Checking out Alisha, the manager was friendly and during our small talk she had been manager for 17 years. Overall the price was very reasonable and less frills is understandable, but I felt safe and rooms was clean. No microwave in my room and TV didn’t work,

Beds were uncomfortable, rooms haven't been updated, 1 towel and one wash cloth in room, sheets didn't fit bed, mountain view was the parking lot, highway and cut rock from highway 😑 very misleading in ad, didn't use pool it was closed, if using a app to book thru you are charged the fees that the app takes, so if they take 7%, you will be charged the 7% plus the deposit for incendentials

- Jarrod (9/5): Very pleasant stay in Manchester, KY - There isn't a hot breakfast, and the pool was temporarily closed, but the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again which is the strongest recommendation I can give. Pets are $30 additional per night, so I was glad I was traveling dogless this time.

Our toilet kept running even after maintenance looked at it. The hair dryer didn't work. If your staying there because of the pool..this was our 4th year staying there and the pool has never been open.

- Morrison Jr (2/5): Horrible experience would not recommend it to anyone, stay in your car that would be better - Nothing The bed was uncomfortable, and the remote didn’t work for the television, the telephone in the room didn’t work either. Went to the front desk to report the remote control and the phone and nothing was done about it nor was I given an option to change rooms. Also, the AC unit barely worked.
- robert (5/5): - Location. Pool never opened . Hasn't been for months apparently. All thru the summer. The staff says it needs a part yet the pool was blue and clean. It seems like they use it to attract guest but fail to tell them it's not open to use by guest. People in the area say they have never known it to be open. May explain why they have so few guest staying at hotel . It's like that bathroom sign u see . Bathroom not working because they don't want to clean it

The location was good for us. The outside is dirty. Cigarette butts are on the ground, the doors on the first floor need painted. Power washing the outside sidewalks and steps going upstairs would help a lot. The chair in the room was filthy under the cushion and the desk chair was very worn.

We asked for a 1st floor & got one (no elevator). Some rooms had coffee makers & some didnt. Same for fridges but when we asked for one they brought it right away. Sofa bed had seen better days. Breakfast was cereal & a few packaged pastries. Parking lot could use some work.

Confirmed king, got double. Mold on ceiling and in corners. Was told when I called to make the reservation to call Booking.com instead by a gentleman at the front desk. I checked out one day early. Now I'm having difficulty getting any satisfaction with their (Booking) customer service.

Toilet and shower weren't clean, the walls had stains that were either from bugs on blood, the carpet was burned as well as one of the bed skirts on the one bed that had one (1/2 beds had one), mattresses were burned and my friends found bed bugs so we didnt even end up staying

Could of served real doughnuts or had a waffle maker A good breakfast, the swimming pool was out of order the box the mattress set on was all stained the carport around the base board was nasty and the toilet half ass worked

- Guest (2/5): I would not recommend this hotel however the price was ok at like $70 or so. - Breakfast was terrible. The location was good as it was right off the express way. The swimming pool was down so we couldn't use it. The ice machine was broken so they had no ice. The bed mattress was obviously really old and it and/or the comforter had an odor. The shower head had not been taped properly and sprayed water all over the place. The breakfast was terrible. Probably the worst continental breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. I had their coffee and and a couple of water's and that was it. The other thing that was weird was that it was shaped like a hotel but it was more like motel as it did not have internal hallways. You parked outside your unit but had to walk completely around the entire building to get to the front desk area.
