- Raquel (8/5): I liked the price and read the reviews as basically “fair”, but I personally would rate it as closer to “very satisfied” - The facility was clean and fortunately not far from anything I needed. I can’t think of anything. It was honestly pleasant.

- Roberto (2/5): Literally a steal. - Not a very good stay.
I made one request at check in and was told “No, you should’ve came earlier”
They’ll also request a credit card for a ‘hold’ on the room. It’s not a hold. They’ll keep your money. I had issues with them cooperating, I finally had it handled through my credit card company.
- Sherry (6/5): Pleasant - Bathtub was clogged, room wasn't to clean bathroom and walls
- Rando (10/5): - Customer service is top-tier…Ten out of ten recommend….
- Webster (1/5): Bad -
- Reyes (6/5): - Tv did not work properly
- Rebel (1/5): I hated it was horrible - **Not a Good Experience**
My recent stay at Victorian inn was disappointing. The man at the front desk had zero customer service skills and was completely rude. To make matters worse, he started having his own issues tapping his fingers on the countertop as to say hurry up while I was trying to look up my confirmation code. Additionally, she was watching some kind of creepy satanic video right there in the lobby instead of working. The lobby also smelled like dirty feet and ramen noodles, which was quite unpleasant. This unprofessional behavior made my check-in process frustrating and unpleasant. At the end he just insisted to cancel my reservation and deny me service he told me as I left the door I don't need your business anyway and to that I bid him ado and went down the street and gave the next hlotel my money. Everything
- Ernesto (1/5): Extremely unacceptable - Aside the fact that the place is under renovation/construction , the room offered to us was not satisfactory. The tv did not have a remote control, which didn't matter because it wouldn't come on either way. To begin with, we had to wake the attendant up by knocking on his door after waiting for over 20 minutes. When we informed the attendant of the issues we had with the room , he was not at all helpful and denied to accommodate us with a alternate room. Horrible experience, horrible service
- Terry (3/5): We probably won’t ever stay here again. - It was a place to sleep on our way to our destination. Not much else. The neighbor was noisy, people outside were talking loudly. The toilet seat had been peed on and we had to clean it before we could use it. The location was too far from where we wanted to see the entertainment that we came to town for.
- Steven (4/5): - The paint stains on my sheets were pretty unique.
- Tanya (1/5): Bad - The ac didn't work, the towels were so old and smelled like cooking oil. The bathroom had NOT been swept or mopped.
- Adrian (5/5): Passable -
- Ceu (2/5): Very poor -
- Smith (1/5): Bad -
- Scott (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jay (7/5): Good -
- Kerry (6/5): It was ok but I will probably find another hotel when I go back - The staff was great and the rooms were modern and spacious There were people not staying at the hotel walking back and forth beside the rooms looked like drug addicts. It was very uncomfortable to go out of my room and smoke, and I was uneasy about my car being left alone. The toilet was dirty I had to clean dried urine off the seat which made me wonder how clean everything else was.
- Zdravko (5/5): Passable - Motel is right next to highway so be ready for noisy stay. Price of this property should not exceed $40 a night at maximum
- Anthony (6/5): - Not a terrible motel for the location and price. I would stay again if they have specials for longer stays. Main problems were the shower pressure and no wifi for gaming consoles
- Angel (7/5): Good -
- Ray (2/5): - the floor was not vacuumed, all surfaces had weeks of dust buildup on them, and the building was in disrepair, broken and loose floor tile, trim falling off walls, multiple signs of poor craftsmanship, several water stains on the ceiling, and blankets had holes in them.
- Armando (1/5): Bad -
- Oliver (7/5): Good -
- Veronica (1/5): Bad -
- Wood (2/5): Very poor -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriela (1/5): Bad -
- Janet (1/5): Not pleasant. - The lack of effort that the staff made to either catch the mouse in my room or put me in another room.
- Adrian (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (4/5): tv didn’t work ac either the bed uncomfortable the room smelled funny and the water to the shower was cold - staff everything about the room
- Stu (1/5): Terrible and will never refer or stay again - Had no breakfast . Room was too nasty to even shower or sleep under the covers in . Ewwwww Omg….reLy can’t even start to explain
- Ashley (4/5): location was nice for access, but not great for noise levels. rooms not clean and cleaning crew demands tips. - it's right next the train tracks and the highway.
