• Marcoszx (9/5): Fantastic! - The staff was great, nice and friendly, The breakfast was ok, they make your eggs (fried, scramble, omelette, etc) at the moment. The rooms are kind of small but comfortable anyways. Great location. If necessary they keep your luggage. The only thing I can think of is the long time it takes to have good pressure and a hot shower, at least the first times.

• Alexandra (8/5): Worth it - The b&b is super cute. To be fair, I did not stay here the night because I only needed it to rest before my flight and my previous b&b did not have bookings available. I ended up taking a tour so I did not even rest. The room was small, but it had enough space and it was clean. The ladies at the front were nice, but the first lady who checked me in was nicer, I think she was the owner’s daughter. The place is a few blocks away from the Plaza de Armas and I saw many locals in that area, which was cute. I did not dislike it, but it is up hill, so beware if you’re going to be walking with heavy luggage haha! You will need to walk up many stairs and will run out of breath. The road was also small so even Uber had a hard time getting around.

• María José (9/5): Volveremos, nos encantó el hotel y su personal - Nos quedamos dos noches en fechas diferentes, las chicas que nos atendieron se pasaron de increíbles, fueron super amables con nosotros y muy profesionales. La chica que nos preparo el desayuno disfrutamos mucho conversar con ella y la comida que nos hizo estuvo muy ameno. De verdad que el persona 20/10 y la primera habitación en la que nos quedamos nos encanto, super acogedora, romántica y muy limpia. La próxima vez que volvamos nos quedamos de nuevo ahi ademas de que la ubicación en San Blas es increíble, no te cansas de conocer las callecitas pequeñas, hay restaurante, cafés super acogedores y puedes ir caminando al centro de Cusco. de verdad increíble. La segunda habitación en la que nos quedamos era mas grande y tenia muy buena limpieza pero si tenia cositas como que estaban malas pero ya de arquitectura que son fácil de reparar como algunas paredes, el piso y el techo pero del resto todo estuvo bien.

• Natalia (6/5): Lindo pero no muy comodo - El personal es muy amable, el lugar es bonito y la ubicación es excelente Creo que es un problema de la construcción, el hotel es muy ruidoso entre habitaciones se escucha todo lo de la habitación de al lado o la gente si habla en el pasillo, las dos primeras noches costo dormir, segundo hace demsiado frio el sistema de calentamiento es con aparatos de calefacción pequeños que hacen demsiado ruido para dormir, lo que hace que el descanso sea pesado, pocas cobijas, me toco que salir a pedirlas porque el frio era mucho, además que el primer aparato de calefacción que me dieron no servía, la habitación era tan fría que tenia que dormir con mucha ropa, el agua caliente tenia problemas salia poquita y habia que esperar mas de 20 minutos para que calentara, esto me parecio sumamente incómodo, el desayuno tambien me parecio basico, el hotel en teoría se ve bonito pero no me parece comodo, además el personal de limpieza la habitación las camas quedaban mal tendidas.

Clean rooms and great bathrooms, they looked after our bags while we went on our 4 day Salkantay hike. They were just wonderful! the hot water and cocoa tea leaves in reception was a lovely bonus. I'm so grateful for these amazing girls; everyone was very helpful and sweet, and they made me feel at home. They were the best thing ever. • Lukasz (2/5): If you don't have to stay there, stay away from that place. - It's hard to find anything to like about this hotel. Maybe the common areas, though they look worse than the photos on Booking.com. Hotel charged us more than was agree on booking.com. During check-in process we were told by receptionist that if we pay by card they add 4% to the bill and that we can pay only in soles, they have own exchange rate which was higher than market rate. So we had to pay more than 50 US dollars more than was the price in our reservation on booking.com. We reported that to booking.com, but so far we did not get any answer. In the reception we had contact with few receptionist, some of them were nice, so not so very nice and some did not speak english at all. But the reat problem was the room. We booked superior room, but in our opinion was not even 1 start hotel room. The paint was peeling in sheets from the walls and ceilings. There was mold in many areas. Everything was dirty (including the bedding) and worn out. The heating and television didn't work. The bathroom window wouldn't close, so cold air blew on your back while showering. There were holes in the walls where exposed (unsecured) cables had made contact. The floor and doorsteps were falling apart. We reported these issues, but the receptionists kept telling us repeatedly that this room was great because it was a superior room. I tried to speak to the hotel manager, but he wasn't willing to talk to me. As soon as we saw the room, we immediately wanted to cancel (we were only paying for one night, so according to Booking.com, we should have received a refund of the remaining amount), but the hotel insisted that since we paid by card, they couldn't refund us. The breakfast had a poor selection. For example only two eggs are allowed per day, and the scrambled eggs made on site were so dry they didn't stick to a fork. After the first night no one clean our room (did not empty bins or change towels). And we were told that it is because they are not allowed to get to the room when we are not in (strange). And the next days it was cleaned even if we were not in.

