• FJT (6/5): - The apartment was very clean, except the toilet, which looked like only the seat had been wiped and the rest not touched in a while, and the shower could use a little maintenance to make look cleaner. After the toilet we kind of lost confidence the whole bathroom was properly clean. The apartment setup is very professional, and well organised. Private parking garage, and small sauna/hot tub, check-in is completely automated. Good value for money, this would have been a 5 star review if the bathroom had received a little more attention.

• Radim (8/5): - Overall good accommodation but creaking noises coming out of beds when doing only a slight move was a nightmare. Literally. We couldn't sleep two nights. Apart from that the apartment was rather clean (except hair in shower and dust on conference table in living room). Wifi was slow, too.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was according to expectations. The room's picture displayed during the booking does not correspond to reality. Bedroom's bed was extremely sqyeeky. Room was dusted poorly. Air conditioner's filter (air con reked when on) and shower room vent (was also cogged with dust) were not maintained (did not call for maintenance either, there was enough time to maintain them myself :-) ). Shower fixture was loose, again, repaired myself. Despite all this the stay was satisfactory, we rested well and enjoyed the facilities. I guess I overpayed.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The email the day before told us everything we needed to know on how to access the key. We didn't have daily cleaning but were able to access fresh towels. There is a dishwasher and washing machines as well as a tumble dryer all free of charge in the garage do take some washing powder. There is a caretaker about but we were left alone the whole time which was nice

• Youn jin (10/5): 깨끗하고 안락한 숙소! 추천해요 - 15일간 머물렀어요. 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 주방 시설도 좋아요. 난방도 잘 되어 전혀 춥지않아요. 오히려 더울 정도로 따뜻해요. 거실과 방 모두 난방기조절이 가능해요. 15박하는동안 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 직원분도 친철하시고 직원분이 없을때도 필요한것을 얻는데 불편하지않게 잘 준비해두세요. 세탁기 건조기 모두 자유롭게 사용할수 있고 사용은 안했지만 다리미, 다리미판, 식기세척기도 공용공간에 자유롭게 사용할수 있게 되어있어요. 수영장에서 아이들이 즐겁게 놀았어요. 겨울에 놀기에도 물 온도도 괜찮았고 따뜻하게 유지되고 있어요. 물론 숙박기간 내내 언제든지 자유롭게 사용할수 있어요. 함께 있는 사우나도 작은 공간이지만 좋았어요. 수영하고 사우나하고 샤워하고 숙소로 들어오면 되요. 작은 부분까지 잘 구성되어 있었어요. 체크인시 이메일이나 호텔스닷컴에서 호텔과 연락을 통해 모든 정보를 받을수 있어요. 전화연결이 안되서 조마조마했는데 그때 인터넷에 문제가 생겨서 잠시 전화가 안된거라고 하더라구요. 3~4일전에 호텔과 연락을 주고받는게 마음이 편할것 같아요. 사람이 없어도 알려주는 비번으로 쉽게 체크인 할수 있어요. 숙소는 사진에 보는것과 똑같은 구조와 상태에요. 주차는 지하에 있고 들어가는 입구가 비밀번호로 열려요. 호텔 출입구도 비밀번호를 눌러야 열려요.보안이 잘 되어 있어서 안심이 되었어요. 가끔 윗층의 소리가 들릴때도 있었지만 15일동안 불편하다는 생각은 안들었어요. 호수와 거리도 멀지않아요. 숙소가 언덕에 있긴 하지만 걸어다니는데 괜찮았어요. 다시 헤비즈에 방문하게 되면 이용하려고 해요. 추천합니다.