- Saira (1/5): Terrible never would stay here again. - Horrible service, ripped carpet, dirty towels, smelly room. We ended up leaving and didn’t get refund even when we told them regards towels amd carpet bed sheets he’s response was “oh really”. Dirty/old/smelly/bad customer service.
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - pillow covers and sheets can be washed more
- Jesus (1/5): Bad -
- Selena (2/5): - Don’t stay here. This was the only option we had and I’ve never seen anything like it. The room had stains on the sheets and nothing looked like it had ever been cleaned. This place is unsanitary and no one should stay here. I think the health department needs to take this place out of business. This was not ok.
- Sarah (10/5): - The check ✅ in and staff interaction went well
- Francisco (10/5): - Exceptional
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Inexpensive. Clean. Poorly maintained, poor condition. NO amenities
- Richard (4/5): - Needs upgrade and cleanliness
- Verified traveler (2/5): - nothing it smelled and sheets were stained, towels were hard and stained plus the bath tube WAS BROKE
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place needs to be shut down by the health department ASAP the photos I have of this place is an absolute nightmare mind you I got arrested a couple days after this a the jail showers were cleaner than this nasty motel room shower absolutely disgusting DO NOT STAY HERE
- Frederickea (4/5): I don’t know - Our home electricity had went out early that morning. We arrived at the hotel around 7-7:30. The inside of the room was very outdated and smelled. The covers were very thin. Within a few hours the electricity went out at the hotel as well. Went to the office no one was there. I knocked on every door and window no one came.
- Bert (2/5): Disgusting! - A real “porta john”. Disgusting “sticky” carpets , So called non-smoking room reaped of cigarette smoke. A/c unit rattled continuously. Unsafe as several signs warning of “lock it or lose it” heard woman screaming for dear life as if though being attacked. Rude housekeeping staff banging on door at early hour to ask if “staying or checking out”. Worst place ever to stay at.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Was good having okay night .will more then likely be back again
- Alex (2/5): - Really dirty, nothing is good, poor service, bad experience.
- William (8/5): - They don't have to be so rude.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Made us stand out in the cold and snow when checking in through a window. Wasn’t even late night.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice place to stay and friendly staff and good rooms and clean
- Jenee (4/5): Horrible front desk serv. made the rooms worse - Not so good. The lady at the office was very rude. The doors have gaps all the way around them. Ours had about 1/2 gap under it and it was 23 degrees outside and facing the north wind. I asked for a different room because it was freezing cold and she got snotty with me saying other guests didn’t mind. Then I asked for an extra room key and she said how many keys do you think y’all need for one night. Then said how many people are staying in there? I said two, just like the confirmation said. Well to tell you the truth I’m not other guests I’m the one standing in front of you that paid for a room. I was very upset. The fire alarm didn’t have batteries in it. The wall lamps didn’t have lamp shades on them just a light bulb hanging out. One of the lamps had a short in it and flickered on and off until we turned it off. The towels were stained up. I won’t stay at this place again. I could have stayed in my car for cheaper and wouldn’t have had a snot nosed girl talk to me the way she did.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff sucks I was very disappointed in the attitude the wrong was nasty the covers with nasty it seemed like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks they have roaches and bed bugs I want to let my worst enemy stay at this hotel
- Verified traveler (2/5): Wouldn't recommend - Had roachs in the microwave, and i n the bathroom, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. You cant connect your game system to their wifi.
- Roger (4/5): - The check in was very rude and wanted to charge an extra $20 for early check in
- Kyle (10/5): It was good - For the money it was good
- Dimitry (2/5): - i Have Stayed at many hotels around the world but this is the worst one i have ever seen. Roach infested, blood stands on the sheets, the sheets that used to be white are now yellow or grey, carpet is worn out, toilet seat is broken, bathroom is not clean, outlets are broken and look like fire hazards. How hotel.com or any other company continues to do business with this company is just plain immoral
- Kyle (8/5): It was worth it and I'd stay there again. - For the money it was a good stay and hotel was in a good location.
