- Fisher (6/5): Got the job done. - Room , sheets and bathroom were very clean. Smelled good when we walked in. Floors were very dirty, our feet were black after being barefoot in the room. Was disappointed there was no little coffee pot in the room, should have been for the price we paid.

- Russel (5/5): Ok to stay if you are on a budget. Don’t expect a quiet night between traffic and people stirring around. - Close to town and Slims bbq across the street is great to eat. Sheets looked dirty when pulling back “comforter”. Daughters sheets had a cigarette burn. Road was very loud all day and night. Nobody there and was not able to cancel the nights we didn’t need due to getting finished with our trip early.

- beth (3/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! DUMP!!!! - It was close when needed and off beaten path It was disgusting! Towels were brown stained, floors nasty, shower all broke and spicket loose. This was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at & cost $130!!!! It was not a $69 room you would expect to be a dump. Booking.com should remove them from their offerings.

- Vondalee (8/5): Over night stay - For being so close to the road, it was still quiet inside the room. The room i was given was clean and tidy. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a large screen TV. Soap and shampoo sample for use. Towels and etc..There was an ice, soda machine, near the office. The Economy Inn is on 17 in Arcadia. Across the street, there is a gas station and a restaurant. The owners were polite and friendly, and helpful. I know it's Florida, but the air conditioning took a while to cool the room.

Old, need to be upgraded, renovated. Outside has a bad smell. Doesn't offer breakfast or amenities. Sheets and pillow case stained

- Faye (3/5): It was ok - The location was fine The bed was a little to hard and could improve the maintenance in the bedroom area and shower. And the doors need a little more lighting in the room.

Smelled bad (I think coming from the bathroom fan because it looked dirty) and floors were so dirty that I didn’t dare take off my shoes. The only reason it wasn’t the worst is because the town is a nice little town. And they did restock our towels once out of the 3 nights.

- Rosemarie (3/5): Poor - The fact that it was near where I had to go was the only good thing about being there. The roads were all tore up, so it was very difficult to find. Overall, the place was very dirty, not kept to the point of the mirror wasn’t even cleaned, and there was toothpaste on the faucet so I was not impressed with the cleanliness
- Kenneth (6/5): - This hotel is old and very basic, but the room was clean, and the shower was very nice with great water pressure. We were busy and just needed a place to sleep and shower so this fit the bill.
- William (4/5): - The bathtub had dried hair in it and had not been cleaned for an extended time- it did not drain at all when showering. The towel rack was laying on the floor behind the toilet and had dust covering it. Staff cleaned the next morning ( I was gone all day), and the floor towel was replaced on the dirty edge of the tub which was still full of dirty water. Advised management. Dusting had not been performed for an extended time. The stand next to the bed had sticky glass rings- had not been cleaned.

- Stephen (8/5): For the price, it’s fine. - Clean enough. Just be aware that if you get a room on the “road side” it’s gonna be LOUD. The door to your room is only 30-40 feet from the main road, so those giant produce trucks that always seem to be running will be your constant company.
- Teresa (6/5): OK night - It was OK for a night. If you can’t sleep with street sounds, this is not the place for you. It didn’t bother me, but the traffic noise could bother some people. They do have smoking and nonsmoking rooms, so check to be sure what you are reserving. I didn’t think any place has smoking rooms this day, so I just reserved the least expensive room. When we arrived and checked in, the front desk person pointed out what I had reserved and offered me a nonsmoking room for $25 more. I definitely have learned to read the entire description now and not to assume.

The rooms on front near the highway were loud at night with the traffic. The beds were firmer than expected and the pillows were small. The shower was warm but did not get hot and only 2 sets of towels provided for a 4 person room.

- Emily (3/5): I didn't expect much based on other reviews, but they still managed to disappoint with poor service. - Proximity to my event was the only reason I booked. They did issue a refund, which I thought was going to be an issue. Glad they did the right thing. We were traveling with small children and there was only either a king or 2 doubles so we opted for the king, and brought an air mattress for the kids. I called in advance to ask for extra bedding and we were told that was not an option. I have never heard of such a thing, but we were already booked and paid so no choice. The room they tried to put us in was just a few steps away from a very busy highway. I was concerned about the safety of our kiddos (and noise) so I asked for a room in the back, which was completely empty. I was told no so we ended up driving all the way home after a very long day. I was willing to sacrifice the $120.00 I had paid, but they ultimately refunded my payment.