• Roland (2/5): Kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich die Unterkunft g - Da ich schon gegen 8.00 Uhr vor der Unterkunft angekommen bin, hatte ich schlechte Karten, da es keine Rezeption dort gibt. Nach einen Anruf, teilte man uns mit, das man gegen 11.00 Uhr uns einen Zahlencot mitteilen würde um in das Gebäude zu gelangen. Wir sahen uns dann in der Stadt um, die aber auch nicht so toll war. Ich habe dann beschlossen meinen Urlaub abzubrechen, da auch keine Info mehr kam um in das Hotel zu gelangen. Habe auf mein bezahltes Hotel verzichtet und wo anders Urlaub gemacht.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w schludnym apartamencie. - Zatrzymaliśmy się w Fortuna 7 Apartments w drodze z Dubrownika do Krakowa. Pensjonat bardzo czysty, meble nowe, wyposażenie w pełni wystarczające. Największy plus to basen (mały, ale dla dzieci wystarczający) i sauna - w zimie dająca pełny relaks. Duży plus dla parkingu w podziemiach. Jedyny minus to słabe wygłuszenie. Jak ktoś chodził po korytarzu czy w pokoju obok - dało się słyszeć. Generalnie super jakość pobytu za bardzo przyzwoitą cenę. Koniecznie skorzystać z kąpieli w termalnym jeziorze. Polecamy ten obiekt i miasto!
• Rikard (10/5): Väl ordnat och fräscht - Väl ordnat hus med flera lägenheter, ingen reception men du får instruktioner hur du kommer in så du kan komma när du vill dygnet runt. Fri parkering, små trångt men tryggt. Det finns inomhus pool och bastu. Wi-Fi ingår, lätt att ansluta till utan en massa trassel. Sängen var lite hård, men jag sov gott i den. Rekommenderar.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Modernes Appartement - Über das Appartment kann ich nur Gutes berichten. Groß, sauber, gemütlich, modern und günstig. Über die Sauna und den restlichen Service kann ich nichts sagen. Die Tiefgarage ist zwar recht klein aber auch super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service war jedoch leider miserabel. Da wir wussten, dass wir später als der angegebene Check-In ankommen würden, haben wir uns bereits ab 1 Woche vorher telefonisch beim Betreiber erkundigt, wie der angekündigte Code für die Unterkunft sei. Dann hieß es, dass er uns 1 Tag vor Anreise per E-Mail mitgeteilt wird. 1 Tag vor Anreise rief ich abermals an und bat um die Mitteilung des Codes. Da hieß es, dass mir dieser am Anreisetag morgens per E-Mail geschickt werden sollte. Am Anreisetag war immer noch nichts da, sodass ich wieder in Ungarn anrufen musste. Da sagte man mir auf mein Drängen, dass ich nur noch 30min lang meine E-Mails abrufen kann, dass man mir den Code jetzt zuschicken würde. Es kam wieder nix. Also rief ich nach diesen 30 min erneut an und man sagte mir, dass man meine E-Mail-Adresse nicht habe?!???? Wie kann das sein? Und vor allem: Wieso ist es nicht schon früher aufgefallen? Als die E-Mail mit den Codes endlich da war, musste wir vor Ort feststellen, dass man und anscheinend die falsche Save/Zimmer-Nummer genannt hatte, denn diese war leer. Also haben wir alle anderen verschlossenen Save/Zimmer-Nummern mit dem Code ausprobiert und zum Glück hat es bei einem anderen Zimmer geklappt und den Schlüssel frei gegeben.
• Monika (8/5): Nettes Apartementhaus - Schönes Apartementhaus in Gehdistanz zum Thermalsee. Das Einchecken mit Schlüsselhinterlegung im Briefkasten hat bestens geklappt. Grosse Tiefgarage zum parken. Sehr ringhörig, wenn sich Gäste im Stock darüber auf dem Balkon aufhalten, oder während der An-und Abreise laute Geräusche vom Korridor her. Ansonsten nettes, eher kleines 1 Zimmerapartement mit bequemen Bett.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place but better service please - The apartment itself was very nice, clean and quiet and location was good. It was nice that there was a garage for the car. Only negative thing was that we had received a wrong code for entrance by email and we didnt get in and the service and response by phone was pretty rude and unhelpful when we tried to figure out what's wrong. Otherwise we can recommend!
• Nora (2/5): Paid for 1 bedroom suite but got Studio! - There was no warning that we had to watch email for access instructions. I circled the hotel and couldn't figure out how to check-in until another guest, sitting on their balcony, told me to look at my phone!! Now, this is not impressive because what if I didn't have cell or cell service? It is a huge extra cost to have data and texting overseas! So that was the start of our experience with this venue. Once we knew how it worked...super easy! But why NO WARNING! Next, was the surprise that I booked a 1 bedroom suite and received a studio suite!! WOW. After chatting with other guests ... the same thing happened to them that what they booked was not what this hotel delivered! I am not sure what is going on there but management is apparently done remotely from Budapest and the couple on site are only caretakers of the physical state of the property. The local caretakers are wonderful and I spoke with them at length. But regardless these caretakers are not there to check guests in or move guests around if problems arise! The Budapest office is severely lacking management skills....So that is all I can say ... major lack of skill and expertise here! I spent a considerable time on the phone both of the following days with NO RESULTS. The only compensation was from Hotels.com after another lengthy phone interaction. The compensation remains questionable until I actually use it to see if it works.
• Adam (10/5): Very nice apratment - Great apartment. A/C could be a little bit closer to the bedroom but it was not the big problem. Clean room, parking lot in a garage is a big advantage during a summer. I would highly recommend this apartments.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable apartment - Nice apartment ,very comfortable and with a tecnological access.There was no hotel staff to welcome you but they provide you access codes and we did everything by ourselves.The apartment was clean and equipped with everything .Definitly a good experience.
• Karina (10/5): fin lejlighed med fri garage og fri vaskemaskine - Super lejlighed. kunne være dejligt med info bog i lejligheden. lidt problemer med adgang til lejlighed. Rengøringen var der så de hjalp lidt. Mente ikke vi havde betalt så efter lidt snak frem og tilbage gik det I orden. havde booket aftenen før så havde ikke mulighed for at aftale ankomsten 24 timer før. man får nogle koder så hvorfor blir de ikke bare tilsendt automatisk på ankomst dagen? Man skal ringe til et nummer, det er vist en reception man ringer til. God parking og vasker og tørretumbler i kælderen. Alt gratis. Mangler opvaskesæbe i lejligheden, der er opvaskemaskine i kælderen. Der var byggeri igang ved nabohuset så nogen støj derfra.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Poor management. No customer Service. - We have never experienced this when booking hotels through Hotels.com but then again it is not a proper hotel. We had to make about 7 telephone calls and yet, arrived at the property not knowing if we had secured a property. We were constantly told, 'only the manager knows'...'the manager is away'...'the manager will email you all the necessary details about the property' and the promised email at the end of each telephone call never arrived. After venting out our frustration over the phone whilst waiting at the property, we got in to the apartment eventually but we did not get the correct code for the main entrance so for our next 4 nights and 5 days stay, we entered the property from the garage. Well, we did get out from the front door so the manager might consider it to be okay perhaps. Once completed the trip, I have made a formal complaint through Hotels.com and the property did not even want to consider compensating us for the phone calls. It says a lot about their customer service, or non at all, I should say. We went to Heviz to relax and enjoy all the health benefits that Heviz offers but we started being really worked up and frustrated. We would definitely not go back and would not recommend.
• choi (8/5): 깨끗한 숙소. - 센터에서 도보 7분정도, 온천까지 걸어서 15분, 차로 5분 정도의 거리. 방은 정말 깨끗했고, 호스트분께서 직접 나오지 않고 전화로 통화해야 하는 것이 불편했습니다. 독어를 쓰시는 분이라 영어를 알아듣기 조금 힘들었어요. 의사소통이 살짝 불편했지만 방 자체가 깨끗하고 좋아요! very clean and close to the center and to the lake spa.