- Daphney (8/5): - clean small hotel
- Kevin (2/5): Unsafe and unregulated - Disgusting place and unsafe. Had a dog scratching on our door at midnight. Staff didnt do anything. Smelly and noisey. Dirty run down fleabag of a hotel. Better to sleep in your car. We felt so insFe we left at midnight. As we dropped off the key the night attendant could only communicate through a little window do i need to say more. Its in the middle of nowhere never again. Shame on hotels.com for hosting this garbage on their website. I also take responsibily for not checking the reviews.
- Christopher J (6/5): - Room had a musty smell to it
- Verified traveler (4/5): Untrusting front desk, cockroaches in room - Asked for a courtesy check-in at 5 p.m. and asked to be billed after midnight since a hold on my relocation assistance would be removed by USAA bank, showed proof. No trust from both front desk personnel. I said well since you will bill me regardless if I cancel now, I will get lost until after midnight. Returned at 1 a.m., helped 2 civilians call for 911 help. Front desk clerk, same man from before, had locked the door. He reopened it, I assessed ill person being that I am a nurse. Gave report to fire department. Assisted civilians with GPS on their phone to get to ER.
I handed bank card and drivers license to front desk clerk with a stern and dissatisfied look. Obviously, I didn't want to stay. Nonetheless I needed to sleep; therefore, accepted a room at the hotel. Being fair and giving the hotel a chance for redemption, I see a total of 4 cockroaches in the room.
Not impressed at all. Hotel did not gain my loyalty, wouldn't recommend place. Not friendly, nor trusting of a U.S. Army trained veteran respiratory therapist and TX Tech UHSC ER/ICU registered nurse that offerred good samaritan help to civilians. Not to stereotype, a culture or race, so I won't mention the details. I have been trusted and given better service and trust from similar race and culture in Alpine, TX. The drive to Alpine and back to Midland may have been worth it!!!
- Michael (8/5): Nice! - Great
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This hotel is really bad. They didn’t even have the ac on in the room and the sheets look like trash.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t recommend - Not good
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property was old, not kept up, white towels for brown when color? Man at front desk was not friendly. No USB ports, flat pillows....ect
- Cynthia (2/5): Not good - Rooms were nasty I didn’t even wanna sleep on the bed
- Matthew (2/5): They should pay me to stay there - By far, the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in,
1. Property is very old,
2. Room floors squeak and creak,as if you might fall through
3. Toilet seat broken
4. Could not sleep, because the AC unit failed to provide adequate air flow,
This place should be condemned!
- Sadarius (10/5): Good place to stay - It’s was great
- Annie (4/5): - It was a slow check in!! The tiles on the floor was loose and the floors creeps when walking on them. The bed was very hard.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here - This location fell far short of our expectations for a hotel in this price range. We will not use this hotel again !!!
The rooms, beds and pillows are from the 70's with some new paint.
- Verified traveler (2/5): That should be closed!!! - This place its failing a part !!!!!
They try to remodel.
Expensive in week 75
Old sheets, dirty towels
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Door latch was busted, interfered with door opening. Inside of door dirty.
Bathroom was awful. Toilet barely functional. Paint peeling off tub.
Paint chips on floor. Soap holder dirty and grimy. T.P. holder taped to the wall with clear packing tape. Shower curtain stained. Mirrors smeared.
Windows dirty. Sheets stained with black oil or grease stains. Floor moldings dusty and dirty.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Was nice fine an well kept just a little expensive but ok I'll be back in the future
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Other guest loud at 3am/4am outside, some tv channel never worked, shower walls not cleaned.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Advertised as Pet Friendly, apparently not. We were asked to leave early am!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Basic hotel, no frills but did the job for a night in town.
- Kevin (4/5): - The best days of this hotel was about 30 years ago. The hotel has made repairs that are done cheaply and as a result make the place look run down. For example, the bathtub and soap dish in the shower have been repainted. A lot of the paint and finish has come off making the bathtub look dirty even though it was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were replaced daily. The place needs to be updated.
- Robert (8/5): Great for working crews - Not bad for the price
- tony (6/5): - ok for the price except the shower didn't work which sucked. WEalls were a little beat up. bed was comfortable. I've definitely stayed at better places.
- Calvin (6/5): - It was fine until someone was banging on the door at 5am
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bathroom in poor condition, cracks and stains ,
Air conditioner wouldn’t work as expected,
