• Madeline (8/5): Great place to stay, lovely staff and perfect location - This hotel is in a great location. It is clean, and the staff is great. Breakfast was somewhat sparse.

• Miroslav (7/5): Příjemný penzion v centru města, příjemný personál. - Bezproblémová komunikace, check-in, vybavení pokoje, atd. Dobrá snídaně. Milý a ochotný personál (majitelé i recepční). Strategicky výborná pozice v centru města, přitom klidné bydlení. - Je trochu nešikovné, že ubytovaní nemají klíče od budovy. A protože v době našeho pobytu na recepci nebyla stálá služba, tak každý příchod i odchod znamenal zvonění a čekání, domlouvání se na přibližném času dalšího příchodu/odchodu, atd. Personál byl sice opravu velmi milý, ale tento systém je pro hosta docela "nekomfortní". Kdyby hosté mohli mít klíče od vchodu do budovy, bylo by to příjemnější. - Parkování je za 5 E na den. Nevadí to, ale v popisu ubytování je napsané jen "soukromé parkoviště". O placení se tam nepíše. To je zmíněno až v odpovědích na časté dotazy.

• James (4/5): Bearable for one night. - Breakfast was ok, although limited hot food options. I had requested a double bed, which was approved in advance. However, upon my arrival, I was given two single beds, which was annoying for the price I paid. The staff I encountered appeared to be quite downcast. Please note that checkout is early at 10 a.m. Additionally, the city tax is relatively high compared to other cities and neighbouring countries. (However, this is the Slovak government's concern, not the hotel.)
• Krzysztof (1/5): Be aware of fraudsers! - I have travelled with family and knowing that kids sleep free of charge, I have booked two separate rooms (parent+child) and clearly inputted such a search in the booking search bar, all legit. At the check-out (not even at the check-in as the receptionist did not speak English!) I was approached by the old female owner who was YELLING for 30 minutes straight (no possibility to have any kind of dialogue at all, pure half an hour yelling) trying to extort additional fee and threatening me with a police. Additionally at the end she tried to charge me double with a local tax + parking fee even though it was clear to her that I have already paid it once in the morning! Again, fraudster. As I was literally afraid of her state of mind and concerned of my kids I have eventually paid as the chronic yelling and threatening seemed endless and became more and more aggressive. I have visited so many countries and hotels around the globe and never have I ever encountered such a mentally unstable person that lead me to a physical threat. I only hope that the old female owner was the exception and Slovakia is not like that at all. PS: I have contacted the Booking representative and I was deemed to be right. The additional fee will be reimbursed and the “fraudster hotel” will be charged. That being said, do not believe anything that the old woman has to say- apparently all lies and now officially admitted by the website. DO NOT travel especially with kids!

• Jeroen (4/5): - Bij het inchecken wilde men mij nogmaals een tax laten betalen hoewel duidelijk vermeld staat " inclusief alle taxen ". Meubilair in de kamer is verouderd, bedjes van 70 cm met doorgelegen matras. Badkamer was ok, ontbijt stelde werkelijk niets voor. Zelf het potje yoghurt was al enkele dagen over datum. Dit hotel verdient echt geen drie sterren en de lovende recensies zijn m.i. twijfelachtig of gefabriceerd. Van mij mogen ze dit hotel ech van de site halen.