O quarto é pequeno para duas pessoas, e ele não fica tão próximo da praça central, além de ficar em uma ladeirinha.
• JeremyHensel (5/5): Stained Sheets and Blood on Mattress - The location is nice, San Blas is a good area, close to the centre. Our bed mattress had stains of what appeared to be period blood of a past visitor. The towels were stained and some had small rips. The bed sheets had stains. Honestly no effort for making the experience feel clean. Additionally. We had to leave early and their breakfast starts at 6am. OK, but they didnt make eggs or any cooked parts until 7am. So we just had to leave before we could eat an actual breakfast. Also. The room is minature - if you have two bags for your travels, its hard to have rnough space to move and have your things unpacked. But thats to be expected. We wanted to like this place, but it just didnt meet the standard we expected.

The breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly. I was able to leave my bags while I went trekking. Lots to do around in awesome San Blas; all walking distance. The hot water takes a bit to get going, but you can work around it.

• EMIDO (3/5): Di Boutique ha solo il nome! - Non ci è piaciuto nulla L'accoglienza è una parola sconosciuta, davvero grande "acidità" all'arrivo. Non siamo andati via solo perchè eravamo stanchissimi dopo un viaggio di circa 8 ore in pulman da Puno. La camera non corrispondeva affatto a quella prenotata su Booking (King superior di 25 mq.) che, tra l'altro, avrebbe dovuto avere una finestra che dava sul cortile interno, invece, dava su una scalinata per salire ai piani superiori. La camera con una stufetta (doveva essere una camera riscaldata) era piccola, circa la metà dei 25 mq. che avevamo prenotato. Era anche comunicante con un'altra camera dalla quale si sentiva tutto. La colazione davvero scarsa anche rispetto al numero dei pernottamenti. Non avevano neppure un limone; vada per il primo giorno ma anche per i successivi due, vuol dire proprio che l'ospite conta poco.

Qui annonce buffet mais les plats étaient servis au compte goutte et il f - La gentillesse du personnel et la commodité des lits L hygiène sommaire, on a dû demander un changement des couverture du lits sales qui ne sont pas changés tout le temps. 2 tapis du lits peau, jamais nettoyés. Pleines de poussières.

• Carlos Gustavo (10/5): - Buena ubicacion en San Blas, un barrio colonial lleno de tiendas y restaurantes. Excelente servicio y limpieza. El hotel cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para estar bien. La plaza queda aprox a 500mt, la ida es facil en bajada. El regreso al hotel es en subida pero es agradable.

• Ilaria (2/5): Servizio pessimo - La struttura è in una buona posizione Premetto che viaggio spesso e frequento hotel e ostelli con regolarità e ho ottime capacità di adattamento. Questa è la prima volta che scrivo una recensione di questo tipo. Nonostante la struttura si presenti bene e in buona pozione ho avuto un’esperienza pessima per i seguenti motivi: - Il bagno e la camera non sono mai stati puliti durante il mio soggiorno. Entravano, rifacevano piuttosto male il letto e al massimo lasciavano gli asciugamani puliti. - Le tazze da tè usate non sono state raccolte. - Le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate (4 giorni di soggiorno) - Mi è stato addebitato troppo a causa di un tasso di cambio ingiusto e fuorviante applicato al momento del pagamento della camera e non corrispondente a quanto definito dalla mia prenotazione senza che mi sia stata fornita alcuna spiegazione. - Ho pagato un costo aggiuntivo per il check-in anticipato di 25 dollari, ma non mi è stato permesso di fare colazione. - La carta igienica non è stata sostituita dopo averla esaurita e sono dovuta andare a ritirarla in reception. Nonostante tutto, non ho ricevuto nemmeno le scuse del personale. Il Perù è pieno di strutture accoglienti e persone squisite, non faticherete a trovare un hotel migliore di questo.

• raffy (8/5): - Location is up the hill so the view is good, many restaurant and shops around the streets Since its up the hill its hard to come back if you want to go to the main attraction like plaza de armas.
