Tout était parfait, merci beaucoup 👍. Le riad est super bien placé, nous avons tout fait à pied. La chambre possède tout ce que l on peut souhaiter pour un séjour, le petit déjeuner parfait ! Nous avons choisi de faire un hammam et c était incroyable. Merci beaucoup à la dame qui s est occupée de nous. Nous recommandons vraiment ce riad et le choisirons de nouveau si nous revenons à Marrakech ! Merci ! Tout était parfait !

I would recommend this riad to anyone solely due to the staff. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast provided was delicious. Additionally, we availed their excellent massage services, providing relief from all the traveling. Everything at the riad is great. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated quite a bit some days so I hope they can resolve the issue soon.

Ragna (9/5): - It looks really like a fairytale place. It's a very old Riad which is renovated, so you'll feel as if you live in a beautiful past. Don't expect any sound proof rooms, but that's part of the charm, and it means you'll also hear nice bird songs. The host will give you his phone number so you can ask him for anything whenever he's not at the reception desk. It's convenient to let him book the airport taxi because a man will come to the riad to bring you to your taxi so you don't need to find the nearest parking spot and wait for an Uber (you're in the old medina, so a taxi can't park there). It has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the coordinates that are provided on the booking.com website, didn't match the address and some locals had to bring us to the right place. If you just type in the name Riad Errabii in Google maps, it leads you to the correct spot.

stenivan (10/5): Peaceful, beautiful, and within walking distance - It's a really quiet, peaceful, and beautiful Riad not too far from the Medinah and within 20-30 mins walking distance to the garden and Gueliz. The host is super helpful and friendly, breakfast was very carb heavy but good (basically different variations of pancakes) but oranges were so sweet and the tea was oh so delicious. The room was good size but can be small if you have big suitcases, bed is comfortable. Overall a really good stay! Not that I can recall.

Susanne (10/5): Wonderful quiet riad in a safe and calm area - Riad Errabii was a perfect choice for my stay. The area around was safe and easy to reach from the gates of the Medina, so arrival was smooth. The staff are very hospitable and welcoming and made sure even before my arrival that all my questions were answered. Taha reached out to me the day before to ensure I had all the information to reach safely and even went to meet me at the drop-off point of the airport pick-up. I loved the room, it was exactly as described and pictured, and clean. At night, the riad was very quiet so a good night's rest and proper sleep were guaranteed. Thank you as well for a great hammam experience, the staff explained the procedure in detail and I felt comfortable trying ot for the first time. I would definitely recommend it, especially since there was also a lovely roof terrace on which to relax afterwards. Every morning the staff prepared a very delicious fresh breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful first-time stay in Marrakesh!

Verónica (10/5): - La amabilidad de los dos hombres que estaban a cargo del Riad supera todos los hoteles que he visitado hasta ahora.Nada mas llegar nos recibieron con un maravilloso té de Marrakech y una explicación trankila de los sitios de mayor interés, sentados en el precioso patio interior del Riad. Nos acompañaron hasta el mercado porque no sabiamos llegar, nos dieron recomendaciones buenísimas y sobre todo nos trataron con una gran amabilidad. Cuando volvimos de nuestro primer paseo nos preparó otro te para que pudieramos disfrutar del patio del Riad. Cuando el taxista de regreso al aeropuerto de booking no nos contestaba a pocos horas del avion de vuelta, intentó contactarlo el y como no habia manera, nos consiguió otro taxi para poder ir al aeropuerto. Los desayunos BUENISIMOS!! El chico que estaba trabajando con el gerente del Riad se levantó a las 3.00 de la mañana para prepararnos un take away para el aeropuerto y nos acompañó hasta el punto de encuentro con el taxi del aeropuerto. Monica (9/5): Buena ubicación, personal encantador, muy confortable - La ubicación, cerca de las atracciones turísticas, fácil de llegar. Lo mejor lo cómodo que es y el personal del hotel, Taha es encantador, te recibe en todo momento con una sonrisa y simpatía que es muy agradable hablar con el y encontrártelo a la llegada al Riad todos los días, hay otro chico que está por la noche y por la mañana prepara el desayuno también encantador, buen desayuno y tranquilo el Riad, se puede descansar muy bien. Nada, todo estaba estupendo.

Giacomo (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato al Riad Errabii e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Taha, che è stato super gentile e sempre disponibile: ci ha accolti con grande cordialità, dandoci consigli utili e suggerimenti preziosi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale e autentico. Le camere sono pulite e ben curate, anche se un po’ piccole, ma assolutamente in linea con lo stile di un riad tradizionale. Abbiamo provato anche il servizio di hammam con massaggio, che è stato molto rilassante e rigenerante; gli spazi non sono grandissimi, ma l’atmosfera e la qualità del trattamento compensano ampiamente. Nel complesso ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio e ben seguiti durante tutta la permanenza. Consiglio questo riad a chiunque voglia trascorrere un buon soggiorno, all’insegna dell’ospitalità, del relax e della gentilezza. Niente
Fabricio (10/5): Uma experiência que encantadora - O Riad era fabuloso, bem localizado, mas mais que tudo os funcionários são de uma simpatia extrema . Super educados , atenciosos, fizeram nos sentir em casa . Reitero, que a experiência foi fantástica ! Os três rececionista eram muito prestáveis, ajudavam em tudo … somos muito gratos pela a experiência que eles nos proporcionaram . Nada para apontar ! Recomendamos este alojamento 100%.
Tudor (10/5): O alegere excelenta in orașul vechi. - Aproape de souk-uri (5 minute), de piata Jemaa el fna (15-20 minute pe jos) si de grădinile majorelle si muzeul ysl (15 minute pe jos). Personal foarte amabil, ne-au organizat transport (contra cost) de la si către aeroport, au pregătit un pachetel de mâncare pentru o zi in care am plecat foarte devreme într-o excursie. Riad central, bine întreținut, liniștit.