• Csaba (8/5): Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. - Schöne Gegend saubere Zimmer leider ging die Sauna nicht und den Code zum reinkommen muss man telefonisch anfragen. Würde ich auch weiterempfehlen.

Sisäänkirjautuminen koodien ja lokeroon jätetyn avaimen avulla toimi hienosti. Ihana ja idyllinen ympäristö lenkkeillä ja katsella maisemia, kauniita pihoja, taloja ja luontoa. Heviz-järvi lähellä kävelymatkan päässä, sekin ehdottomasti kokemisen arvoinen paikka. Lämpimästi voin suositella! :)

• Rosa D (10/5): Amazing place - Heviz si a great little town. The apartment was great, super clean with balcony. The only drawback is that during these summer months the AC located in the living room barely reaches the bedroom. Bathroom is huge and very clean, loved the little balcony. We are definteky coming back to this apartment!
• David (8/5): Klidné ubytování - Jde o apartmánový dům bez stálé recepce. Interiér je moderní, kuchyňka zcela vybavená, na terase nábytek, sušák. Čistota apartmánu dobrá. K jezeru Hevíz je to asi 15 minut pěšky klidnou chůzí.

• Matthew (10/5): - We booked the morning of our stay and didn't see that they asked to contact them 24hrs before to arrange access to the apartment. We turned up and called the hotel contact who was fantastic at organising access straight away. She was super nice and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Just a 5 minute walk to town.

• Tibor (8/5): Jók az alapok - Az épület újszerű, tiszta, jól felszerelt, kiváló a parkolás (garázsban),az ágynemű újszerű kiváló minőségű. Légkondis szoba. Javítható hiányok: a hűtő lehetne nagyobb mélyhűtővel rendelkező, a tv vétel gyenge, a zuhanyzóban hiányzik a szappantartó, ez mindenképp megoldandó!
