunque tiene estaciones de RER y metro cercanas, el viaje al centro de París toma unos 35 - 40 minutos. A tener en cuenta si piensan ir y volver más que una vez al día.
• James (3/5): - Staff friendly After checking in, it took us almost 45 minutes to be taken to our room because the hotel ran out of keys; no iron in the room; shower is so poor as if France have no water; honestly, I did not know it was budget hotel, but even budget hotel should have room keys ready for check inn. Trust me, it was so bad. Imagine i travelled with my pregnant partner and she so wanted to use the lavatory, but couldn't for 45 minutes because there were no room keys available.