Kristina (10/5): Empfehlenswert - Der Kontakt vorab auch per WhatsApp war super freundlich. Taha wurde scheinbar auch von unserem Taxifahrer angerufen und hat uns abgeholt. Wir wurden mit Tee und typischen Marokkanischen Teilchen begrüßt. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer für ein nettes Gespräch und auch lustigen Smalltalk zu haben. Frühstück war lecker und es war immer eine Schale mit Mandarinen zum mitnehmen oder direkt verzehren im Innenhof. Die Lage ist übrigens auch sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell in den ersten Gassen des Souks. 20 min zu Jemal el fna und 13 Minuten zur Busstation in die andere Richtung.

Murielle (9/5): Beautiful, authentic, welcomed as family and near everything - It is beautiful and Taha was so helpful and nice. He showed us the best parking, walked with us to help with the luggage, showed us the nice spots. We had a Hammam and massage at the Riad. It was excellent. I really recommend the place.
Encarni (10/5): Un paraiso de paz - El hamman fue una experiencia maravillosa y el masaje el mejor de mi vida. Naim el chico de recepción fue super amable y servicial. Nos acompaño hasta la calle principal para que nos sintiéramos más tranquilos, nos enseño donde comer, comprar, nos acompaño con las maletas hasta nuestro taxi. Un persona excepcional.Está muy escondido y no ha señalización. Cuesta encontrarlo pero una vez que lo haces entras en un paraiso de paz y tranquilidad dentro de la caótica ciudad.
Erika (10/5): Kényelmes riád kedves személyzettel - Kényelmes, tiszta riád, odaadó személyzettel. A reggeli finom és bőséges volt. A szoba kényelmes, tiszta. A látnivalók könnyen elérhetőek. Kaptunk kulcsot a kapuhoz, így éjjel is szabadon jöhettünk, mehettünk. Külön szuper volt a 4 ágyas szoba, más riádokban nem jellemző. Talán lehetett volna több fogas és akasztó a szobában.

Roxana Chendes (10/5): - I recommend the Riad wholeheartedly. An oasis of peace in the bustling streets of the Medina. We were helped with anything we needed, all the staff were fantastic, and Taha and Abdo were incredible. We were picked up from the airport, had delicious home - cooked breakfast and dinners, and Taha even went to the train station to buy us tickets to Casablanca. Beautiful, spacious rooms, clean and the interior of the Riad is dreamy.

Das Abholen vom Flughafen hat super funktioniert und das Personal war auch bei allen Fragen für uns da. Es werden ein leckeres Abendessen und Hamam angeboten. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. —

Berhouet larre (9/5): - Personnel accueillant. Le riad est très beau, idéalement placé pour visiter la médina à pied. Il faut environ 20 minutes pour se rendre à la place. L'endroit est calme. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Nous l'avons pris à emporter certains jours car nous quittions le riad tôt. Nous avons fait plusieurs excursions et le point de rdv était à seulement 5 minutes. La literie est très très dure. C'est le seul point négatif.

Le confort était bien. Si nous devions revenir, nous reviendrons. Quelques vacanciers assez bruyants. Heureusement le personnel veillait a la tranquillité.

LeToJu (9/5): - La atención de todo el personal, es especial Naim y Taha, que con una generosidad infinita y siempre con una sonrisa, nos atendieron, nos explicaron y nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra casa. Por decir algo la ubicación, algo escondida, a un pequeño paseo de la plaza Jemaa el Fna, pero sin demasiada dificultad. La ducha solo era para personas "bajitas" y la presión del agua era demasiado poca, no pudimos disfrutar de una buena ducha reconfortante ningún día.

Andreia (8/5): Beautiful Riad with friendly people - The location is perfect to explore the nicest souks and for local food. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the Riad was beautifully decorated. Besides, breakfast was delicious. But what made the staying special was the friendliness of the people working there. Taha and Naim made us feel very welcome all the time, not only we learned more about the Morocco culture with them, but also they gave us tips and spots to explore in Marrakech and Moroco. They were also super kind in organizing us the 1-day Essaouira trip last minute and packed us some food. Thank you for the hospitality and the culture exchange.

roberta (10/5): - Alloggiare nel Riad è stata un'esperienza. L' accoglienza dei ragazzi è eccezionale per gentilezza e disponibilità. Il rituale del tè, la colazione con il canto degli uccellini, il rumore dell'acqua della fontana e tanta calma. Nel Riad sembra di essere in un rifugio fuori dal tempo. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il suk principale, la piazza e tanto altro. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La sera si rientra in tutta tranquillità anche da soli. Consiglio di fare l'hammam con massaggio nella struttura, è sul terrazzo del Riad, le ragazze sono state davvero brave. L'ultima mattina, durante la colazione, mi hanno fatto una sorpresa che porterò nel mio cuore. Era il mio compleanno e si sono presentati al tavolo con una torta fantastica e con le candeline accese. Mi sono commossa e li ringrazio ancora attraverso queste righe. VI consiglio solo di alloggiare al Riad!
